The kitchen has all of the equipment you would expect, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob. There is also a small dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The living-dining room is a good size and is air conditioned.
There is a TV, DVD and wifi connection. The living area is bright and airy with large patio doors which lead out on to the furnished terrace. The property offers a dining terrace which also has relaxing sofas and sun beds.
This is a great place to watch the world go by, relax with a book or enjoy a meal al fresco. To the rear of the property there is a further terrace with BBQ and extra sunbathing space. Bon Dia is the perfect property for those looking for relaxation which is also walking distance from the beach.

A very pleasant stay and very responsive agent. We were two couples with a baby and even if the second bedroom is small. The accommodation is very well done. The crib even enters the laundry room and therefore it is not in the parents' room: a real plus.Located 200 m from the beach, it's really a great place!

We stayed at Casa Bondia for a week in May 2019. It's located a minute walk from the beach in a quiet town. The rooms were clean and big enough, and have been cleaned even in the middle of our stay:) Well equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms add up to a great experience.

Great spot, the villa is a great place to stay, clean, all the amenities you need, great for children/ families too. Parking on street usually available. The location is perfect, a stones throw from the beach. Bar/ restaurant over the road too. Communication was always prompt where needed. Cala Sant Vicente is such a lovely place, this was our second time visiting and will definitely be back.
Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison appartement est spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est idéalement située à 100 mètres de la mer. Nous avons bien pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec chaise longue, partie apéro, parti repas... Il faut juste prévoir assaisonnement, liquide vaisselle…
A very nice accomodation that is very close to the beaches an has a very nice terrace.
We had a very good family stay. Listing matches the photos, well maintained and functional. The terrace is lovely from morning to night. It is conveniently located 200m from a beautiful beach and its location makes it easy to visit the area.
We had a wonderful time at this privileged location. Everything was great in the house and it is only one block away from the beach.

We had a great stay at the finca. it is located perfectly in between pollenca and port de pollenca, perfect to start cycling. supermarkets and padel courts close by! the finca has very modern interior including all new kitchen and bathrooms. pool and outdoor bbq area are great!the proximity to the main road could be bothersome to some, but it did not bother us. overall great place, would definitely recommend!

Wonderful property in a quiet location between Port de Pollença and Pollença town. Contact with the host was easy and friendly. All required information about the house and check-in was provided early. Everything went smoothly. The property is clean and well maintained. The pool was a real rest at outside temperatures of 33 to 36 degrees. Overall, we felt very comfortable.
fab quiet villa right beneath the mountains. very peaceful, everything you could need for a great family holiday. ping pong table and pool table really great and pool lovely and clean! Car needed to get to places however not a far walk from town.
quiet location, kitchen was very dark and a little muffled, at the end of September there were a lot of mosquitoes, which made it impossible to relax by the pool

The property was perhaps even better than we were expecting and had all the facilities we needed for an excellent holiday with our son, daughter in law and 2 grandchildren ( 2 and 6 months old ). Easy, secure parking for 2 cars and safe for young children. The property was well presented and both indoor and outdoor areas were all clean and tidy. We had no interaction with the owners as all our booking and payments were made online, hence apart from a visit from the gardener and pool man we saw nobody at all during our stay in Mallorca. The location and entry instructions were straightforward but our only criticism would be that some additional information on the operation of the TV system, air conditioning and outdoor barbecue would have been beneficial. A few more details about the property itself would have been useful. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carpe Diem to our friends and family. Having stayed in the area previously we spent time in Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa old town and Soller.....the outdoor restaurants in the main square in Pollensa were good value ( pre- Brexit !! ), offered a wide range of menus and were all very child friendly. Formentor beach is also well worth visiting with young children. The coastal drive from Pollensa to Soller is a good day trip but not for the timid driver. We all had a wonderful holiday at Carpe Diem in the Mallorcan sun which shone throughout the week....many thanks for providing a very easy on line booking process and a great villa for a 3 generation family holiday.
Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung, nicht allzu weit vom Strand. Zumindest zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs konnten wir noch Pool und Meer genießen, auch wenn unser erstes Ziel die Berge der Tramuntana waren.
Das Haus war groß genug für unsere Gruppe, verfügt über eine sehr schöne Küche und bietet auch bei gelegentlichem Regen über genügend Comfort zum Erholen. Sehr erfreulich waren auch die unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe und die Zugangsbeschreibung.
Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.
Very clean, great outdoor area, great location, great pool, a place to go for a vacation.
The stay was pleasant, if you want to disconnect and be in contact with nature this accommodation is ideal. They have a very nice orchard, the large pool, the views from the houses are relaxing. The house had all kinds of equipment and full kitchenette.
The location was stunning, a gorgeous spot right near the old town of Pollenca. A beautiful outdoor dining space and barbeque and pool. The house is absolutely charming and sits on a nice little bit of garden which was fun to explore. We saw lots of wild goats! We had an absolutely wonderful holiday here with our three year old twins and another couple of friends. The beds were surprisingly comfy, everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans.
We had a lovely stay at the house. Clean and with lots of amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to local towns. Quiet and private. Check in and out easy. Ping pong table and BBQ a nice touch.Just note that the track up to the house was fairly rough and uneven and this was not mentioned prior to arrival, so just be aware of this - if hiring a car choose a suitable one!

Great location, pool and outdoor space
Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was lack of bathrooms in the main house for 6 adults and 1 child. Outdoor bathroom great during the day but not for use during the night. One bathroom ready for an update which we know is due soon. That said it’s a lovely house with good ammenities and easy to walk into Pollensa to eat and for the bakery nearby Could have done with some more wine glasses and a bolt for the new garden gate. With a toddler he could have opened the gate if we were not vigilent but we put a sun bed across! Sounds more negative than positive but we had a fab time - just constructive feedback!

10 of us stayed here for a cycling trip. First time on the island and can’t say enough about how great it was! The villa is perfect for a group. Very clean, excellent location to navigate rides from. Quiet yet walking distance to everything. We will book it again if/when we come back!
A most enjoyable and memorable holiday in your gorgeous villa. So well equipped, we wanted for nothing. We particularly loved the outside kitchen and & facilities & thoroughly enjoyed our Bar-B-Q's there.

Easy booking experience, good instructions to get to property. Spotless inside. Towels for both shower and for pool. Welcome pack was very useful as we arrived late on a Sunday night. Pool was clean. Great location, 17 mins walk to town centre. Very quiet location. Will almost certainly be back.
