Set in the quiet countryside on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa, this villa is within walking distance of the amenities.
The villa has one double bedroom on the ground floor along with the open plan living – dining room and kitchen, giving this villa a light and airy feel. There is a shower room on the ground floor.The living room has comfortable furniture, the sofa converts into a sofa bed, TV, DVD and Wifi. There is also an air conditioning unit in the living area which services the open plan space. There is a dining table and chairs for four people which leads on into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, toaster, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer. The kitchen has a door which leads out onto a pretty covered dining terrace which overlooks the pool area.
Outside, the villa is equally as impressive. Entering through the electric gates the drive leads you down to the villa. There are panoramic views of the countryside and mountains. The villa has a covered furnished terrace to the front and a covered dining terrace to the side. There are sunbeds around the pool and a large barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining.
We accept an additional person, this must be a child of up to 12 years sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area. La Rafal is the ideal place to enjoy a villa holiday surrounded by the beautiful countryside.

We spent 9 wonderful days at the Villa. This is located outside Pollensa amidst nature, surrounded by small farming, orange and olive trees, overlooking the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana and the local mountain Puig de Maria.The house itself is comfortably furnished, very clean, with living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.The bed in the bedroom is about 160 cm wide and slightly shorter (about 190 cm). It could be a bit scarce for tall people.Otherwise, everything is available. From washing machine to dishwasher, from Wi-Fi to AC and fan heater in cold weather, as well as an alarm system for the house.The car can be easily parked at the large property.Around the house there are many different seating options. On the small roof terrace, also ideal for drying the laundry, we usually had breakfast.The sun always shines here in the morning!Garden and pool are fantastic, there are no direct neighbors. You're on your own and have a lot of privacy.However, a car or at least bicycles are necessary, as the nearest shops or restaurants of Pollensa are not even within walking distance.At least 20 minutes walk is easy to plan for this.All in all, an ideal place for a carefree holiday away from mass tourism in the middle of the charming nature of Mallorca!
Location was excellent, quiet but an easy walk into Pollença. Perfect for a couple and well equipped with all the essentials.
20 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Pollenca and yet surrounded by nature. A wonderful little oasis for those looking for some peace and quiet. Uncomplicated check-in, the hosts come 1x a week and bring fresh towels, they are very friendly and accommodating. Great little pool and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A small note: a basic set of spices (salt, pepper) would be wonderful.Thanks for the great stay, gladly again!

We stayed at the finca for 3 weeks in September 2021 and really enjoyed the time there! Handover with key on file via access code was easy. The house is well appointed and has an alarm system. Everything was very clean, the garden well maintained and the pool with 8x4 meters (according to our estimate) large to be able to swim well! Living room and bedroom each have air conditioning - very valuable to sleep well at high temperatures. A washer and dish washer work perfectly. There are various seating areas at the house. From the garden you can look out on the surrounding mountains as well as the "local mountain" of Pollenca. The rooster of the neighboring farmer and the country road (depending on the wind direction) were the only noteworthy sounds of the area. There was multiple towel and linen change. On the rooftop you can hang your laundry to dry. We liked to use the outdoor grill and were happy about sporadic cat visit. All in all, a great place to unwind. We are happy to recommend the finca for 2 people and will definitely be back! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay for two weeks. The team are very responsive and helpful. Jimmy the owner was charming and thoughtful. The Villa is very peaceful, well located for Pollença town (5 mins) and three beaches at Alcudia (20 mins) or Port Pollença (15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We’d certainly return again.
Casa Torres is a lovely townhouse in an excellent location for walking into the centre of Pollensa, Very comfortable interior and the outside space is relaxing, with a nice pool. Jose (the owner) who comes to service pool is friendly.
Pollenca is a beautiful area to stay in Majorque between sea and mountains. The house is nicely set in a quiet and beautiful area with nice surroundings garden and pool. The pool is not warmed so although we hoped to enjoy it in October it is really too cold to do that. The inside of the house is rather simple and practical but don’t expect state of the art kitchen , bathroom or beds . Overall we have a good experience and the host was super easy to reach and talk to.
Myself and a bunch of friends have just had an incredible stay at this villa. The setting is absolutely stunning, the Villa itself is utterly beautiful and the location is perfect, right in the middle of Pollenca town and the port.We had the most amazing week and simply did not want to leave. We loved it.

