On this floor we also find a large and spectacular dining room connected to an office, the pantry and the large and bright kitchen. The kitchen has a central island which has retained the style of the old kitchen. There are all new appliances and an informal dining area as well as a direct access to a patio and garden.
On the ground floor we also find a bedroom with walking closet and bathroom en suite, as well as two other bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the garden.
In the front porch of the house we find a living area with views to all the garden and an outdoor dining area.
On the first floor we find another living room with fireplace and a large television, with access to the front terrace of the house, with spectacular views of the entire estate and the mountains. In addition to the main house, we find in the lower part of the plot another building with 3 independent apartments for a total of 4 more people that, if desired, could also be rented with an additional cost per apartment
Damage deposit of £1000.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
