There is a double en-suite bedroom with shower over bath, a twin bedroom and a family bedroom with a double beds. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath. The bedrooms all have air conditioning and wardrobes with a safe provided to keep personal belongings secure.
The Fully kitchen equipped makes catering for your holiday very easy.
The apartment has parquet flooring throughout with air conditioning provided in the bedrooms and large living dining area.
There is a flat screen TV and two comfortable sofas which face out to the balcony, also a dining table and chairs in the living area and in addition a furnished balcony.
This is an ideal holiday accommodation for those how want to be within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is well furnished and modern, an ideal place to have a sea front holiday.

Great house well located and with a pleasant garden!
Wonderful house with all facilities you need: comfortable beds, more than enough bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. There is a lot of greenery around the house and is the lovely private pool. In terms of location, it's top: you look out on the mountains, with 5 minutes drive you are in the nice center of pollenca and the nearest beach is 8 minutes drive. The most beautiful beaches are a little further away, which are an hour's drive away.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. The accommodation and facilities were great and what we expected. The location was stunning. The bedrooms were large and air conditioned and beautiful..It was a fabulous spot to relax and explore the northern part of the island. We did have some teething problems but minor in the scheme of things The internet was patchy but with some basic turning off and on it improved and they did send someone out. The electrics do trip if everyone is taking a shower and you are cooking and using everything at the same time but then I guess my house would do the same…and easily remedied with resetting the switch…it’s an old modernised to a high standard Villa…The Villa is in beautiful countryside next to a farm where they have dogs kept outside and a donkey… these sometimes are noisy at night… especially if you are not used to such noises…so take some earplugs if the sounds of nature would keep you awake. All these are minor things as it’s a fab place to to take a large extended family to have a relaxing holiday and I would definitely try to use it again…
Everything is great! The location is great: 15-minute walk and you have several shops/restaurants - very close is the restaurant: Figueret -> recommendation!!The beach is only a minute away! The apartment was really very clean! And is also otherwise very well appointed. Only the light switches are a bit complicated - but they also provided fun moments. The pool is also well maintained and provided a nice cooling at felt 40°.All in all highly recommended!
Great location very close to the beach, despite several other apartments in the complex and good road access very quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are relatively small, but very well maintained and nice. The highlights are the stylish living area with a well-equipped kitchen and the two huge balconies. The pool is of course nice as well, but you practically do not need it at the beach. The free parking spaces at the house are a plus! Absolutely no negative points, everything was great! Only one suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the bedrooms had mosquito nets in front of the balcony doors, so that you could leave the windows open even at night. But it is not mandatory, since the whole house is air conditioned.
We stayed in these apartments October, couldn't fault them at all. Everything you could need for self-catering was available. There is a nicely furnished balcony and the apartments are in a great spot. Nice overlooking a small beach with restaurants and shops. close by. Vida Villas are extremely helpful and can organise travel from airport to apartments for a small fee. Would definitely go again and recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Puerta Pollensa!
Very pleasant
Our only criticism would be that the table tennis table was past it's best ! The villa was very well presented, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly well equipped - it even had a tea-pot! The welcome pack was probably the best and most comprehensive I've seen ! The villa is in a quiet sub-urban setting backing onto the hills. 5 mins drive to supermarkets and a 30 min walk to Pollenca centre and restaurants, across the Ponta Roma, that is pleasant enough (you might want a torch for the return journey at night). Owner was friendly. We used the small pool (late October) but the sea was warmer. Pollenca is a good base if you want to have good access to the coast without being in a coastal resort.
A beautiful old Mallorcan house with lots of charm and great pool - we will be happy to come back.

Very large and perfect for a group of 5. The pool right outside the terrace is also totally practical if you need a cooling down again after the sea.We were very positively surprised by the number of toilets (3 pieces).The contact was totally smooth and we were even able to get into the accommodation a little earlier than planned. Also that we were not quite on time at check-out was no problem for the owners.A top accommodation I highly recommend it if you are looking for a large clean accommodation with good parking.
An ideal location in the heart of the town.
We took a chance on Mallorca, Pollensa in particular, and this property on a last minute whim and we were not disappointed! The property is decorated to a high standard and nicely furnished. The air-con was very welcome when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the terrace ideal for sitting out in the shade. The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk to the famous Pollensa steps and the town centre. Just right for a morning stroll to get breakfast in the town square and not too far to walk back after supper! Pollensa town has much to offer, including wonderful market on Sunday. But if it is sand and sea you want, you will not be disappointed - less than a 10 minute drive (or a slightly longer cycle on a dedicated cycle path), you are on the beach. We only scratched the surface of what Pollensa and the surrounding area has to offer and we do hope to return again one day to discover more.
I could go on......but I think anyone reading this will have got the point of this review - book! If you want a town location within a few miles, excellent facilities and a comfortable property to stay in - this is for you!
Very nice appartement with nice facilities and view on the sea from the balcony. Everything well maintained and clean! Pool was a big plus however keeping the children from jumping in the pool (which is against the rules and some neighbour insisted on it) was hard. The village is nice and has most important facilities but for a real supermarkt or somewhat larger beach (alcudia is recommended, 20 min) a car is really required
Nice villa with a great pool and lovely views. We would stay again if it weren’t for the road. The pool and outdoor area were great. The location wasn’t great. The road is narrow and it was difficult/dangerous to pull out in the car. There was no mirror to check for oncoming traffic. We had to buy all cleaning supplies, soap etc.

Lovely villa. Pool excellent and outside area for eating was excellent. So good to have an outside kitchen area. All rooms very nice.
The villa was clean, comfortable and well furnished with a large outside area. An easy 25 minute stroll along a lane into Pollensa for dinner or coffee and cake was an enjoyable daily ritual. We would rent the villa again.

The location is beautiful in the country side with a back drop of mountains and a 30 minute walk into Polenca. The garden is private and very peaceful with plenty of shade either on the veranda or under the trees. Internally the kitchen is extremely well equipped the bedrooms are good size with effective air con when required and the sitting room is comfortable. There is a large well shaded veranda with tables and chairs for outside eating.
