The Interior
The ground floor offers a bright and welcoming living-dining area with comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and direct access to the terrace and garden. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, and all essential cooking equipment, and also opens directly onto the terrace for easy outdoor dining. The sleeping accommodation comprises one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all air-conditioned for comfort, along with two full bathrooms fitted with bathtubs.

Outside, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool (8 × 4 metres, depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 metres deep) surrounded by lawned gardens and mountain views. Pollensa invites visitors to explore its cobbled streets, traditional markets, and charming squares filled with authentic Mallorcan cuisine. Puerto Pollensa is known for its long sandy beaches, calm waters, and excellent conditions for swimming and water sports. The surrounding area also offers outstanding cycling and hiking routes through the Tramuntana Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

A beautiful location and Villa. By car lots of the surrounding areas are very accessible. The bedrooms do get VERY hot at night due to no air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you need, & the pool is very clean and great size.
Very nice large house with great pool and well-kept garden. Perfect for big families or friends to sit together and grill comfortably.Don't forget mosquito spray;)For shopping and exploring the island I recommend a rental car.Smooth process with the owners, key handover, etc.Would book there again anytime.
Thanks you for amazing apartment that we could spend a very joyful holiday with our family and friends. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Beach, restaurants etc are nearby. Owner is very helpful and all round great. Nothing to complain. Pool and back yard is very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Everyone of us thought that place was better than pictures.
Nice short break
We enjoyed a short break here, villa was lovely, clean with plenty of towels provided. It was too cold to use the pool but the outside areas are well maintained and we did enjoy eating lunch on the terrace, nice views of the mountains. Walked into the old town which took around 20 minutes. Would return and recommend to others.

We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. The place was even bigger than we imagined and the location was just perfect.The only small downside was the hot water, but agent was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in our absence, which was much appreciated. We loved our stay at finca marinata
Villa located on a large private plot, far enough away from neighboring villas. Pool was massive very impressed with the pool area. Rustic style villa but well equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Not much not to like but if I did have any issues it would be the house is a bit close to the main road but traffic noise settled late by early evening. You'll also need a car if staying here. It's about 2km to Pollensa along a fairly busy road.
Private with a small but cared for garden providing separate areas which as a large family group were perfect, Pool wonderful, the best we have had!

Really loved the villa, the hosts were incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Checking in was easy and the pool and villa was brilliant, nothing to fault it! Would definately stay again!
This villa was well situated between Puerta Pollensa and Pollensa old town although a car is a must as it is a 15 minute walk into the port along a busy road. Situated In a quiet area down a country lane. Good family sized villa for our party of 13 but really needs a make-over! Pool excellent and maintained well with plenty of sun-beds and covered terraces both front and rear of house. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms excellent but none in the lounge which is really needed as the children watched TV in the middle of the day to keep out of the sun. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely family resort with boat trips (catamaran recommended) inflatable offshore fun park which is very popular – lots of good shops and in the main square – craft markets within the evening entertainment ie bands & shows while we where there (usually 10pm start).

We had a great week at the Estern Finca and felt very comfortable there. The more than 100 year old finca has been lovingly renovated and is very well maintained.The pool in the middle of the beautiful outdoor area is a dream come true.There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The location of the complex is ideal, it is very quiet, but you are also very quickly on the beautiful beaches and in the surrounding cities.

Wonderful property, perfect location
As soon as we entered this beautiful villa we knew we were gonna have a great time. We felt instantly at home, and loved exploring all the different quirky areas. Six of us stayed there....me and my husband, our three children (18, 16 and 12) and my son's girlfriend. We have stayed in villas in and around Pollenca a few times before so we knew we loved the area. This villa is by far the best one we have stayed in. There were a number of different outside areas giving us plenty of space to either spread out or socialise. The pool was perfect - just the right size and we particularly liked the lighting inside the pool...making night time swimming lots of fun! The garden was an added bonus...tomatoes, peppers and chillies freshly picked were delicious! The location is perfect....stunning views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival and had a spectacular view of the lights and fireworks.... The town is an easy 5 - 10 minute stroll down the hill, making it perfect for exploring the lovely streets of Pollenca with its wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shops and cafes. All in all a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa...definitely want to go back.....

Very good stay at this well-located villa close to Pollenca and Port Pollenca.Very quiet private garden with beautiful covered terrace and pool.Very nice environment. Rooftop was very clean and very well arranged
Rated: Excellent. Beautiful garden and pool area, a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon on the comfy sun loungers. Plenty of space for eating alfresco and great to have the table tennis. We didn’t use the living room very much as the weather was so good but while it was a very pretty room. The villa was very convenient to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful town with great places to eat, shopping areas and a lovely beach. We hired a small boat for 5 of us, very reasonable €120, it was a great way to spend an afternoon, diving and snorkelling. A fantastic holiday!
The house is located in a quiet area in the middle of nature. We really liked the outdoor spaces, the place of the barbecue and the pool. A nice and well-kept house, true to the photos we had seen.
