Finca Gran S’Horta is a unique exclusive farmhouse property that offers everything you will need for a fabulous holiday in luxurious surroundings conveniently located near the village of S’Horta and the beautiful beaches of Cala D’en Marçal and Cala Sa Nau.


The wonderful luxury villa is an old farmhouse of the XIV century completely renovated, with spectacular living rooms, terraces, sea views, celler with vaults and beautiful gardens, with orchard and fruit trees, next to which is the swimming pool.

The farmhouse is built on 3 levels, the first floor being the main floor, in which there are living rooms, the dining room and kitchen. On the ground floor we access the property through a beautiful patio that leads to the current library on one side or towards the 3 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, which are located on the ground floor. From this patio we access to two different stairs to the first floor. In this same floor we find a beautiful living room or cellar with vaults, next to which there are two toilets

Traditional Mallorcan stone on the outside, Finca Gran S’Horta represents everything that’s attractive about rustic Spain. Solid wooden beams, terracotta roof, tiled flooring, wooden window shutters, spacious private grounds and fantastic vistas across the rolling hills, you couldn’t ask for more,  its the perfect location for a holiday with family and friends.

And to top it all, the sea is just a short drive away where you can cool off in the crystal clear Mediterranean waters and enjoy the fantastic beaches

It has a maximum capacity of 40 people, distributed in 20 double rooms.

The house is built on three levels, the first floor being the noble floor, where there are the usual lounges, dining room and kitchen.

On the ground floor we access the property through a beautiful patio that distributes towards the current library on one side or towards the three bedrooms, all of them with en suite bathrooms, one of them adapted for the disabled, which are located on the ground floor . From this patio we access by two different stairs to the first floor. On this same floor we find a beautiful living room or cellar with vaults, next to which there are two guest toilets and an old kitchen with a ‘fogaña’. From this area or with direct access from the South facade, we find the old chapel, currently converted into a multipurpose room, perfect for a conference room or function room.

Accessing the first floor by the staircase called ‘D’es Señor’, we arrive at the entrance of the first floor from whose south-facing wing, all rooms have impressive views of the sea. We therefore access the main living room with fireplace and bar and views of the sea, as well as the dining room and kitchen. From the dining room we access the beautiful terrace on this floor, with an outdoor dining area and living room, both with stunning views of the sea. On this same floor, in the South wing, we find a double room, with an en-suite bathroom and a private living room with a large fireplace, as well as two rooms with a private living room and a shared bathroom, all of them with sea views. In the North wing we find two other rooms with a private living room and two bathrooms.

From the entrance of the first floor we access the upper floor, where we find a special bridal suite with bathroom en suite and private living room, with total privacy and 4 other rooms, all with bathroom en suite, as well as a beautiful terrace with stunning sea views. On this same floor we find 4 more rooms, known as the ‘private wing’, all of them with en suite bathroom and direct access through an original black staircase to a direct entrance with access to the entrance patio mentioned at the beginning.

Fantastic home for a fantastic stay. We loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. Top tips from us - don’t stress about parking, the roads are very narrow and parking isn’t easy so use the car park on the way in to Pollensa. It’s only a 5 minute walk and is very safe. There is a lovely bakery just 2 minute walk away on the main road in and not far from the chemist. Enjoy!

We had a great stay and the communication with Colin was brilliant. The villa is very clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is fantastic and the steps in are great for children. The pool was also really warm considering it’s not heated and the view of the mountains is fantastic. Lovely quiet area but a 25 min walk into the square in Pollenca and 5 min drive to the Port. Lovely area and lots of great restaurants and beaches nearby. We were a family of 8 (7 adults and one child) and would definitely like to return :)

Charming and lovely townhouse in the old part of Pollenca. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. House is really well equipped. ACs in all the rooms meant it was never too hot even in the August. High walls give a lot of privacy and also make the sun more bearable. Pool was lovely. We quickly got used to parking in the side streets around the house, but it is also possible to park slightly outside the town. We used a car to go Puerto Pollenca to get to the fantastic beaches. Their Internet was good enough for video calls for work Communication with the manager was easy and quick. Would clearly recommend and also go back
