Stuated in a peaceful and comfortable setting surrounded by trees and shrubs. The sought after area of La Font is just a short distance from the heart of the historic old town of Pollensa, approximately 20 minute walk to the town and main plaza.
Along the side and front of the house there is a beautiful covered terrace with a wood beamed roof and table-tennis table. There is deep border full of beautiful Mediterranean and exotic plants running the length of one side and there are plenty more potted terracotta urns and planters. Behind the house, just off the pool and sunbathing terrace there is a covered barbecue area together with a washing up sink plus a table. The raised terrace has distant views of the mountains and overlooks the private pool area and a sunbathing terrace made of local Mallorquin stone. A poolside bathroom is also provided here. Outside, separated from the house is a utility room with a washing machine. There is a small lawned area to the side of the house for children to play on.
The villa has spacious air conditioned rooms which are comfortable with a mixture of rustic and modern furniture. The large kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave and views out onto the terrace. Here you will find a breakfast table together with a pantry with lots of storage.
There is an open plan lounge / dining area which has satellite television and a dvd player plus cd stereo. For early and late in the season there is a wood-burning stove, in case you need a little extra warmth on cool evenings.
Two twin rooms and two double rooms share two full bathrooms (shower rooms) with walk in showers.
Can Venzala is a very comfortable and relaxing villa in a truly beautiful country setting. Owners Francisca and Jaime make all their guests very welcome and live in a nearby property, they are only too happy to assist you with anything you need.

This was our second year in a row at Can Venzala, and it was still a great place for three generations of our family to holiday happily together!
The property is quiet and well-maintained, with good air conditioning and wifi, and everything worked well throughout. We spent very happy days around the pool and also enjoyed day trips to Lluc, Formentor and other spectacular places less than an hour away. Highly recommended!

This villa is perfect for having your own slice of peace and quiet on holiday. Located off the main street, you are not overlooked at all and have the beautiful scenery surrounding you. Old town Pollenca is just a 15/20 minute walk. Would recommend the use of a car to have to ability to explore the island, the beaches, and head into Palma. The ability to have your own pool without having to share as you would do in a hotel is bliss. Inside the villa is spacious and does remain cool throughout the day if you keep windows shut, and at the night the aircon is just heaven to keep the bedroom cool. I deducted one star, there were a few areas that needed slightly more attention in the kitchen. But aside from that no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house. Lovely location
The house is well furnished with everything you could need. We didn’t walk into Pollença but it would take 20 mins. Great location for exploring the gorgeous island. Stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains.

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to return
Five of us (four adults and one eleven year old) have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this villa near the beautiful town of Pollensa. Firstly, we can’t praise Pollenca enough - it is gorgeous, a web of intricate medical streets that can offer some relief from the intense sun as you wander the town. There are endless quaint shops, bars and restaurants all serving gorgeous food (loads of variety including traditional Spanish dishes). The villa was perfect - all rooms were spacious (apart from the 2nd indoor shower room, although it’s more than adequate). The kitchen is very well equipped, is again a good size space and has clearly just been updated with new units, granite worktops. The bedrooms all have very good sized built-in wardrobes. Again the lounge is a very good size although we didn’t actually use it once as we ate outside everyday and spent evenings talking by the pool. The rest of the furniture in the house is ideal although the elderly owners have a lot of nik-nak ornaments around the villa that we tidied away so as not to damage anything. The whole outside space is great and the views when lying on the sunbeds, stunning!! The shaded terrace area around half of the house is fantastic and perfectly positioned overlooking the pool area. The pool was in almost constant use over the two weeks and, although not heated, was very warm. We walked into Pollensa on numerous occasions from the villa (15-20 minute walk) but, although it’s all on the flat, it was a very hot walk (in the August 30• heat), and would be testing for little ones or the elderly. We ate a couple of times at the restaurant on the main road at the entrance to the lane to the villa - the service, price and food was very good. All in all a brilliant holiday and we are definitely looking to rebook this villa.
We had a great stay and the communication with Colin was brilliant. The villa is very clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is fantastic and the steps in are great for children. The pool was also really warm considering it’s not heated and the view of the mountains is fantastic. Lovely quiet area but a 25 min walk into the square in Pollenca and 5 min drive to the Port. Lovely area and lots of great restaurants and beaches nearby. We were a family of 8 (7 adults and one child) and would definitely like to return :)
Nice short break
We enjoyed a short break here, villa was lovely, clean with plenty of towels provided. It was too cold to use the pool but the outside areas are well maintained and we did enjoy eating lunch on the terrace, nice views of the mountains. Walked into the old town which took around 20 minutes. Would return and recommend to others.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt, so als hätten uns Freunde ihre Wohnung überlassen.
Danke für die angenehme Auszeit.
Die Umgebung von Pollenca ist gerade im Spätsommer oder Herbst ideal zum Wandern mit Badestops in kleinen, nur zu Fuss erreichbaren Buchten.
Ein Auto sollte man jedoch unbedingt zur Verfügung haben.

