From the entrance gate, stone steps lead down to a welcoming courtyard with a delightful seating area and garden. The front door opens into a beautifully decorated dining room, where large French windows flood the space with natural light and open directly onto the terrace. An elegant archway connects the dining room to a bright and airy lounge, with large windows framing lovely views across Pollensa.
The fully equipped, separate kitchen offers everything needed for a comfortable stay and has direct access to a wonderful covered terrace (pergola), which leads via steps to the barbecue and pool area, perfect for relaxed outdoor living.
On this level, there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both sharing a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a full bathroom. Further down the exterior stone steps, you’ll find an additional twin bedroom with its own shower room and direct access to the covered terrace. This level also features a second lounge, ideal for quiet relaxation, which opens straight onto the terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor seating.
The inviting swimming pool is set within stone-paved terraces and enjoys stunning panoramic views over Pollensa’s old town. Equipped with sun loungers, shaded areas, a barbecue, and a dining table, this is the perfect spot for al fresco meals while soaking up the scenery and Mediterranean sunshine.

Great stay in the house, very comfortable and with a beautiful garden. We very much appreciated the calm, the splendid view of the valley, theinterior fittings and space in the house. At 7 adults and two young kids, we were very comfortable.The house is close to Formentor, Port Pollença, Alcuidia and is the starting point for many excustions.
A magnificent finca with a wonderful guesthouse . Fully equipped with all you need . Spectacular views and grounds , including a pool and sauna . Located close to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa with great places to eat and sights to see . Local information is provided in a folder. To get the most from you stay we would recommend hiring a car . A fabulous place to relax and recharge and to explore at your leisure. Loved it!

This is an excellent property in a beautiful location. It is a little out of town so very quiet but within east reach of local shops. The Villa is clean and well equipped. Great pool area. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt, so als hätten uns Freunde ihre Wohnung überlassen.

Die Umgebung von Pollenca ist gerade im Spätsommer oder Herbst ideal zum Wandern mit Badestops in kleinen, nur zu Fuss erreichbaren Buchten.
Ein Auto sollte man jedoch unbedingt zur Verfügung haben.
We were not on the island for the first time and also had a rental car. Recommended, the house is a bit secluded. But that's how we wanted it, nice and quiet, some sheep and lots of nature in the neighborhood. A dream, the nights quiet. Even the nearby road has hardly any traffic and therefore did not bother at all. All in all a beautiful place to completely unplug. We love peace. I would definitely go back to the house for a vacation.
Excellent Villa with great outdoor spaces and peaceful location but also very close to Pollenca (walkable.. though be careful as no pavement!) & 15min taxi drive to Puerto de Pollenca. Would stay here again!! Pool was very welcome as the days were hot, hot, hot!!!
Wonderful property, perfect location
As soon as we entered this beautiful villa we knew we were gonna have a great time. We felt instantly at home, and loved exploring all the different quirky areas. Six of us stayed there....me and my husband, our three children (18, 16 and 12) and my son's girlfriend. We have stayed in villas in and around Pollenca a few times before so we knew we loved the area. This villa is by far the best one we have stayed in. There were a number of different outside areas giving us plenty of space to either spread out or socialise. The pool was perfect - just the right size and we particularly liked the lighting inside the pool...making night time swimming lots of fun! The garden was an added bonus...tomatoes, peppers and chillies freshly picked were delicious! The location is perfect....stunning views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival and had a spectacular view of the lights and fireworks.... The town is an easy 5 - 10 minute stroll down the hill, making it perfect for exploring the lovely streets of Pollenca with its wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shops and cafes. All in all a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa...definitely want to go back.....

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by a big garden. You can relax and listen to the bird chirping. Thanks to the four terrace, you will always find a place in the sun or in the shade, depending on what you like. The brick barbecue is also great. The kitchen equipment leaves no wishes open. The villa was super clean and the bed very comfortable. We would spend our vacation here again any time. You are in 5 minutes in Pollenca and in 10 minutes on the beach.
It’s the outside space that really impressed us: beautiful garden, good-sized pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen with great adjustable charcoal grill and an outdoor shower that we loved so much we hardly used the indoor ones!
The villa was was clean in a quiet beautiful location with views of the mountains but only a 10 minute drive to the beach.
Second year stay at Finca Morell Vall (2022 & 2023) and wonderful time had again. Great space for a group/large family (10 of us). Look forward to next year.
Lovely quiet location with easy access to lots of different areas and beaches. The kitchen was a bit small but the outside space more than made up for it.8/10
A beautiful discovery , the villa is very comfortable, very clean, with change of towels and sheets in the middle of the stay. A little hot upstairs but it was hot during our stay. Beautiful and very maintained garden.

Nice stay at Can Barre. 7 adults Spent most the week in the nice size garden / terrace area and Pool.Villas also a nice size for 8 or 10 people. Annex looked big having a peek in the window. Kitted out fairly well for big cooks and bbq's.Villa in a Quiet, remote area. Didn't get a hire car so opted for taxis all week .Maybe 2 of the 10 we called out took more than 30mins, ride takes 15mins tops. Getting back, never a wait at the ranks in pollenca / acudia.Helps having the villa position on Gmaps ready for the driver. Zero critter / ant issues taking them every 2 days. 2 alright hairdryers supplied atm. Really easy, relaxing holiday all in all with no hidden surprises.
Cute house amongst other villas and farms. has everything you need. clean and Nice rooms but not air-condition in all rooms. would definitely return to this house.
Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood next to the mountains surrounded by nature.It was very clean and the property was bigger as expected. The owner provides you with Tennis and table-tennis equipment.
