The owner has carefully retained the original interior stone walls and wooden beams. All rooms are spacious with a good standard of furnishings and fittings.
The comfortably furnished accommodation offers an entrance hall, living room with seating area, Satellite TV with BBC 1,2,3,4, DVD player and feature interior stone walls. The teak-fitted kitchen has microwave, marble worktop, twin sink unit, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooker/oven and eye-level cupboards. The utility room houses the washing machine. An inner archway leads to the master double bedroom with separate private bath/shower room. From the dining room French doors open to the cobblestone sun terraces and swimming pool area with shower room. Stairs lead up from the hall to two twin bedrooms sharing one full bath/shower. The second and third double bedrooms and a further twin bedroom share one full family bath/shower room. All bedrooms have air conditioning units.
Outside is an adjoining casita with the original bread oven and covered patio BBQ area, adjacent to the poolside and al-fresco dining terrace. The floodlit swimming pool, with Roman steps, has furnished sun terraces with nice views across the valley to the mountains. For those who enjoy walking this an ideal choice as you can walk directly onto the winding lane leading upto the mountains in this area. Yet you are a short drive from cosmopolitan Pollenca with the beautiful plaza, many tapas bars, restaurants and shops.

A perfect villa for relaxing in peace and quiet. The view is amazing to wake up to each morning, as well as the sound of goat bells and wild birds. Our group of ten fit very comfortably and overall had an amazing time there with lots of space to spread out.If you're a master chef this kitchen is not your best friend, but it's sufficient for preparing some basic family meals. The wifi strength was very weak, perhaps considering the remoteness of the house. The local town (Pollensa) is just down the road had everything we needed, and it was great to explore the local ports and amazing beaches nearby. Very responsive and helpful hosts, even on the weekends which we appreciated. Muchos gracias for everything :)

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful with plenty of room and space with plenty of character. Facilities were great with every appliance you could want for a home from home.
Excellent value for money. Small winding path to get there, a little off-center from Pollença, but the city remains easily accessible. We had to ask for basic things (dish soap, garbage bags, dish towels) but they responded quickly when I wrote to them. Have a nice stay!
Great villa near to Pollenca. The location is fairly remote and you would need a car but offers tranquility with little disturbance from neighbours. Villa offers everything you need from plenty outdoor seating options, a wood-fire barbecue, large pool, well equipped kitchen. Seems newly renovated and great for smaller groups, couples, families. Can recommend staying there if you don’t want to be in the center of a town.
I totally recommend this villa. Perfectly located like 5min drive away from Pollença village where you can find all the facilities needed (wine/liquor shops, local market, LIDL, gas station, etc). The house itself is perfectly well thought, with individual bathrooms (4 inside + 1 outside by the pool and super convenient). Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and overviews the pool and the garden. Parking slot for 2/3 cars, local farm right by the house so you wake up with the sound of the animals. During our stay a house cleaning lady came to refresh rooms and bathrooms and to bring new towels. There’s an exterior fridge, very convenient, by the bbq (though the door is needed to be fixed). Also you can find a laundry room very convenient for a long stay. We were a party of 10 people and the house is clearly big enough and rooms well isolated. Amazing beaches are like 20min drive away from the villa - and not to worry about the cleanliness of the pool which is visited and cleaned several times during the stay by the staff. Well we only wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay. The house is surrounded by nature and a farm. Everything is incredibly pretty, from the garden, to the spacious rooms and the kitchen. The view of the Tramuntana mountains is breathtaking. We had great runs in the morning and beautiful stays and dinners by the pool.
The finca was very neat, clean and modern. Everything was there what we needed. Especially nice is the spacious outside area and the pool. Cooking together is super nice in the beautiful kitchen. The communication with the host was easy and we always received a competent answer quickly. All in all everything was very good! We had a great vacation - gladly again. Thanks a lot!

This is an excellent property in a beautiful location. It is a little out of town so very quiet but within east reach of local shops. The Villa is clean and well equipped. Great pool area. The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. Overall, I cannot fault the place and would highly recommend.