Lovely spot outside Port de Pollenca - easily walkable in less than 30 mins to the beautiful beach and restaurants.Gardens and surrounding area are absolutely stunning - highly recommend the hike to Cala boquer if you stay here. Host was flexible with check in which was great and the chap that cleaned the pool (sorry I missed his name!) was friendly and had great recommendations. Would stay again!

The property was perhaps even better than we were expecting and had all the facilities we needed for an excellent holiday with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren ( 2 and 6 months old ). Easy, secure parking for 2 cars and safe for young children. The property was well presented and both indoor and outdoor areas were all clean and tidy. We had no interaction with the owners as all our booking and payments were made online, hence apart from a visit from the gardener and pool man we saw nobody at all during our stay in Mallorca. The location and entry instructions were straightforward but our only criticism would be that some additional information on the operation of the TV system, air conditioning and outdoor barbecue would have been beneficial. A few more details about the property itself would have been useful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carpe Diem to our friends and family. Having stayed in the area previously we spent time in Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa old town and Soller.....the outdoor restaurants in the main square in Pollensa were good value ( pre- Brexit !! ), offered a wide range of menus and were all very child friendly. Formentor beach is also well worth visiting with young children. The coastal drive from Pollensa to Soller is a good day trip but not for the timid driver. We all had a wonderful holiday at Carpe Diem in the Mallorcan sun which shone throughout the week....many thanks for providing a very easy on line booking process and a great villa for a 3 generation family holiday.

Lovely pool and outside areas. Stunning setting, perfect location just outside Pollenca Old Town. Very clean throughout. Towels changed mid week which was nice too. Owner was very helpful when we had a minor family emergency! Service from Agent was very good!

Had a great stay at this villa. We took our bikes out and didn’t have a car, however the location is only 5min ride to the supermarket and the seafront restaurants.
Super private and peaceful, the place actually looks better in real life! Very pretty gardens to all side, Mountain View’s, nice modern white bedrooms, great pool and outdoor space. Couldn’t have asked for more. The host was very nice and actioned couple of my special requests which was lovely. The address can be a little deceiving - our taxi had issues finding it as the address does not appear on maps - it was a bit strange! But other than that, I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks so much!!

Great apartment in the best location for everything. To wake up every morning to the marina/bay view was fantastic.Quiet effective aircon.No essentials provided so take a little of everything for the first day.
The location was perfect, isolated down a very quiet road but 15 minute walk into Pollenca. The views were exceptional across open fields. The villa was very clean, nicely fitted out, lovely pool though too cold for us! Appreciated no notices telling us what we could and couldn't do.

We booked this villa because it promised solitude, a VERY private pool and luxury. It did what it said on the tin. The furniture around the pool was very comfortable and perfect for working on the suntan. We don't normally go back to the same place twice but this time we may make an exception.

Great house in the middle of the old town streets of Pollenca. The house is still very quiet and largely secluded from the neighborhood. The house is in excellent condition and is well equipped with great attention to detail. With a pool and air conditioning, it was always completely comfortable, even in the heat. We felt very comfortable. The location in the old town means that it is sometimes difficult to find parking spaces near the house, but there are enough parking spaces in the area.
