This was our 2nd visit to the Pine Walk apartments. The first being around 3 years ago when we stayed at the 1st floor. This year, because it was not available we took the 2nd floor. I had,had a look at the 2nd floor apartment on my first visit and knew what I was getting for my hard earned money and I was not to be disappointed. It is very well furnished and one can go out on to the balcony and watch the world go by and without the noise of traffic. More importantly, if you have children you can keep an eye on them from the balcony while they play and swim safely on the beach which is merely a few steps away. We plan to return in the future, as Palma is only a 1hour 40 minutes flight from our local airport which has none of the hassle of Gatwick or Heathrow. I have had enough of that. Chill and relax.
Perfect Holiday rental
The house is just ideal and just as described ,every thing you could want was there immaculate decor and well equipped kitchen. It was nice to reacquaint ourselves with Pollensa as not been back for several years not much has changed which in my view is a bonus such a pretty little town and full of friendly locals. Vida Villas made this an easy transaction and was very informative about the house and travel suggestions from the airport will be back again if its not booked up this i think will be a little gem hope it does not get too publicised Ha Ha

Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.
Nice stay at the villa. Outdoor kitchen is really nice to enjoy the evenings outside.
Villa was great, lovely garden and pool, very spacious and lots of nice seating areas. Shaded seating areas were especially useful for us as we had 3 babies in our group.Lidl very nearby was handy, plus very short drive into Pollença and to port de pollenca, both of which were great to visit.
Great stay at this fabulous villa. Lovely pool, outside shower and WC was a big plus. Well equipped kitchen. Location is idyllic with outdoor veranda overlooking the pool and the mountain backdrop. Starry nights and lots of outdoor time spent in the gardens of this lovely villa. It is nearby Pollensa by car and short drive to supermarkets and amenities. 20mins to a fabulous beach too. Location is great. Highly recommend it. Thank you!
Beautiful spacious villa. Lovely pool and fantastic outside area. Clean with lovely clean towels and bed linen. Generous welcome pack. Pollenca is beautiful, we preferred the old town to the Port. The Sunday market there is brilliant. Lovely shopping and restaurants.Palma and Soller are gorgeous places to visit.All in all a wonderful experience of Mallorca on our first visit to the island for a family holiday.Thank you so much.
We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. The place was even bigger than we imagined and the location was just perfect.The only small downside was the hot water, but agent was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in our absence, which was much appreciated. Can Giroa is a fantastic villa and exceeded our expectations in every way. Close to Pollença with all it’s restaurants as well as the fantastic beaches at Cala St Vincent and Formentor. We’ll be back for sure.
My parents and my children spent Easter in the beautiful house. We arrived at night but it was easily possible to check in with a lockbox. The house with the pool is great, the property is very spacious. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The decor is tasteful. You can walk to Pollenca. However, a rental car for exploring the area is recommended. The host is very friendly and gave us good tips. It was a very nice stay. Thank you for everything!

Im August ist es sehr heiß auf Mallorca, aber das Haus war kühl mit einem guten Klimaanlagen-System.
Die Gastfreundschaft des Teams war außergewöhnlich. Er war immer verfügbar, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und lokale Empfehlungen zu geben.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Reinigung des Pools ein paar Tage nach unserem Aufenthalt, aber es wurde schnell durch den Eigentümer gelöst.

Beautiful and peaceful setting. Very private and the farmhouse was just right for twoRural surroundings within orange and lemon groves. For those happy to walk it was an easy 35 minute walk via deserted tiny lanes into Pollenca

A family of 4 & 2 friends had a perfect week. The house is beautiful, spotless & in a central position in Pollensa town. The staff and agency were very easy to contact & very professional too. Would highly recommend.
Three generations of us stayed at Villa Ollan for one week. Very clean. Very well equipped. Practically on the beach, a plus for grandchildren.We had a great week and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
The property has a beautiful backdrop with the mountains just behind. Perfect view at a breakfast or late night on one of the two patios. The living room and dining room are a big part of the home, but the bedrooms are relatively small. The kitchen is functional and fresh. The internet access was around 7 Mbit when we stayed there, which was not optimal, but manageable. Rural setting with cradled roosters and barking dogs in the house next door become a natural alarm clock. Easy to park. We had two nice weeks.
