This traditionally built Mallorcan cottage is made from local stone, with modern styling inside-white walls, terracotta-tiled floors, beamed ceilings, and halogen spot lighting. The airy sound-proof lounge, dining room and kitchen are all open plan. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, dark wood furniture and a traditional Mallorcan stove.
The two bedrooms are both beautifully furnished with antique furniture, and have views over the gardens. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower. The kitchen area has appliances including a dishwasher and a microwave. There's also a pantry with lots of storage space. Double patio doors lead out onto the terrace.
Outside a vine-covered terrace runs along the lounge side of the house, with a table and benches. There are wonderful views from here of the old town of Pollenca, the famous 365 Calvari steps and the mountains beyond. Looking the other way, there are lovely views of the Puig de Tomir mountain.
There's another terrace in front of the house with a built-in barbecue and its own seating area. The gardens at Can Coster Puig are very well cared for with lawns and mature shrubs and trees. The pool itself is surrounded on three sides by lawn, and a stone sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers runs along the other side. This is a lovely villa in a wonderful location and yet is just a short walk from Pollensa and its cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely beaches are also a short drive away.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

Beautiful villa in a great location
The photos really don’t do this place justice. A fab spot just above Pollenca and in the shade of the mountain but gets sun too - would be perfect for hot weather.Also, it has heating for the colder months which we did need as it snowed during our stay!Log burner broke but the owners were - super responsive in turning the heating up and providing a gas fire and Nord Villas were very helpful as hosts. Would definitely stay again!

We love this villa, have stayed 4 times and have booked again for 2025. Location is ideal, villa has everything you could need. It is really well maintained and so close to the town there is no need for a car. Nothing, we love it.

We had a lovely week at this villa. It’s a short walk into Pollenca town, lovely for an evening out or a post dinner ice cream. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature when we visited in August. Whilst you can hear the main road from the villa, it wasn’t at all intrusive and the villa is very private with some lovely views.

The place is good, it corresponds to the photos. It's very close to the sea, few hikes are nearby, 10 mins far from big grocery stores on car.The village itself very calm and small, perfect for chill vacation.All three bedrooms are separated and have own entrances from the house territory. Direct access to the pool, but I didn't notice someone who cleaned it.Do not count on TV, it's super old and almost unusable.Throw garbage every day, in other case you'll have ants farm in kitchen.Vast kitchen set so you can cook whatever you want for big family.
This was one of the nicest villas we’ve stayed in, it was almost home from home except it was a lot sunnier than England very well equipped
The location is great - great area, great views; a bit adventurous getting to the accommodation:). Pure relaxation - now and then the goats came by. Very nice house! Ideal for two couples - spent great time! Thank you - it was really great!
We had a fantastic stay. We booked seven nights with my wife and 1 year old and the place was perfect.Ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa so great for wondering around the old town but also great for heading to the beach and exploring the the coastline. The pool was also very clean and perfect for young children as there’s a shallow end that then offers steps into the deeper section of the pool. The grounds and garden and especially the BBQ area were brilliant and perfect for dining outside. I’d highly recommend staying here and we’ll hopefully return sometime soon.

Wonderful property, perfect location
As soon as we entered this beautiful villa we knew we were gonna have a great time. We felt instantly at home, and loved exploring all the different quirky areas. Six of us stayed there....me and my husband, our three children (18, 16 and 12) and my son's girlfriend. We have stayed in villas in and around Pollenca a few times before so we knew we loved the area. This villa is by far the best one we have stayed in. There were a number of different outside areas giving us plenty of space to either spread out or socialise. The pool was perfect - just the right size and we particularly liked the lighting inside the pool...making night time swimming lots of fun! The garden was an added bonus...tomatoes, peppers and chillies freshly picked were delicious! The location is perfect....stunning views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival and had a spectacular view of the lights and fireworks.... The town is an easy 5 - 10 minute stroll down the hill, making it perfect for exploring the lovely streets of Pollenca with its wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shops and cafes. All in all a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa...definitely want to go back.....

Superbly located finca close to Pollenca. Large parking space directly at the finca, but this is not easy to reach with a larger car. Great outdoor area with lounge corner, pool and real pizza oven (for heating you have to plan 3h). The Finca is also suitable early in the year, as it is heatable. Everything is very clean, large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, modern bathroom. But this is also the case in other parts of the island. We can thoroughly recommend the finca.
Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.
A wonderful place in nature, a finca surrounded by olives and pomegranate trees. Chickens and geese in the side garden crown the noise. The pool is clean and was cleaned during the stay, the lawn mowed. The house is spacious, the kitchen impeccably equipped. The town is magical and also the sea with the beaches well accessible by car. It was perfect vacation days. Thanks

The house is in a super nice quiet location. Beautiful spacious garden with palm trees, mandarin & lemon trees.The pool with the view of the mountain is amazing. You will relax completely.We could park the rental car in the garage on our own.The decor inside was fine, we didn't miss anything.Friendly and nice owner who occasionally came by for the maintenance of the garden/pool ( and have a chat) Bring fresh towels in the middle of the week. He came to say goodbye himself the day before departure and wish us a good flight back. We had a great week.
We very much enjoyed our stay. It is beautifully situated with a lot of privacy, but still a short drive from Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. The pool was wonderful as was the outside space in general. The accommodation is spacious and clean and it's a perfect location for any families wanting to space and privacy to relax. Whilst we were there there was major storms on the island, which meant that we lost internet and the pool became full of debris - out of control for the owner - but the next day the pool was cleared and the issues rectified speedily, which is what you want. The hosts were responsive with any questions.
Me and my sister stayed in this apartment for 1 week, it has very good facilities, great beach close by, and a fantastic owner, who was very helpfull. Hope to go back sooner rather then later. Thanks.

Great accommodation located a couple of minutes from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped (we have travelled several times a year for the past couple of decades and this is in the top 5 of kitchens for pots/pans, plates & utensils). The water pressure in the showers was very good. Pool isn't massive but most of the time we had it to ourselves (there are only 8 properties with access). Internet speed was really good. Due to a storm overnight we woke to a power outage as the circuit breaker had tripped and wouldn't reset. I messaged the agency team (out of hours) just after 07:00 & they messaged back within 15 minutes. Luckily I'd managed to get it to reset by then but all communication we had was prompt and polite.

Very enjoyable time spent in this peaceful villa. Management were excellent with regular cleaning and towel and bedding changes. Lovely pool and sun loungers. Fully equipped kichen and outside barbecue. Highly recommended
My friends and I had a really nice stay there – especially the outdoor area is really nice. Communication worked well, our late check-in was also not a problem at all. Of course, you can see and see that the house is a bit older and worn, but for the price it fits perfectly – we were mostly outside anyway, as you can also be under the covered dining area/outdoor kitchen even if it rains.
We had a wonderful quiet week in quiet surroundings. During the day you can hear a few cars from the street, but that doesn't bother you and at night it is super quiet. We didn't miss anything! Thank you!
