Set in private gardens which surround the swimming pool (8m x 5m). The house is set on two floors with a wide balcony which wraps around the front of the house.
All four bedrooms on the upper floor have aircon , two doubles, one twin and a single room with pull out bed. The house has three bathrooms complete with walk in shower, toilet and sink, 2 bathrooms are upstairs and 1 is downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer etc.
There is a spacious living dining area with comfortable sofas satellite TV, DVD player and WiFi internet connection.
Outside there is a covered terrace with a seating and a dining area which overlooks the pool and gardens. There is also a purpose built barbecue house ideal for those al fresco meals.
Aircon throughout house.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£1.50/adult/night).

Beautiful spacious villa. Lovely pool and fantastic outside area. Clean with lovely clean towels and bed linen. Generous welcome pack. Pollenca is beautiful, we preferred the old town to the Port. The Sunday market there is brilliant. Lovely shopping and restaurants.Palma and Soller are gorgeous places to visit.All in all a wonderful experience of Mallorca on our first visit to the island for a family holiday.Thank you so much.

The villa was exactly as the photos. Great location being a 7 minute drive to Pollenca, 12 mins to Puerto Pollenca and 40 mins from Palma. Peaceful location and the outdoor area was the reason we chose this villa. The pool was brilliant and there are plenty of areas to sit and eat, relax or sunbathe. The outdoor kitchen was good for the hot plate and bbq’s.Our children loved our week here and I would highly recommend the villa. Caiti the owner, was very welcoming and changed our towels mid week, she gave some good recommendations of what was going on in the area and also explained the history of the house.A great holiday and a good location for everything you need. Supermarkets @ 10 min drive away - Lidl and Eroski as you head towards Puerto Pollenca. They stock everything including sun lotion, mosquito repellant and bite soother, all toiletries you will need too.I would recommend hiring a car here to get around the island.
We spent a week at this beautiful finca. It is in a great location, shopping and beaches are just around the corner. It offers everything one needs for a great vacation!! Highly recommend!

Our family vacation with 3 generations was perfect.We mostly cooked in the outdoor kitchen. BBQ charcoal was present.Coffee machines in all variants are present :-)Towels are sufficient and have been replaced in half time.Essential amenities spices, toipappe, dish tabs, hand soap, sink must be purchased.Owners are very friendly and helpful. The garbage is disposed of daily.Thank you for the great time

Quiet accommodation with fantastic panoramic views. The finca is located in a large garden with palm trees, pool, many flower bushes and dust. It corresponds to the description. Mattresses in both bedrooms very good, furnishings a bit cobbled together, kitchen works, enough dishes, towels to change. Complaints are fixed immediately. We felt very comfortable. The location in the rural plain of Pollenca overlooking the Tramuntana is fantastic.
We've just returned from an amazing holiday. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted - somewhere peaceful where we could relax in the countryside. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old and we all had so much fun together playing in the garden.It was brilliant to be able to make our own fun there. We enjoyed BBQs, swimming, table tennis and playing games in the garden.It was a 5 minute drive to the beach which was great and the parking was free everywhere we went, so it really wasn't a problem using the car to get anywhere.Thank you for such a perfect holiday.
Lovely villa. Very well maintained and equipped. We have stayed in the region before and this is the first time we've found a villa described as "within walking distance of Pollensa" as actually 'truthfully' being walking within walking distance.
Loved our stay and were sorry when our holiday ended.

Die Umgebung von Pollenca ist gerade im Spätsommer oder Herbst ideal zum Wandern mit Badestops in kleinen, nur zu Fuss erreichbaren Buchten.
Ein Auto sollte man jedoch unbedingt zur Verfügung haben.

Thanks you for amazing apartment that we could spend a very joyful holiday with our family and friends. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Beach, restaurants etc are nearby. Owner is very helpful and all round great. Nothing to complain. Pool and back yard is very clean, peaceful and comfortable. Everyone of us thought that place was better than pictures.
Great stay in the house, very comfortable and with a beautiful garden. We very much appreciated the calm, the splendid view of the valley, theinterior fittings and space in the house. At 7 adults and two young kids, we were very comfortable.The house is close to Formentor, Port Pollença, Alcuidia and is the starting point for many excustions.
Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very nice bathrooms/showers and lovely Master bedroom with huge comfortable bed. The single beds were unfortunately not so good. Ok for young children but not adults or my teenagers!
Yes parking is very tricky near the villa, but there were always spaces on the edge of town.
Overall, a great holiday over Easter for an active family. We really enjoyed exploring Northern Majorca. Would definitely return to Pollensa.

The single beds have now been replaced by brand new very comfortable beds at the property (During season 2018).
We are happy to advise the best places to find parking, it can be tricky especially after 18.00 when the locals start to return in their cars. Parking is free which is a bonus as not many holiday towns have this facility offered without charge. Thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed it.
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.

Perfect villa, location is perfect for athletes (bike, triathlon...). The amenities are great (summer kitchen, change of towels at mid-stay, etc.)

A nice family home in a semi rural location on the edge of Pollença within a 10 minute walk of the Town. Lovely pool and gardens.
Our stay was great. The house was exactly as described and everything was very clean. The large garden and the pool area were wonderful. The ping pong table is in an impeccable condition, it was a lot of fun playing on it. A request on our part was very quick to respond. We will be happy to come back.

Tolles Anwesen mit guter Ausstattung. Altagsgegenstände müssen in großen Mengen gekauft werden und meist bleibt am Ende viel übrig zum wegwerfen. Gewürze, Spülmittel/Waschmittel für Waschmaschine/Spülmaschine sollten Teil der Ausstattung sein. Die Betten sind sehr weich.
