Entering the house there is a large dining kitchen with all of the equipment that you would expect along with a dining table and chairs and TV area. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC.The large living room has patio doors which flood the room with light and offer views to the terrace and pool. There is a TV, Wifi and large comfortable sofas. Here there is another dining table to seat 6 people Stairs lead up to the first floor.Sa Marina has 3 bedrooms all thoughtfully designed, two doubles and one twin.
One of the double bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, private terrace with sea views and ample wardrobe space. There is a twin bedroom also on this level again with ample wardrobe space and views to the pool. The family bathroom has shower over bathtub.On the second floor there is a spacious double bedroom, this bedroom has a private terrace. with views to the bay of Puerto Pollensa and the distant Tramuntana mountains.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning.Outside to the rear of the property there is a covered terrace, swimming pool surrounded by a decked sunbathing area and large brick built barbecue.Sa Marina offers close access to amenities whilst enjoying the tranquility of a quiet, beachside hideaway.

The house is beautiful, very well decorated and equipped. The rooms are large and spacious, breathtaking view of the water. Quiet and peaceful area. About 20 minutes walk from the old town through charming streets. Bus stop nearby to get to other villages.

Very well-kept house in a good location. Unfortunately, in the neighboring house was construction.
The villa was all-you-need if you’re looking for a quiet place located on the same distance from both neighboring villages. The beach line is not that attractive, however it wasn’t promised to be so, according to the villa description and location. Absolutely awesome beaches are located 5-7 minutes drive either direction (we especially liked the one in Port d’Alcúdia).Basically you need a car to get everywhere, even for a minor grocery shopping and closest cafe, but we were well-prepared to that condition:) The house has everything needed for a group of 6+ pax and for our family of 4 it was even larger than needed. Anyway we didn’t ever had bathroom queues. The house is a bit chilly at nights but that’s ok for the spring season and is easily adjusted with electric heaters at night and extra blankets.If you are into sports, running and cycling, that’s another reason to rent this villa. You have a wonderful bike lane to Pollença and further, which starts directly from the gate.

10 of us stayed here for a cycling trip. First time on the island and can’t say enough about how great it was! The villa is perfect for a group. Very clean, excellent location to navigate rides from. Quiet yet walking distance to everything. We will book it again if/when we come back!
This house is brilliant! It's absolutely huge, spacious rooms, all very comfy with high quality linens, towels etc. Spotlessly clean. Awesome pool and outside area! The host is fantastic! Went above and beyond to help us and ensure we were happy. Very impressed! Would definitely return!
We stayed as a multi generation family group and this villa suited us perfectly. My parents slept in the top level bedroom and theteenagers in the had the use of the room downstairs.The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need and we were impressedwith the welcome pack. Our towels were changed mid weekand the villa was spotless on arrival. One of the twin mattresses was uncomfortable and the doordownstairs shower doors are ill fitting and difficult to close.
Everything was great in principle. The finca was clean and the most necessary thing you need was available. The pool was very good as it had two depth areas. The ants come if you leave food out. Shortcomings: There should be more umbrellas available. Only one available, but you could move the different levels.Two of the six beds are rather hard.Would go back to this finca at any time. This is a fabulous villa in a great location. The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners keep it very clean. We loved the pool with ample sun loungers. A car is essential and although only a short walk from Cala san Vicente there is no path so slightly impractical to walk. Only a 5min drive to the local supermarket yet the villa is in a very private location. Can’t wait to go back.
We particularly liked the cleanliness of the finca. The house is very spacious, has a great pool and was overall bigger than we expected.It is definitely suitable for a holiday with six guests.A highlight are the fresh oranges in the garden!
A lovely villa close to amenities. As you would expect being close to a main route there is some road noise but the grounds are beautifully landscaped and we had a really relaxing week here.
We had a great stay at the finca. it is located perfectly in between pollenca and port de pollenca, perfect to start cycling. supermarkets and padel courts close by! the finca has very modern interior including all new kitchen and bathrooms. pool and outdoor bbq area are great!the proximity to the main road could be bothersome to some, but it did not bother us. overall great place, would definitely recommend!
Beautiful finca in a relaxing surrounding close to Pollenca. We loved the pool and the great views of the mountains. The garden smells like heaven and the communication with the team is very fast and convenient.

The property is well located for walking into the old town of Pollenca and is set on a hillside with fantastic views of the town and surrounding mountains. It's spacious with plenty of room for 6 people to enjoy a holiday without crowding each other and the outdoor spaces and pool are fantastic. It's so quiet and peaceful and to lie and read a book in the sunshine by the pool was wonderful. It was equally lovely in the evening to sit out and eat under the stars! The property was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well but, as there are mosquito screens on all the windows, we were able to sleep with the windows open and didn't need to use it. There were plenty of pots and pans for cooking and the large fridge, cooker and dishwasher made life easy when catering for the family. Venturing down the hill on foot into the old town to eat and shop was a bonus, as we didn't have to argue about who was going to drive back in the evening!
Access to the driveway is quite tight, so I would advise hiring a small to medium sized car. We were OK with a Ford Focus but a big 4x4 might struggle. Also the property is laid out over three floors with several different levels outdoors, which wasn't a problem for us and actually added to it's charm but it might be an issue if you're a little unstable on your feet.
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.
The place has a beautiful location. It is elevated so you can look at the mountains &' the sea. It is clean &'equipped with everything you could need for self-catering. The balcony is great for watching the sunset in the evening & to relax again.

Can Giroa is a fantastic villa and exceeded our expectations in every way. Close to Pollença with all it’s restaurants as well as the fantastic beaches at Cala St Vincent and Formentor. We’ll be back for sure.
We have stayed for one week at Ferra and really enjoyed it. We were travelling with 5 adults and two children.The house was great. Everything was clean and well equipped. The three bedrooms are air-conditioned, which was a lifesaver. The house offers two terraces, one in East direction (pool arrea) and one in West direction (barbecue arrea), so you could stay outside the whole day independently from the weather. The pool is great, with a deeper part to jump into the pool and dive and a more shallow part for the children.The only negative point to mention is that there was hunting season on Mallorca, so hunters are allowed to shoot birds an 2-3 days a week. On these days you can hear a lot of shooting around and close to the house through the whole day, which is kind of annoying for adults and scary for children. Sometimes you have single feathers in the pool afterwards, which is not great but not a big deal.The communication with the host was easy and uncomplicated.
Overall the villa was perfectly located for a family. A 15 minute drive to playa de muro which boasts one of Mallorca's loveliest beaches, 10 minute drive to Pollença old town which has a lot of rich history and beautiful architecture to offer and 15 minutes to port de Pollença which is great for dinners and has a bustling evening scene. In terms of the villa itself, it did not disappoint - just like the photos showed on the website. The pool side lounge chairs were extremely comfy as were the living area sofas. The only downside were that the beds were creaky and not that comfortable which is why I wouldn't rate this villa 5/5 stars. But everything else was fantastic and we would return in a heartbeat.
Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.