We loved our stay at Can Barretes. This is the 3rd villa we’ve stayed at in north Mallorca and we all agreed it’s been our favourite. The villa is just perfectly set up - lovely pool, outdoor seating positioned facing it but with welcome shade, all facilities you need inside. Blissful getaway
We stayed at Can Pontico for two weeks in August; two families with children from 10-12. The villa was fantastic for this as there are two separate spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs- each with its own bathroom with a shower in each. The main appeal for us was the stunning location. The views of mountains from all sides made it a really picturesque and relaxing stay. The pool was a great size and a real hit with the kids. The terrace off the kitchen overlooks the pool and mountains and we spent most of our time here. The owner, Juan, was there every few days to clean the pool. He is a wonderful, welcoming person. We visited the amazing spectacle of La Patrona festival, and by pure coincidence found ourselves outside his town house in Pollensa. Juan and his wife insisted we come inside to watch from an upstairs window, giving us all food and drinks. We were very glad to be inside when the crowds and noise became so crazy that we feared we might be crushed! The festival is an amazing week-long celebration at the start of August each year- we’d really recommend it. Beautiful Pollensa was a 35 minute walk away. After a week, we found the safe route to walk ( the main road is not safe!) We thought it would have been helpful to have an information book in the Villa, detailing this walk and other places to visit. Other info such as rubbish disposal, linen change etc would have been helpful. Having said that, any questions we had were quickly answered by Vida Villas or Juan. We visited Cala Saint Vincent- great for snorkelling, the caves at Campanet and the beautiful Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. The Sunday Market in Pollensa is fantastic for food and crafts. Overall a wonderful holiday in a fantastic location- we’d love to return!
Great central location, excellent house with fab indoor and outdoor space and good plunge pool. Lots of kitchen utilities etc but we didn't really need to use them as ate out a lot. Great communication with hosts.
Beautiful house with fantastic views and great Location on the beach. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach. The house is very clean and very well-equipped. Everything worked smoothly. The house was also child-proof with a small barrier by the stairs in the house.We were 7 adults and 2 children as a family with 3 generations. Shops are within walking distance.Restaurants as well. The public bus is about 5 minutes walk. We will gladly come again.
Perfect Family Holiday
We visited the Apartment in August. We found the accommodation very clean and comfortable and we're pleasantly surprised that the standard was actually better than the photographs suggested. The apartments are situated overlooking a beautiful sandy beach cove were the kids enjoyed hours of fun. Along the road from the apartments was another apartment block and Laguna Restaurant which we were also ableto use the facilities of; it had a large pool, bar, restaurant and entertainment for the kids in the day and at night. The prices weren't expensive and overall we had a brilliant time. There is plenty to do in Puerto Pollensa and these apartments are ideally located very close to all the amenities but in a really prime spot. I would definately recomend this for couples and families with children. Vida Villas were very helpfull, they arranged to picked us up at the airport and arranged for our bags to be stored and shower facilities as we had a late flight coming back. Overall excellent.

The furnishings are a bit dated. The photos look brighter and more beautiful than reality. The pictured pizza oven can and should unfortunately not be used.Nevertheless, we had a very nice stay and we were helped quickly with any problems

Very Comfortable apartment at walkable distance from Cala de Molins. Clear instructions, place was very clean, and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the refrigerator, but the agent was very responsive and fixed our problem quickly. They even brought clean towels in the middle of our stay without asking. I highly recommend.
This is a fabulous villa in a great location. The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners keep it very clean. We loved the pool with ample sun loungers. A car is essential and although only a short walk from Cala san Vicente there is no path so slightly impractical to walk. Only a 5min drive to the local supermarket yet the villa is in a very private location. Can’t wait to go back.
A beautiful discovery , the villa is very comfortable, very clean, with change of towels and sheets in the middle of the stay. A little hot upstairs but it was hot during our stay. Beautiful and very maintained garden.
Superb. Well equipped kitchen, big pool and nice pool area. Outdoor bbq was also great (Has a fridge outside as well). The outdoor eating area is perfect for 6~8 people.
A perfect villa for relaxing in peace and quiet. The view is amazing to wake up to each morning, as well as the sound of goat bells and wild birds. Our group of ten fit very comfortably and overall had an amazing time there with lots of space to spread out.If you're a master chef this kitchen is not your best friend, but it's sufficient for preparing some basic family meals. The wifi strength was very weak, perhaps considering the remoteness of the house. The local town (Pollensa) is just down the road had everything we needed, and it was great to explore the local ports and amazing beaches nearby. Very responsive and helpful hosts, even on the weekends which we appreciated. Muchos gracias for everything :)
The house meets all expectations. The equipment is excellent - everything you need is there. The garden and pool is very spacious and beautiful. All was clean- tip top. We can highly recommend the house! Also the owners were very nice and helpful!!
A wonderful place in nature, a finca surrounded by olives and pomegranate trees. Chickens and geese in the side garden crown the noise. The pool is clean and was cleaned during the stay, the lawn mowed. The house is spacious, the kitchen impeccably equipped. The town is magical and also the sea with the beaches well accessible by car. It was perfect vacation days. Thanks
A great house in a very nice location. Few steps to the sea. Also the pool is great. Communication with the landlord was friendly and quick. It was answered promptly. We would come back out.
This villa is absolutely brilliant for a quiet holiday in the countryside. The pool is amazing (cold getting in but doesn't take long to get used to it). Plenty of towels ect and also all the basics of you want to cook. It has a lovely BBQ which worked very well. All round an absolutely lovely place to stay but make sure you hire a car. Cannot fault this place at all, the only one thing I would say is buy some mosquito repellent and some scented candles. As I said this is nothing to do with the villa just some general advice.
