This level also includes a guest WC and direct access to an outdoor sitting area furnished with rattan sofas and a private plunge pool for cooling off, an exceptional feature for a townhouse in such a central location.
The first floor houses a single bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. On the second floor, there is a charming double bedroom, also with a private shower room. The third floor offers another lovely double bedroom with en-suite shower room and direct access to a private terrace furnished with sun loungers, ideal for relaxing in privacy.
The master bedroom suite occupies the top floor, enjoying delightful views across the rooftops of Pollensa. This elegant space features its own shower room and a private terrace furnished with a table and chairs—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned (included at set times: 8pm–8am and 2pm–4pm). Throughout the villa, great care has been taken during the renovation to maximise space and light, with stylish furnishings, designer bathrooms, and distinctive stone sinks adding a touch of luxury throughout.
Outside, Casa Inès offers several spacious terraces, inviting seating areas and the private plunge pool, complete with an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off during warm summer days.

Mallorca is a wonderful holiday destination and staying at Can Estern made it a perfect family vacation. Location, large pool, amazing gardens, fantastic owner
In my dreams there’s an ideal villa where the owners have thought of everything. Well, dream no more, because this is probably as near as it gets. We loved the two pools, the colourful planting, the view across the fields, the sense of calm luxury - but it’s the attention to detail that makes this special. Everything you need to get started on your holiday straight away has been provided. Every time I looked for something, it was there. Hotels can’t compete with thoughtful owners. Ten of us stayed, but privacy was no problem even in such a large group, thanks to the way the levels are arranged. Cooking was fun, with excellent kitchen facilities. This could become a favourite spot.
Beautiful property, was a lovely chilled family holiday! Definitely worth the money and loved having our own pool to relax around! loved the flowers around the villa and watching all the chickens in the morning walk around the property with their little babies. There was lots of mosquitoes, but I think that was due to being out in the country! I would just recommend taking lots of Mozzy sprays and plug ins! Also the electric kept tripping so try not to have too many things plugged in at once! And hire a small car if possible as driveway was very very narrow and had a sharp corner, luckily my husband is a pretty good driver as I might have struggled as we had a jeep as there was 5 of us.
We are a bunch of young cyclists searching year by year for our early season form. In spring, we spent one week here. The booking, the payment, the arrangement of the keys etc. went off without a hitch. We felt warmly welcome and Colin even once visited us to check that everything was fine. The premise is fairly hidden and we struggled some time to find it. The beautiful main building has a nice terrace with a grill, a wooden bench an outdoor lounge. There is a nice pool (which we didn’t use due to the early season temperatures). The property was perfectly safe to lock our bikes overnight. We spent our days out in the saddle. The location is quite good for training purposes as you can choose between mountainous and flat terrain. Nice spots like Sa Calobra, Puig Major and Cap Fermentor are all in a day’s (Road-) cycling distance as well as Cala Millor on the east coast of the Island. Getting to the supermarket you better use a car as Can Roca is not directly in the center. Neglecting the matter of fact that it is a decent walk to the next waste container ;-) we had a great time and we will definitely come back.
The villa is very nicely located at the foot of the mountains and you really have your peace on the large property. The pool is very nicely landscaped and looked perfectly maintained. Also with 6 people the house would not be overcrowded, but I would rather recommend 4. You can reach Pollenca in a few minutes by car, where you can buy everything. The grounds are somewhat densely planted and there are, for example, many birds there. The equipment of the house is very good, everything looks modern and clean. I can recommend it.
An ideal location in the heart of the town.
We took a chance on Mallorca, Pollensa in particular, and this property on a last minute whim and we were not disappointed! The property is decorated to a high standard and nicely furnished. The air-con was very welcome when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the terrace ideal for sitting out in the shade. The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk to the famous Pollensa steps and the town centre. Just right for a morning stroll to get breakfast in the town square and not too far to walk back after supper! Pollensa town has much to offer, including wonderful market on Sunday. But if it is sand and sea you want, you will not be disappointed - less than a 10 minute drive (or a slightly longer cycle on a dedicated cycle path), you are on the beach. We only scratched the surface of what Pollensa and the surrounding area has to offer and we do hope to return again one day to discover more.
I could go on......but I think anyone reading this will have got the point of this review - book! If you want a town location within a few miles, excellent facilities and a comfortable property to stay in - this is for you!
Located in a quiet location, ideal place for relaxation. We liked it very much.
We couldn’t recommend this villa more! It is absolutely beautiful, in a safe and quiet area with stunning views and a fantastic swimming pool. It is only a 10/15 minute walk to the sea front, shops, restaurant and bars and the walk is scenic. The villa is a great size for two couples or a family, with air con in the bedrooms, perfect for the heat in August. The villa and pool is well kept, very clean and the furniture is comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful with ample flowers and greenery, a bbq/pizza oven, ping pong table and plenty of comfy places to sit and sunbathe! The villa is easy to find and checking in and out was simple. The host, was fab - very attentive, friendly, welcoming and easy to contact. It is probably the nicest villa we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be returning!!
Lovely finca that was the perfect place for us as a family! The kids loved the fenced pool, the garden and the sheep behind the house :-) We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and interesting sights to visit. We decided to come back next year because we liked it so much. Thanks a lot!
My friends and I had a really nice stay there – especially the outdoor area is really nice. Communication worked well, our late check-in was also not a problem at all. Of course, you can see and see that the house is a bit older and worn, but for the price it fits perfectly – we were mostly outside anyway, as you can also be under the covered dining area/outdoor kitchen even if it rains.
Lovely villa and pool (heating available) in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from Port de Pollenca. Lovely grounds, setting, and feel. 2 en-suite beds - air con - table tennis - bbq and private terraces. Kids loved it. We’ll defo go again.

Very nice appartement with nice facilities and view on the sea from the balcony. Everything well maintained and clean! Pool was a big plus however keeping the children from jumping in the pool (which is against the rules and some neighbour insisted on it) was hard. The village is nice and has most important facilities but for a real supermarkt or somewhat larger beach (alcudia is recommended, 20 min) a car is really required

We stayed as a multi generation family group and this villa suited us perfectly. My parents slept in the top level bedroom and theteenagers in the had the use of the room downstairs.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need and we were impressedwith the welcome pack. Our towels were changed mid weekand the villa was spotless on arrival. One of the twin mattresses was uncomfortable and the doordownstairs shower doors are ill fitting and difficult to close.
