The interior of the house is decorated with white walls, beamed ceilings, tiled floors and traditional furniture. The house has a warm, artistic feel to it.

Lounge and dining room with TV, DVD, stereo and fireplace for the cooler months. The kitchen also has a dining table and chairs and is fully equipped with a dishwasher and a fridge-freezer.
There are three bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single. The double and twin have air-conditioning and the single has fan cooling. There is a bathroom inside the house with a bath and shower. Outside at the end of the terrace is a shower room and toilet.
The inviting pool (8.5 x 4.5m) has Roman steps and mosaic tiles. There is an additional covered dining terrace overlooking the pool. Built in barbecue area next to the private swimming pool perfect for outside dining with tables, chairs and sun loungers provided for optimum relaxation and comfort... Outside utility room with washing machine at the bottom of the garden.

We have been to Pollenca many times...yes...even on the same road....the Villa Encisa is, was an experience...everything worked out, we will definitely come back. Location, cleanliness, coziness...especially the pool....for our three kids between 7 and 13 just an experience....especially after the beach day always a great end to the day... everything was just just...also the weather. Encisa... we think we'll book in just a few weeks for 2022😎...100% referral!
Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.
Beautiful finca in a relaxing surrounding close to Pollenca. We loved the pool and the great views of the mountains. The garden smells like heaven and the communication with the team is very fast and convenient.
Really enjoyed our stay. The location was peaceful and perfect to relax in. You have all you need around the pool, which was larger than expected, to have a perfectly enjoyable holiday.We had hoped to be able walk into Polenca, which is very close, but the road is very narrow and busy at times, so a car or the use of taxis is essential.That said we'd happily recommend this Villa
There were 4 of us at Encisa, everything was great and as described. We felt very comfortable.
Very nice accommodation. Perfect for a family of 4-5 people who want it a little private. We mostly stayed out by the pool, offering a large and beautiful outdoor environment with different possibilities; if someone wants to sunbathe or if you want to sit in the shade. Nice to also be able to barbecue sometimes. However, the accommodation is car dependent, you do not walk here or from here. The village which is a few minutes from the property (by car) is super charming and has quite a large selection of restaurants.
Villa is incredibly beautiful! We felt very comfortable. Surroundings are fantastic, proximity to Pollenca is really great. Had a really great time and will definitely be back. Screen on windows would be great. Because mosquitoes have it quite a lot. Otherwise everything is great :)
We had a lovely stay at the Encisa. We loved the pool area and the outside dining, this is probably where we spent most of our time. It was easy to find and the sign on the drive helped a lot at night. We felt very relaxed thank you
Excellent Villa with great outdoor spaces and peaceful location but also very close to Pollenca (walkable.. though be careful as no pavement!) & 15min taxi drive to Puerto de Pollenca. Would stay here again!! Pool was very welcome as the days were hot, hot, hot!!!
We (family with 3 kids) were totally thrilled. The finca is absolutely quietly located, has its own pool, which is a true blessing in the heat, and a shady outdoor terrace.We took trips to cities and beaches close by almost every day.There is nothing to complain about - the mosquitoes were a bit annoying, but that's probably due to the unusually hot week we were there (early July).

