Cuxachou is an impressive traditional and modern villa providing a spacious interior with a high standard of furnishings and fittings.
The villa is just off the main road between Pollensa and Port Pollensa.
The main front door opens into a spacious and well furnished air-conditioned living/dining room providing a very calm and relaxing atmosphere modern open plan fitted kitchen
From the dining area a door opens onto the covered BBQ dining terrace and to the laundry area where the washing machine is located. One toilet with shower unit is also located in this part of the house. On this level there is also an attractive double bedroom with built in fitted wardrobes and bedside tables; there is also another full bathroom with bath
From the lounge area, stairs lead up to the first floor where the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. There is a large and beautiful master bedroom with slope beamed ceiling, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a large lime green en suite bathroom with a shower unit. There is another further twin bedroom with a sloping ceiling too and a full bathroom, en suite
The enticing swimming pool and tiled steps is surrounded by a lawn area and sun terraces.

A lovely villa close to amenities. As you would expect being close to a main route there is some road noise but the grounds are beautifully landscaped and we had a really relaxing week here.
Overall, we were happy with the place. If you're listening carefully, you could hear cars passing by. The decor in the kitchen has and in the bathroom was ok, but partly not up to date.
Wonderful house with all facilities you need: comfortable beds, more than enough bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a lot of greenery around the house and is the lovely private pool. In terms of location, it's top: you look out on the mountains, with 5 minutes drive you are in the nice center of pollenca and the nearest beach is 8 minutes drive. The most beautiful beaches are a little further away, which are an hour's drive away.
We had a great week at the villa! Everything was just like on the photos. The outdoor area is particularly nice so we could lie a lot by the pool and grill.

Lovely villa about 2 miles outside of Puerto pollenca.Villa just as described, got a fabulous welcome pack. Agency really quick to respond with an issues with the dishwasher.It’s 1/4mile from Lidl supermarket so super easy for getting supplies. On a main road but the track is long and with a bit of music you cannot hear anything. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful gardens, delicious smelling orange blossom tree, a real haven. I read a few reviews mentioning the road noise, it wasn’t something that bothered us, I stopped noticing it. We drove everywhere as not much walkable with a 2.5 year old. Close to Pollenca town which was beautiful. To be more child friendly gates around the pool would have been my only wish but otherwise we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back again.
Lovely stay at this villa. The property is pretty confusing to find, and we did have a slight mishap getting into the villa, where we ended up in the wrong place. It is really well located to cycle out from Pollensa to the mountains, and also quick into Port de Pollensa.

The villa is great, and it's just a short walk to town, but the outside space is truly magical. It's an incredible setting, gardens are incredible, just a great place to be.
We were a group of 6 friends and the finca was also perfectly equipped for that. The pool was very clean and had a comfortable temperature.Due to the quiet location and no neighbors, it also didn't bother anyone if you were a little louder yourself. The host was very friendly and helpful. He also offered us fruits and vegetables from his neighbouring field.

We had a wonderful time at the finca! The property exudes typical Mallorcan charm and captivated us right from the start. We were especially impressed by the beautiful garden, filled with a variety of fruit trees and several seating and lounging areas that invite you to relax. Enjoying our morning coffee on the terrace was simply a dream – the peace and nature around us were incredibly refreshing.Inside, the finca was clean and well-maintained. The carpet on the upper floor wasn’t really necessary or should be swapped out, A few additional lights would have enhanced the cozy atmosphere even more. Nevertheless, everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. The communication with the host was always friendly, fast, and straightforward.
This is a great place to stay in Pollenca. The views from the terraces are some of the best in town and the pool area is also really nice. Internally it’s fairly traditional and comfortable.We Travelling with our 7 month old and a good cot and mattress were provided along with a high chair.Typically the property is well equipped but household provisions and essentials are minimal. If arriving late after the shops have closed bring what you will need (milk, bread, butter etc). Provision of essentials would elevate an already good rental experience to the next level.The street is typically fairly peaceful and we managed to park outside the property all but one night. If you are driving hire the smallest car that you can get away with. Given that Pollenca is an old town with narrow streets a larger vehicle is not recommended but that’s part of the charm of staying here!!!There are some great places to eat 5 minutes away (Mares, La Fonda, Q11 etc.) and we found Pollenca nice and calm in October.
We were a family of five and had plenty of room. All as indicated. In particular, we liked the pool with its size very much . Also the short distances to the water or to Pollenca and Alcudia were very convenient for us. Communication and handling with the landlords worked smoothly. Great finca ....we'll be back...
Die Lage vom vom Haus ist einfach perfekt, wir wahren jetzt zum zweiten mal da und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder versuchen dieses Haus zu Buchen Gut wäre ein Tresor im Haus Die Eingangs Tür lässt sich nur schwer öffnen, wir sind am ersten Tag fast nicht ins Haus gekommen
10 of us stayed here for a cycling trip. First time on the island and can’t say enough about how great it was! The villa is perfect for a group. Very clean, excellent location to navigate rides from. Quiet yet walking distance to everything. We will book it again if/when we come back!
This nice holiday home is beautifully located right on the bay. You can explore the island with a car leaving from the house. Everything is available for a fun vacation.
My friends and I had a really nice stay there – especially the outdoor area is really nice. Communication worked well, our late check-in was also not a problem at all. Of course, you can see and see that the house is a bit older and worn, but for the price it fits perfectly – we were mostly outside anyway, as you can also be under the covered dining area/outdoor kitchen even if it rains.
Great location near some beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean. Air con was great. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Especially liked the art which was a nice touch. There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky we would have liked some extra pillows. However we didn't ask for any, I'm sure if we had someone would have got us some because everyone we met around the property was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Stunning villa in a perfect location, ideal for families and large groups. We had a wonderful time and all the Nord Villas staff were kind, helpful, efficient and friendly from first booking through to checkout. The house and garden were perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean, the pool was wonderful and we loved being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach and to a restaurant. Highly recommend. In my dreams there’s an ideal villa where the owners have thought of everything. Well, dream no more, because this is probably as near as it gets. We loved the two pools, the colourful planting, the view across the fields, the sense of calm luxury - but it’s the attention to detail that makes this special. Everything you need to get started on your holiday straight away has been provided. Every time I looked for something, it was there. Hotels can’t compete with thoughtful owners. Ten of us stayed, but privacy was no problem even in such a large group, thanks to the way the levels are arranged. Cooking was fun, with excellent kitchen facilities. This could become a favourite spot.

I arrived with my partner and her daughter for a week's stay at the beginning of November 2016 and we loved every minute. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the villa and its surroundings. Although it was the end of the letting season the property was in an excellent state of repair and cleanliness and the facilities were admirable. The pool was bigger and deeper than expected and the surroundings were excellent. The view from the sun deck was delightful. Drawbacks? Well, none really, but I wouldn't recommend hiring anything larger than a medium sized car as the access lane is very narrow in parts. However the instructions for finding the villa couldn't have been better. Thanks to the Vida Villas team for all your help. I'll definitely be hiring from you in the future.
Wonderful house in the middle of Pollença! The Highlight was the terrace with the pool, where we had dinner every night. Only negative aspect was that there was water flowing in the living room right next to the power sockets, which can be pretty dangerous. In the kitchen and in the living rooms there are some leaks, that should be repaired, but as we were only staying for a week it didn‘t bother us too much. Would come again :)
Communication with the rental agency during the corona situation was great. You get answers within minutes. The villa was very clean and beautiful.
