There is a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and this follows through to the laundry room. A passageway from the entrance leads to the bedrooms at the rear: one double en suite with shower and the other two are twin bedrooms sharing a full bathroom.
There is a spiral staircase that leads down to the garage and up to a mezzanine level that is not accessible.
The mature gardens are a delight with mature olive and oak and lead to a built-in barbecue and on to the gorgeous huge pool (12 x 7 mts.) with small waterfall feature.
This is a great private villa perfect for a family wanting space for children to enjoy and also has the advantage of being within walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants.
