Case Estany Lago is a beautiful house, 250m2, directly by the sea “Lago Menor” with 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds) and 3 bathrooms and 1 Guest-WC.
There is a room with the washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is one double bed room (1,50 x 2,10m) with access to the terrace, a bathroom with shower, the very comfortable living-dining room with air conditioning, DVD and central heating, a Guest-WC and the very good equipped kitchen with dining area (hob, dishwasher, air conditioning, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker and toaster). Also there is a room with the washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor you will find 2 double bedrooms (one with bath en suite with shower), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning in the corridor in front of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the middle of 2 bedrooms with shower. The house also has WiFi.

Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.

Thanks you for amazing apartment that we could spend a very joyful holiday with our family and friends. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Beach, restaurants etc are nearby. Owner is very helpful and all round great. Nothing to complain. Pool and back yard is very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Everyone of us thought that place was better than pictures.
The villa was beautiful. All the rooms were a great size with really spacious living and kitchen areas. It was walking distance to some nice restaurants and not too far from a supermarket either. The seating in the garden area was lovely. We would certainly recommend for a family holiday. The owner was very helpful and met us on arrival and made it clear we could contact him with any queries.
What can I say! Prepare to be blown away! The pool/sitting area outside is amazing! The pool beautifully blue and clear and loads of sunbeds for everyone to relax by the pool. We didn’t need to go anywhere else.Inside the villa is stunning. Marble floors, great sized kitchen and utility. Great sized fridge/freezer and the All important nespresso machine!Bathrooms were lovely and big and rooms air conditioned.Absolutely couldn’t fault it! Would love to book again next year! X

A nice place to make trips out of. Provided with all necessary facilities. Also the property was wonderfully quiet and you have no disturbance from neighboring houses. I've had some mosquitoes. But I think this would have been all over the island, so it wasn't the accommodation.
I totally recommend this villa. Perfectly located like 5min drive away from Pollença village where you can find all the facilities needed (wine/liquor shops, local market, LIDL, gas station, etc). The house itself is perfectly well thought, with individual bathrooms (4 inside + 1 outside by the pool and super convenient). Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and overviews the pool and the garden. Parking slot for 2/3 cars, local farm right by the house so you wake up with the sound of the animals. During our stay a house cleaning lady came to refresh rooms and bathrooms and to bring new towels. There’s an exterior fridge, very convenient, by the bbq (though the door is needed to be fixed). Also you can find a laundry room very convenient for a long stay. We were a party of 10 people and the house is clearly big enough and rooms well isolated. Amazing beaches are like 20min drive away from the villa - and not to worry about the cleanliness of the pool which is visited and cleaned several times during the stay by the staff. Well we only wish we could have stayed longer!

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. The house is in a super nice quiet location. Beautiful spacious garden with palm trees, mandarin & lemon trees.The pool with the view of the mountain is amazing. You will relax completely.We could park the rental car in the garage on our own.The decor inside was fine, we didn't miss anything.Friendly and nice owner who occasionally came by for the maintenance of the garden/pool ( and have a chat) Bring fresh towels in the middle of the week. He came to say goodbye himself the day before departure and wish us a good flight back. We had a great week.
My friends and I had a really nice stay there – especially the outdoor area is really nice. Communication worked well, our late check-in was also not a problem at all. Of course, you can see and see that the house is a bit older and worn, but for the price it fits perfectly – we were mostly outside anyway, as you can also be under the covered dining area/outdoor kitchen even if it rains.
Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung, nicht allzu weit vom Strand. Zumindest zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs konnten wir noch Pool und Meer genießen, auch wenn unser erstes Ziel die Berge der Tramuntana waren.
Das Haus war groß genug für unsere Gruppe, verfügt über eine sehr schöne Küche und bietet auch bei gelegentlichem Regen über genügend Comfort zum Erholen. Sehr erfreulich waren auch die unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe und die Zugangsbeschreibung.
We had a great week at Francisca!The check-in worked out superbly and the nice team was even able to check us in significantly earlier! The house is perfect for relaxing from everyday stress and is located in the countryside and only a few minutes drive to the beautiful old town of Alcudia. The weather was really great for May, so we actually only spent in the big garden. The pool was nice and refreshing. We were particularly pleased with the table tennis table!We will be happy to come back :)

Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!

We had a fantastic time at the villa and everything was just how we imagined it. Perfect for a large family holiday with plenty of space and a ideal location to explore the island.We met the owner on several occasions and he was charming. Can’t fault the place.
Immaculately clean villa with lovely views and not far from the beach. Surrounded by nature including sheep with bells on (yes with bells on !) and goats behind. Very clean pool, good wi fi even outside next to the pool. Very privately situated a good distance set back from the main road.

We have been traveling to Majorca for years. The house was one of the best we have ever had in terms of value for money. The house and the grounds are very nice and were very well maintained. Everything was great. We really can recommend it. For sure we will come back.
