Set in the quiet countryside on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa, this villa is within walking distance of the amenities.
The villa has one double bedroom on the ground floor along with the open plan living – dining room and kitchen, giving this villa a light and airy feel. There is a shower room on the ground floor.The living room has comfortable furniture, the sofa converts into a sofa bed, TV, DVD and Wifi. There is also an air conditioning unit in the living area which services the open plan space. There is a dining table and chairs for four people which leads on into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen has a door which leads out onto a pretty covered dining terrace which overlooks the pool area.
Outside, the villa is equally as impressive. Entering through the electric gates the drive leads you down to the villa. There are panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. The villa has a covered furnished terrace to the front and a covered dining terrace to the side. There are sunbeds around the pool and a large barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.
We accept an additional person, this must be a child of up to 12 years sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. La Rafal is the ideal place to enjoy a villa holiday surrounded by the beautiful countryside.
Damage deposit of £350 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

We spent 9 wonderful days at the Villa. This is located outside Pollensa amidst nature, surrounded by small farming, orange and olive trees, overlooking the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana and the local mountain Puig de Maria.The house itself is comfortably furnished, very clean, with living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.The bed in the bedroom is about 160 cm wide and slightly shorter (about 190 cm). It could be a bit scarce for tall people.Otherwise, everything is available. From washing machine to dishwasher, from Wi-Fi to AC and fan heater in cold weather, as well as an alarm system for the house.The car can be easily parked at the large property.Around the house there are many different seating options. On the small roof terrace, also ideal for drying the laundry, we usually had breakfast.The sun always shines here in the morning!Garden and pool are fantastic, there are no direct neighbors. You're on your own and have a lot of privacy.However, a car or at least bicycles are necessary, as the nearest shops or restaurants of Pollensa are not even within walking distance.At least 20 minutes walk is easy to plan for this.All in all, an ideal place for a carefree holiday away from mass tourism in the middle of the charming nature of Mallorca!
Location was excellent, quiet but an easy walk into Pollença. Perfect for a couple and well equipped with all the essentials.
20 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Pollenca and yet surrounded by nature. A wonderful little oasis for those looking for some peace and quiet. Uncomplicated check-in, the hosts come 1x a week and bring fresh towels, they are very friendly and accommodating. Great little pool and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A small note: a basic set of spices (salt, pepper) would be wonderful.Thanks for the great stay, gladly again!

We stayed at the finca for 3 weeks in September 2021 and really enjoyed the time there! Handover with key on file via access code was easy. The house is well appointed and has an alarm system. Everything was very clean, the garden well maintained and the pool with 8x4 meters (according to our estimate) large to be able to swim well! Living room and bedroom each have air conditioning - very valuable to sleep well at high temperatures. A washer and dish washer work perfectly. There are various seating areas at the house. From the garden you can look out on the surrounding mountains as well as the "local mountain" of Pollenca. The rooster of the neighboring farmer and the country road (depending on the wind direction) were the only noteworthy sounds of the area. There was multiple towel and linen change. On the rooftop you can hang your laundry to dry. We liked to use the outdoor grill and were happy about sporadic cat visit. All in all, a great place to unwind. We are happy to recommend the finca for 2 people and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Stayed in this apartment in May this year, very nice apartment, glad to see they have amended the details, when we booked it the details said it was 3 bathrooms, which it clearly is not! Lovely large balcony, with plenty of space to eat and relax. Beds are very comfortable, close to Little Italy, but not bothered by any noise from the restaurant.

We loved our stay in this pretty house walking distance from Pollenca. The pool area is beautiful with gorgeous view of the mountains & a salt water, good sized pool. Location is perfect to stroll into Pollenca for dinner. The house feels like a home, with lots of nice details, like a very well equipped kitchen . We would love to return and would highly recommend. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung, nicht allzu weit vom Strand. Zumindest zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs konnten wir noch Pool und Meer genießen, auch wenn unser erstes Ziel die Berge der Tramuntana waren.
Das Haus war groß genug für unsere Gruppe, verfügt über eine sehr schöne Küche und bietet auch bei gelegentlichem Regen über genügend Comfort zum Erholen. Sehr erfreulich waren auch die unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe und die Zugangsbeschreibung.
We loved the villa, particularly the outside area. Pool was great and patio with views of the surrounding farmland and hills was lovely.
We spent a week in the cottage and had a very nice time. The finca is very large and has enough space for 6 people. A special highlight is of course the quiet and secluded garden area with pool and outdoor cottage, where you can relax very well. Nearby are the beautiful places Pollenca and Alcudia, with lots of shopping, restaurants, sights and beaches. Since the highway is also only minutes away, you can also easily reach other destinations on the island by car. The communication was always very friendly and constructive, in case of problems we were helped quickly and competently.We'd love to come back!
Lovely villa. Pool excellent and outside area for eating was excellent. So good to have an outside kitchen area. All rooms very nice.
We are a bunch of young cyclists searching year by year for our early season form. In spring, we spent one week here. The booking, the payment, the arrangement of the keys etc. went off without a hitch. We felt warmly welcome and Colin even once visited us to check that everything was fine. The premise is fairly hidden and we struggled some time to find it. The beautiful main building has a nice terrace with a grill, a wooden bench an outdoor lounge. There is a nice pool (which we didn’t use due to the early season temperatures). The property was perfectly safe to lock our bikes overnight. We spent our days out in the saddle. The location is quite good for training purposes as you can choose between mountainous and flat terrain. Nice spots like Sa Calobra, Puig Major and Cap Fermentor are all in a day’s (Road-) cycling distance as well as Cala Millor on the east coast of the Island. Getting to the supermarket you better use a car as Can Roca is not directly in the center. Neglecting the matter of fact that it is a decent walk to the next waste container ;-) we had a great time and we will definitely come back.
A great location for those wanting to experience Port de Pollenca at a short walking distance safely along the beach. It also afford excellent and safe cycle routes across the Island. It is a private location and barely overlooked and the interior is stylish and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone with a small or large group.
Our second stay in two years. We love this house. It was ideal for 3 boys under ten and we enjoyed seeing the owner again.
We were looking for a Spring Get-away for two families and after some research chose the house which is situated just outside Pollensa. The property was as described and the garden area was a lot larger than that shown on the photos. Our little boy , aged 2 1/2, loved running around and exploring. The location was secure with gates at the front of the property. The fittings and furniture were of a high standard and the various seating areas around the property meant that there was space to escape and gain some quiet time if required. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and provided a tour of the facilities , he also provided some really useful advice about the local area. In addition there was information provided with the villa that gave some more hints and tips for good restaurants and things to do in the locality and beyond. We had no problems during our stay , however if we had, having met and spoken with Colin. I had confidence that any issues would have ben resolved swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property it was lovely and just what we were looking for. It is Situated about 1km outside Pollensa on a quiet road and so I would recommend that that having a car would be worthwhile to make the most of the location. The nearest Beach is about 4 km and we managed to visit a number of them during our stay as well as markets in Pollensa and Alcudia.

Finca Calino is an impressive air conditioned house over 2 stories in easy reach of Pollensa town and the various beaches. Gorgeous drive past the fruit trees and vines leads onto a circular driveway and covered carport. We loved the ability to have so many private nooks to relax in and the pool was perfect. The landscaping and position of the house with views was Instagram gold!
Property was just as described - excellent location and the pool was ideal for the heat. Table tennis table led to a few family disagreements !!!
We had a nice stay, everything was clean as well as the pool and the view was fantastic. Definitely worth returning again.
