A beautiful Mediterranean style villa, full of character , with high vaulted , beamed ceilings , making for a welcoming ambience and offering ample space for groups of family or friends. Its floor-to-ceiling windows offer gorgeous sea views over Port Andratx. Set in its own grounds with a private infinity swimming pool, with uninterrupted sea views , the pool is approximately 11 x 5mtrs, there are plenty of sunny and shaded terrace spaces , a large gas BBQ to enjoy alfresco dining , as well as a ball path to enjoy a game of boules.
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen and open plan dining area , with direct access to external terraces .
The villa has 6 bedrooms in total, 3 en-suites, located on the 1st floor of the main villa are 3 bedrooms which have king sized beds , all bedrooms are air-conditioned, there is also a small bunk bedroom located next to the kitchen and suitable for 2 young children, a guest toilet with shower is on the same level. The 5th and 6th bedrooms share a bathroom and are located in a casita in the grounds, the casita was fully renovated during Winter 2021.
There is a television available with facilities to watch programmes off your own devices and internet access in the villa.
The villa is well located on La Mola and is close to the Gran Folies Beach Club and the many restaurants, bars and cafes that the Port has to offer, a car is essential. Port Andratx is a luxury resort in the southwest corner of Mallorca. It is set in a beautiful natural bay with a backdrop of rugged mountains and is considered to be one of the most exclusive resorts in Mallorca. There is a fishing fleet based in the harbor , with a fresh daily fish market , plus a fine marina.
A perfect centre for water sports. Scuba-divers will appreciate the exceptionally clean and clear waters , giving long distance of vision. An excellent choice for golfers. There is an 18 hole golf course and driving range within 5 minutes drive. There are a further 5 courses within 20 minutes drive offering challenges for all levels of players.