The finca is truly a dream with beautiful, idyllic and above all large garden! Everything is very lovingly laid out and the house is also very stylish and furnished with love. This is an exceptional villa in a lovely part of Majorca. The inside is very large with great areas to hang out and a very well equipped kitchen. Also, the sleeping areas are nicely (and very importantly) air conditioned. Its also great as the sleeping areas are effectively split in two, one area up one flight of stairs and the other up a different flight. This makes it perfect for two families as it gives them a bit of privacy with their own bathrooms etc. The outside is equally great. A lovely pool with a whole host of seating options around and about and even a table tennis table (although it was a bit too hot for us to manage much use of that). All in all, a great villa and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
We had a wonderful stay. The house is surrounded by nature and a farm. Everything is incredibly pretty, from the garden, to the spacious rooms and the kitchen. The view of the Tramuntana mountains is breathtaking. We had great runs in the morning and beautiful stays and dinners by the pool.
A wonderful villa. It’s rustic with modern facilities all laid out really well. We loved the pool and the quiet location. It was easy to get a taxi into Pollenca for evening meals or have a bbq and cook at the villa. You need a car to get everywhere else as it’s a little remote. It’s in a beautiful setting with views across the valley. We met the owners who were just so lovely. I would definitely recommend it.
Brilliant location a very short toddle to the sea! The resort was pretty quiet in May, but there were enough shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep us fed and watered.The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the balcony (the view!) and the pool was great for a quick dip. We would go back in a flash. Minor quibbles; The parking for the apartments is pretty tight, and there was no space for us when we arrived or for much of our stay. However, there is lots of on-street parking available in front of the apartments, so it wasn't a big issue. We understand the restricted hours for the pool, but it would have been lovely to have a swim at 8am or 8pm.
Very nice, clean and quiet house in driving distance from Alcudia and Pollenca. Great place for a family to relax - also great for smaller children.
Lovely spot outside Port de Pollenca - easily walkable in less than 30 mins to the beautiful beach and restaurants.Gardens and surrounding area are absolutely stunning - highly recommend the hike to Cala boquer if you stay here. Host was flexible with check in which was great and the chap that cleaned the pool (sorry I missed his name!) was friendly and had great recommendations. Would stay again!
Great house in the middle of the old town streets of Pollenca. The house is still very quiet and largely secluded from the neighborhood. The house is in excellent condition and is well equipped with great attention to detail. With a pool and air conditioning, it was always completely comfortable, even in the heat. We felt very comfortable. The location in the old town means that it is sometimes difficult to find parking spaces near the house, but there are enough parking spaces in the area.
The perfect villa for a family holiday! With a very comfortable well furnished air conditioned villa, the stunning shady grassy grounds and gorgeous pool we barely left the place all week. Our only ventures were to visit the hidropark at Alcudia which the kids loved and heading out for dinners at the beautiful Pollensa main square and the stunning costal restaurants at Puerto Pollensa. Highly recommend. We’ll be back! X
The place is in impeccable condition and very clean and maintained. It has a nice ambiance. The light installations are very nice, especially in the evening.We really had an exceptionally beautiful stay and the right place to relax.a lot of peace and quiet is guaranteed.Hence my unreserved recommendation.
We loved our stay at Can Barretes. This is the 3rd villa we’ve stayed at in north Mallorca and we all agreed it’s been our favourite. The villa is just perfectly set up - lovely pool, outdoor seating positioned facing it but with welcome shade, all facilities you need inside. And all within easy drive of Pollenca / Alcúdia.Thanks for a great stay!
A lovely villa with a good sized pool. Very helpful hosts with extremely clear directions and a very useful little starter pack of essentials on arrival. Tony, the owner, was lovely and went out of his way to be helpful. Highly recommended!
We had a lovely week at this property. The location was perfect, an easy walk to town. We left our car at the carpark just at the top of the town to save us driving through the narrow streets, it was only a 1 minute walk away.
The house, its location and the pool were amazing. The kitchen outside with the grill place was very nice.Just the rooms are a bit small and the furniture a bit old, but this didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay in this house a lot!
Great villa and exceptional value. The pool is a particular highlight as is the garden space.

Beautiful large villa in the most ideal location with the added bonus of a beach at the end of the garden! Walking distance to a range of restaurants, beaches and local amenities. We had a great time at the villa. Would most definitely like to visit again in the future.

This is a lovely property set on a quiet road but close to everything in the town. The interior was clean and comfortable with lots of storage and air con in the bedrooms. The outside areas are beautiful with room to spread about, whether it’s for sunbathing, reading, eating and socialising. The pool is such a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive. A fantastic holiday, thank you!
