This relaxed and airy house is very suitable for guests wanting to know the flavour of the real Mallorcan life combined with modern amenities.
The house boasts an impressive garden which offers sunbathing and space to relax on the terraces. With a seating area, 2 dining areas, a feature pond and views across the Mallorcan countryside this is a fantastic place to truly unwind.
The interior is very well furnished and lovingly cared for by the owners. The entrance doors lead into the spacious dining/lounge area with large dining table, chairs and TV. From the living/dining area there is also access to the fitted kitchen totally equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa sleeps 4-5 people. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with en suite bathroom downstairs and 1 double bedroom upstairs in a gallery area. There is also 1 full bathroom downstairs. There is a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping space.
There is a BBQ at your disposal to enjoy al fresco dining.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2 adult/night).

We spent with my family 5 days in the villa. The outdoor environment is a real complement to the house which is just as adorable. Everything is peaceful there.
We felt very comfortable in this fantastically beautiful little finca, which offers everything you need during your vacation. Ideal for 2-3 people, as there are many areas where you can retreat. If you love it close to the nature, this is the place to be! We were accompanied by wonderful voices of nature (frogs in the small pond, seagulls, milane, pheasants)... with wide views over fields to the mountains, magical sunsets, in the garden of lemon and grape fruit trees, olives... almost like in paradise. Clear recommendation (if you have a car).
It was beautiful and quiet. Especially the nicely landscaped garden exceeded our expectations. Once a cleaner came for the house. Both check-in and checkout were independent and completely straightforward with a key box. The kitchen is very well equipped.You get a welcome package in which, among other things, were dishwasher, two dishwasher tablets, some cooking oil, vinegar and one or two small paper bags of sugar, salt and pepper. I would have liked it if salt and pepper had been available in larger quantities, because it was not enough for multiple cooking. Everything was clean, tidy and in good condition. There were several interesting guidebooks available in German.The organizer responded promptly to requests. Conclusion: We enjoyed it.
Lovely rustic house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet area. You will need a car to get around. The house well situated for driving to both Alcúdia and Pollença.
We had a wonderful time at the finca! The property exudes typical Mallorcan charm and captivated us right from the start. We were especially impressed by the beautiful garden, filled with a variety of fruit trees and several seating and lounging areas that invite you to relax. Enjoying our morning coffee on the terrace was simply a dream – the peace and nature around us were incredibly refreshing.Inside, the finca was clean and well-maintained. The carpet on the upper floor wasn’t really necessary or should be swapped out, A few additional lights would have enhanced the cozy atmosphere even more. Nevertheless, everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. The communication with the host was always friendly, fast, and straightforward.
The finca is truly a dream with beautiful, idyllic and above all large garden! Everything is very lovingly laid out and the house is also very stylish and furnished with love. The kitchen is fully equipped and of very high quality. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful Villa set in stunning gardens
Great place to stay. The owner came to pour from time to time and gave us fruit from his plantation. Also the distance to the beach was quick to reach by car. To end the evening by the pool has given our vacation the necessary peace and quiet. Always happy to come back.
I totally recommend this villa. Perfectly located like 5min drive away from Pollença village where you can find all the facilities needed (wine/liquor shops, local market, LIDL, gas station, etc). The house itself is perfectly well thought, with individual bathrooms (4 inside + 1 outside by the pool and super convenient). Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and overviews the pool and the garden. Parking slot for 2/3 cars, local farm right by the house so you wake up with the sound of the animals. During our stay a house cleaning lady came to refresh rooms and bathrooms and to bring new towels. There’s an exterior fridge, very convenient, by the bbq (though the door is needed to be fixed). Also you can find a laundry room very convenient for a long stay. We were a party of 10 people and the house is clearly big enough and rooms well isolated. Amazing beaches are like 20min drive away from the villa - and not to worry about the cleanliness of the pool which is visited and cleaned several times during the stay by the staff. Well we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Our holiday was fantastic and the apartment was beautiful. We were very impressed with the apartment and found it clean, modern and well equipped. The pool area was lovely and it was a great place to cool off after a hot day on the beach. The directions to the apartment were spot on (it was where I suspected) and collecting the keys was smooth; it was nice to find the apartment ready when we arrived at about 2:30pm as we weren't expecting it to be, since we were early and the whole resort very busy. I have found dealing with your company very easy; everyone I have dealt with has been helpful and friendly and we wouldn't hesitate using vidavillas again.
The villa and the outside area are very well laid out and in a convenient location for the town of Pollensa. Everything was spotlessly clean and in terms of utensils (cutlery, bbq tools, table wear, cooking pots, etc), the villa was very well stocked. Although the location is great for Pollensa, it is on a busy road without pavements. For us personally, this wasn't an issue, and we walked into town and back moat days. The thing we found most surprising was the lack of what we would regard as "essentials' that all other self-catering accommodations we have stayed in have provided- for example, washing up sponges, hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, and each bathroom had 1 toilet roll only.

Lovely villa about 2 miles outside of Puerto pollenca.Villa just as described, got a fabulous welcome pack. Agency really quick to respond with an issues with the dishwasher.It’s 1/4mile from Lidl supermarket so super easy for getting supplies. On a main road but the track is long and with a bit of music you cannot hear anything. Couldn’t have asked for more.
The villa was very quiet with an excellent garden and pool which was ideal.
The villa, garden and pool were just as shown on the website, and instructions for collecting the keys was clear and caused no problem.
The agency responded to all queries very promptly.

We had a lovely holiday here on our first visit to Puerto Pollensa. The owner Colin could not have been more helpful, from arranging transfers to helping us through the disruption which extended our holiday by another 8 days!
The apartment was very clean and well equiped. The pool was also excellent although a bit chilly in April. The beach was very near and quiet and we used the local buses to visit Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor.
Loads of restaurants and bars nearby, good markets and supermarkets in easy walking distance. We would definitely return here!
This place is just amazing! We really felt at home with our 2 little ones. The location is perfect, quiet but very close to a lot of nice places. The swimmingpool is great and the house has everything you need. The owner came the day after we arrived to ask if everything was alright. We said that everything was great, however it seemed that the mattresses were a bit old. They ordered new ones straight away and the next day there were brand new mattresses on each bed. Very very kind and such a good hospitality. We will come back for sure!

We had a lovely stay at the Villa, which is located in a villa area, 5 min drive from the center of Pollensa, very well located for accessing the pretty places on the island . It's a clean little villa, with a nice pool that we enjoyed using, fruit trees, well equipped. I would like to add that as on the whole island , tap water is not recommended, you have to anticipate with water bottles. Communication with agent was effective. We loved this stay with our children.
Lovely house within walking distance to Pollenca. We had a great week here - pool and house were perfect for our family holiday.
