Cuxachou is an impressive traditional and modern villa providing a spacious interior with a high standard of furnishings and fittings.
The villa is just off the main road between Pollensa and Port Pollensa.
The main front door opens into a spacious and well furnished air-conditioned living/dining room providing a very calm and relaxing atmosphere modern open plan fitted kitchen
From the dining area a door opens onto the covered BBQ dining terrace and to the laundry area where the washing machine is located. One toilet with shower unit is also located in this part of the house. On this level there is also an attractive double bedroom with built in fitted wardrobes and bedside tables; there is also another full bathroom with bath
From the lounge area, stairs lead up to the first floor where the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms are located. There is a large and beautiful master bedroom with slope beamed ceiling, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and a large lime green en suite bathroom with a shower unit. There is another further twin bedroom with a sloping ceiling too and a full bathroom, en suite
The enticing swimming pool and tiled steps is surrounded by a lawn area and sun terraces.

A lovely villa close to amenities. As you would expect being close to a main route there is some road noise but the grounds are beautifully landscaped and we had a really relaxing week here.
Overall, we were happy with the place. If you're listening carefully, you could hear cars passing by. The decor in the kitchen has and in the bathroom was ok, but partly not up to date.
Lovely stay at this villa. The property is pretty confusing to find, and we did have a slight mishap getting into the villa, where we ended up in the wrong place. It is really well located to cycle out from Pollensa to the mountains, and also quick into Port de Pollensa.
Wonderful house with all facilities you need: comfortable beds, more than enough bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a lot of greenery around the house and is the lovely private pool. In terms of location, it's top: you look out on the mountains, with 5 minutes drive you are in the nice center of pollenca and the nearest beach is 8 minutes drive. The most beautiful beaches are a little further away, which are an hour's drive away.
We had a great week at the villa! Everything was just like on the photos. The outdoor area is particularly nice so we could lie a lot by the pool and grill.

Lovely villa about 2 miles outside of Puerto pollenca.Villa just as described, got a fabulous welcome pack. Agency really quick to respond with an issues with the dishwasher.It’s 1/4mile from Lidl supermarket so super easy for getting supplies. On a main road but the track is long and with a bit of music you cannot hear anything. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We had a lovely stay. Beautiful gardens, delicious smelling orange blossom tree, a real haven. I read a few reviews mentioning the road noise, it wasn’t something that bothered us, I stopped noticing it. We drove everywhere as not much walkable with a 2.5 year old. Close to Pollenca town which was beautiful. To be more child friendly gates around the pool would have been my only wish but otherwise we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back again.

The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. What can I say! Prepare to be blown away! The pool/sitting area outside is amazing! The pool beautifully blue and clear and loads of sunbeds for everyone to relax by the pool. We didn’t need to go anywhere else.Inside the villa is stunning. Marble floors, great sized kitchen and utility. Great sized fridge/freezer and the All important nespresso machine!Bathrooms were lovely and big and rooms air conditioned.Absolutely couldn’t fault it! Would love to book again next year! X
The house is beautiful, very well decorated and equipped. The rooms are large and spacious, breathtaking view of the water. Quiet and peaceful area. About 20 minutes walk from the old town through charming streets. Bus stop nearby to get to other villages.
We just wanted to tell you that we had just the best time, in your beautiful corner of paradise, it was exactly what we needed after quite a stressful first half of the year - the peace was just what the doctor ordered, and we were all bowled over by the beauty of the place, and what you have both achieved there! It is so clever - as all the incredible antiquities are in place - but you have so subtly added all the comforts to it - great showers, lovely towels and linen -wonderfully well equipped kitchen, and not to leave out your wonderful welcome and friendliness! We feel totally restored from our heavenly holiday

The finca is truly a dream with beautiful, idyllic and above all large garden! Everything is very lovingly laid out and the house is also very stylish and furnished with love. The kitchen is fully equipped and of very high quality. All in all, we felt very comfortable and can only recommend the accommodation.
A magnificent finca with a wonderful guesthouse . Fully equipped with all you need . Spectacular views and grounds , including a pool and sauna . Located close to Pollensa and Port de Pollensa with great places to eat and sights to see . Local information is provided in a folder. To get the most from you stay we would recommend hiring a car . A fabulous place to relax and recharge and to explore at your leisure. Loved it!
A beautiful property for a group of people. The outdoor area is a great place for relaxing in the evening and eating. The pool is fabulous.
The property is located in a quiet area which is fully equipped. It is very clean and highly recommended. We have rented a car to visit the island from this property and then you really need a car.

I stayed here with my family. The children (4 + 5 years) were completely happy with the pool and didn't want to go to the beach anymore. Particularly nice and authentic cottage in the quiet outdoor area of Pollenca .The coffee machine was broken but was immediately replaced the next morning after giving it. Super service.The pool is well maintained and the water quality is checked almost daily. During the fourth day (of 10), a very friendly lady came to clean our cottage and replace the towels. On the 7th day, the towels were replaced.
My parents and my children spent Easter in the beautiful house. We arrived at night but it was easily possible to check in with a lockbox. The house with the pool is great, the property is very spacious. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The decor is tasteful. You can walk to Pollenca. However, a rental car for exploring the area is recommended. The host is very friendly and gave us good tips. It was a very nice stay. Thank you for everything!
Great holiday apartment for a quiet stay with a family. The quite location near the beach and all facilities.
The Casa Magdalen is fantastic. Our check in went smoothly due to the very good information we received in advance. The pool is very clean and has been cleaned regularly. The rooms and furniture are a bit outdated, but it's perfectly fine. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, everything works perfectly. The large property is beautiful, especially the orange trees and the many different flowers - our two-year-old son loved exploring here. Great is that the entire property is fully fenced. The barbecue corner with sink is also particularly beautiful. The garden shed with washing machine as well as another bathroom with shower is practical. The internet also works very well - but not on the entire property (which is self-evident for the size). All in all it was a wonderful holiday on a great finca. We'll be back.