Overall, we had a very nice time with friends in the house. The situation is quiet and very nice. In the morning you are woken up by animal sounds (rooster, dogs, donkey). We didn't mind It fits the charm of the house. You can take a hike directly from the house or quickly drive to the city or the beach (Highly recommended is Platya de Formentor, about 20 minutes away, but here you should bring meals, as it is very expensive on site)Everything was very clean and communication with the host was very pleasant. Since no one was in the house in front of us, we were also allowed in earlier. On the last night, there was suddenly no more water throughout the house. We were able to reach someone despite the late hour and the next day in the morning the plumber should come. (We were already gone by). The pool was very nice and there was 2x someone to clean. Kitchen was not so well equipped There were e.g. missing insulation pans, salad bowls, etc. The bedrooms were good and the beds comfortable. However, there was no way to lock the doors...also not in the bathrooms. A music system would have been desirable. Fortunately, we had a box with us. Overall we had a great time and would book the house again.
The accommodation and facilities were great and what we expected. The location was stunning. The bedrooms were large and air conditioned and beautiful..It was a fabulous spot to relax and explore the northern part of the island. We did have some teething problems but minor in the scheme of things The internet was patchy but with some basic turning off and on it improved and they did send someone out. The electrics do trip if everyone is taking a shower and you are cooking and using everything at the same time but then I guess my house would do the same…and easily remedied with resetting the switch…it’s an old modernised to a high standard Villa…The Villa is in beautiful countryside next to a farm where they have dogs kept outside and a donkey… these sometimes are noisy at night… especially if you are not used to such noises…so take some earplugs if the sounds of nature would keep you awake. All these are minor things as it’s a fab place to to take a large extended family to have a relaxing holiday and I would definitely try to use it again…

Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.
Location was perfect. Pool was lovely, also loved having a ping pong table by the side too. Provided with all the kitchen utensils and equipment which was perfect. Loved Can Oli, would certainly stay again! Maybe could have been provided with more toilet rolls and towels as we found ourselves to sun out. Although that was the only negative, everything else was excellent.
The house meets all expectations. The equipment is excellent - everything you need is there. The garden and pool is very spacious and beautiful. All was clean- tip top. We can highly recommend the house! Also the owners were very nice and helpful!!
We had a super nice time! With six girls, the two bathrooms were a little small, but we quickly came to terms with that!The pool and quiet location were excellent, we could quickly go to the beach or to Pollenca by bike!Amenities were better than we expected, the kitchen and bathroom in the house could use an update but were perfectly fine for a week!We would always come back!
Great Villa. Scrupulously clean. Loads of space inside and out. Pool perfect size. Table tennis a welcome addition. Great views to surrounding hills with birds of prey (mostly Kites) flying overhead most days. So peaceful and secluded yet only a very short 5-10 minute drive into Pollenca old town and 15-20 to Peurto Pollensa if the beach is what you want. Locals very friendly on the whole most speaking good English which is helpful! Main issue for us the week we went (October) was the mosquitoes…we were eaten alive!!! (Bring repellent but you can buy plug in diffusers etc in Lidl bit that they helped much!). ..meant we couldn’t sit out in the evening which was a shame but we tended to go into town anyway. All in all a lovely holiday.

We've just returned from an amazing holiday. The accommodation was exactly what we wanted - somewhere peaceful where we could relax in the countryside. We have a 2 year old and 5 year old and we all had so much fun together playing in the garden.It was brilliant to be able to make our own fun there. We enjoyed BBQs, swimming, table tennis and playing games in the garden.It was a 5 minute drive to the beach which was great and the parking was free everywhere we went, so it really wasn't a problem using the car to get anywhere.Thank you for such a perfect holiday.

This Villa was excellent. Great location within easy reach of a number of amenities and a stones throw from local towns such as Pollença and Alcudia with all the opportunities that they provide. The facilities of the Villa are as described, with plenty of room for kids to run around and an excellent pool. The communication with the host was easy and quick and when we had one issue (our fault) the owner was available within an hour. Highly recommended!
Had a beautiful stay here with my mother and my two children, it was a beautiful, peaceful place with all the things you could want for a peaceful vacation, 10 minutes drive into pollença and a lidl 5 minutes drive away. Clean/functional/outdoor cooking facilities as well as indoor.

This was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It is exactly as described if not better. They have everything you could possibly need and it comfortably fits 10 people. It is in a great location. The house was also spotless when we arrived and communication with the host and property manager was seamless. If you’re coming to mallorca and have a large group, I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful finca, great view, great garden and a very large pool. We found everything we needed. You definitely need a car and the finca is only accessible by a narrow path, so the finca as well as the surroundings are also very quiet
Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.

The villa was even more beautiful than we thought from the pictures. Beautifully furnished with small loving details like seating areas around the garden to follow the sun. The location is perfect to explore the island.When arriving make sure to follow the driving instructions from the company, not google maps! Otherwise you will stand in front of a closed gate where google believes to be a street on the narrowest path with no option to turn around.
We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The outside terrace is perfect. There’s a parasol outside for shade which I don’t think was in the photos. It was definitely needed for us with having a 2year old. This place is great for families! The garden is green and lush with flowers. Everything is well maintained. I particularly liked that after 5days housekeeping came to change the towels and sheets for us. I would highly recommend staying here!
