Villa Jaume Can Xoti is a charming and pretty simple house situated in the tranquil C'an Xoti area in the lovely countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa (approx. 3.5 km from each). It is reached by a small lane and is quite private with hedges bordering the garden and pool area.

There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace, as well as an attractive BBQ area.
Inside the house is comfortably furnished for a couple or family with children. There are splendid views of the countryside and Tramuntana mountains from the roof terrace. It is a single storey property with a Lounge/dining room with satellite TV and DVD. The Kitchen has a full gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge (washing machine in BBQ area), 2 twin bedrooms and full bathroom.

A beautiful location and Villa. By car lots of the surrounding areas are very accessible. The bedrooms do get VERY hot at night due to no air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you need, & the pool is very clean and great size.
A corner of heaven! We took great advantage of the outdoors, especially with the pool and spaces around. The garden and terrace are very pleasant.Inside the house is cute and clean, it's a holiday home. It has everything you need for check-in. Be careful to think about water bottles because tap water is not drinkable.The location of the house is a very good base for visiting the beautiful corners of the island. We were able to do activities (canoeing, hiking, swimming in the sea caves) and very good restaurants are nearby. Only drawback: the address is a little complicated to find on GPS and the surrounding roads are a little narrow. But it's not inconvenient once you get used to it.We had a very nice stay in the sun!
Location is very good for exploring the Sierra de Tramuntana area. Located in a very quiet area but very close to villages like Pollensa, where you find anything you are looking for.Highly recommended for groups of 2 to 4 people.

Quiet villa in the countryside with very good facilities and an optimal starting point for excursions to the sea or to the Serra de Tramuntana.To get to the house, there are numerous opportunities to settle down comfortably and enjoy the sun of Mallorca. The roof terrace is great for a breakfast in the morning sun or a sunset drink. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and dishes. In the outside there is a cottage with a grill and a washing machine.At the beginning of the season in mid-March, the unheated pool was still very refreshing, a bathing pleasure will probably only be in the summer. The shower's hot water supply was a bit unreliable, there may have been a technical defect. Electric heaters in the house were kept in sufficient quantity and strength.
The villa is in a peaceful location but within a short drive you can get to the picturesque towns of Polenca and Alcudia where there are interesting places to visit plus lots of good restaurants and shops and weekly markets. The villa was a great place to stay and as a base to visit the lovely island of Mallorca.

We had a lovely stay at the Villa, which is located in a villa area, 5 min drive from the center of Pollensa, very well located for accessing the pretty places on the island . It's a clean little villa, with a nice pool that we enjoyed using, fruit trees, well equipped. I would like to add that as on the whole island , tap water is not recommended, you have to anticipate with water bottles. Communication with agent was effective. We loved this stay with our children.
The location and surroundings are really great, very quiet in a beautiful area and yet many places can be reached in a short time. Price/performance was absolutely fine, especially since the shower/toilet had minor defects, which were handled relatively quickly.

We had a wonderful time at the finca! The property exudes typical Mallorcan charm and captivated us right from the start. We were especially impressed by the beautiful garden, filled with a variety of fruit trees and several seating and lounging areas that invite you to relax. Enjoying our morning coffee on the terrace was simply a dream – the peace and nature around us were incredibly refreshing.Inside, the finca was clean and well-maintained. The carpet on the upper floor wasn’t really necessary or should be swapped out, A few additional lights would have enhanced the cozy atmosphere even more. Nevertheless, everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. The communication with the host was always friendly, fast, and straightforward.

A lovely villa with a good sized pool. Very helpful hosts with extremely clear directions and a very useful little starter pack of essentials on arrival. Tony, the owner, was lovely and went out of his way to be helpful. Highly recommended!
About the holiday: We were very happy with Finca Can Roca. The house and garden were incredibly beautiful and exactly as we hoped judging after the pictures in the internet. It was very well equipped and there was a good atmosphere in the house also in bad weather which we had sometimes. There were some minor problems with the swimming pool because of too much chlorine and the hot water supply was reduced after heavy rainfalls, but the manager was extremely swift in helping. We were positively surprised how effectively he looked after everything and how he reacted to our calls almost immediately. Thank you very much for that. Our teenage girls were most happy about the bathrooms. And all the children were very happy about the variety of rooms which were all pleasant, beautiful and cosy. We could always warmly recommend the house the area and of course Vida Villas:-).
Excellent Villa with great outdoor spaces and peaceful location but also very close to Pollenca (walkable.. though be careful as no pavement!) & 15min taxi drive to Puerto de Pollenca. Would stay here again!! Pool was very welcome as the days were hot, hot, hot!!!
Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.
Very nice grounds. Nice pool. The nearby street is easy to hear. We used it as a starting point for bike rides and were therefore little in the house. It was good for that. Well-equipped kitchen. Essentials such as oil, washing tablets, pepper and salt were available. During office hours, we were answered quickly and nicely to requests. Check-in was straightforward and easy. We had a great time.

Lovely to be back here again
Our second stay at Can Pontico with our family including two little grandsons aged 2 and 5. It was just as lovely as we all remembered it to be. Everything was spotlessly clean as before. We chose this villa mainly because the pool is fenced and the garden is level with lovely lawned areas that have plenty of welcome shade. Also the entrance gates prevent small children from getting out so they could be free to explore and play. This villa is in a peaceful, rural location surrounded by stunning mountains, yet only about a 10 or 15 minute drive to some lovely beaches. Juan, the owner, came up every couple of days to service the pool and check everything was ok. It was so nice to see him again. I hope it won’t be too long before we’re back!!

We had a very nice week in the villa.The villa is quiet and very well maintained and the kitchen is very well equipped.I would recommend it!
Lovely rustic house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet area. You will need a car to get around. The house well situated for driving to both Alcúdia and Pollença.

The location and facilities in this property are second to none. It's great for visiting the beautiful old town of Pollensa and then escaping the heat by relaxing by the pool in peace and quiet. It's an old property with multiple levels and some steep stairs so may not suit everyone.
Cala Sant Vincenç is definetly a hidden gem in Mallorca. Private beaches. Would definitely recommend the accommodation to friends or anyone who is interested in stay in a meaningful place.

Beautiful house with a great pool and outdoor area. perfect villa for family with or without kids
We adored this villa, it could not have been more perfect for us. We loved the outside areas and the two pools were a real bonus especially having the heated jacuzzi pool for the younger kids they loved it!! Very clean, good quality throughout and good communication. We were met by Carol on arrival who showed us around the house and how everything worked and everything did work.. Pollensa is beautiful with lots of fantastic eateries, more than enough to keep you going every night for two weeks although we did have few meals in the villa which was also very nice. Plenty of nice beaches to enjoy during the day and not too crowded. Something for everyone. Really enjoyed it and highly recommended.
House full of character, very pleasant and well equipped, perfectly placed in Pollenca. Communication is perfect, simple and effective. This region of the island is very varied: Cap de Formentor, mountains, villages, beaches and coves (Sa Calobra sublime). The period (first week of November) is ideal (swimming, hiking and cycling without heat and with fewer people). Great stay!
Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician.
