Villa Sortina is a pretty villa which is semi-detached and set in the breathtaking countryside surrounding Pollensa. There are impressive mature gardens with lots of shrubs, trees and plants.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m.
The entrance to the villa is situated under the shaded terrace with direct access into the small lounge dining area with an open plan kitchenette equipped with all the basics. Also on this level to the right of the lounge area there is a twin bedroom (bed size 1.90 x .90m) and a full bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom (bed size 1.90 x 1.35m) with another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside, the front shaded terrace leads down to the other paved terrace where the swimming pool is located. There is also a covered outside kitchen and a shower room. This villa is situated very close to the Old town of Pollensa, and it has a cosy and homely feel.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2,20/adult/night).

Thanks you for amazing apartment that we could spend a very joyful holiday with our family and friends. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is good. Beach, restaurants etc are nearby. This is an exceptional villa in a lovely part of Majorca. The inside is very large with great areas to hang out and a very well equipped kitchen. Also, the sleeping areas are nicely (and very importantly) air conditioned. Its also great as the sleeping areas are effectively split in two, one area up one flight of stairs and the other up a different flight. This makes it perfect for two families as it gives them a bit of privacy with their own bathrooms etc. The outside is equally great. A lovely pool with a whole host of seating options around and about and even a table tennis table (although it was a bit too hot for us to manage much use of that). All in all, a great villa and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.
A very nice accomodation that is very close to the beaches an has a very nice terrace.
Had a great stay at this villa. We took our bikes out and didn’t have a car, however the location is only 5min ride to the supermarket and the seafront restaurants.
Super private and peaceful, the place actually looks better in real life! Very pretty gardens to all side, Mountain View’s, nice modern white bedrooms, great pool and outdoor space. Couldn’t have asked for more. The host was very nice and actioned couple of my special requests which was lovely. The address can be a little deceiving - our taxi had issues finding it as the address does not appear on maps - it was a bit strange! But other than that, I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks so much!!
Really enjoyed our stay. The location was peaceful and perfect to relax in. You have all you need around the pool, which was larger than expected, to have a perfectly enjoyable holiday.We had hoped to be able walk into Polenca, which is very close, but the road is very narrow and busy at times, so a car or the use of taxis is essential.That said we'd happily recommend this Villa

The villa was really gorgeous. Especially the well-kept garden with the pool and the view of the mountains were beautiful. The host even got us groceries for breakfast. The villa is well equipped with all the kitchen appliances you could ask for. The house is very secluded and quiet - pure relaxation.
Everything clean and working. With a few extras you would have felt even more comfortable (no soap or replacement paper, no salt or pepper...). In the evening you have an hour where there are so many mosquitoes that you can hardly sit outside. Overall, however, to be recommended!
Gorgeous and spacious and that roof terrace is ace.
Beautiful, my second stay and I hope to come back again soon. The changes to the roof terrace are wonderful - more space and seating and the outdoor kitchen up there is brilliant. Would like the bathrooms to be modernized but that's the only thing that I would want to change. Perfect place for a group and a celebration. Love it.

The villa was very clean and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen. The grounds were very well maintained and the pool area was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay and we would love to visit again!
Beautiful place and highly recommended to anyone who is looking to unwind for a few days. The owner (Antonio) was incredibly charming and helped to make us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the expansive gardens/ pool area and were delighted with picking fresh lemons and other fruits growing around the property.
Very confortable house in a beautiful garden. The place is very quiet and relaxing. It is countryside but close to shops and beaches (you need a car though). The house is well equipped for a perfect stay. Nice terraces around the house, large barbecue allow to really enjoy the ouside. And last but not least Luna, the cat of the house is very great host ;)
Villa is located 2 kilometers outside Pollensa. The villa, the garden and the swimming pool are well maintained. The kitchen is spacious. We enjoyed the house, pool and ping pong table. The area is beautiful.

We were looking for a Spring Get-away for two families and after some research chose Can Roca which is situated just outside Pollensa. The property was as described and the garden area was a lot larger than that shown on the photos. Our little boy , aged 2 1/2, loved running around and exploring. The trampoline and slide were great and well used during our stay. The location was secure with gates at the front of the property. The fittings and furniture were of a high standard and the various seating areas around the property meant that there was space to escape and gain some quiet time if required. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and provided a tour of the facilities , he also provided some really useful advice about the local area. In addition there was a information folder provided with the villa that gave some more hints and tips for good restaurants and things to do in the locality and beyond. We had no problems during our stay , however if we had, having met and spoken with Colin the owner I had confidence that any issues would have ben resolved swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property it was lovely and just what we were looking for. It is Situated about 1km outside Pollensa on a quiet road and so I would recommend that that having a car would be worthwhile to make the most of the location. The nearest Beach is about 4 km and we managed to visit a number of them during our stay as well as markets in Pollensa and Alcudia.
Beautiful garden with different trees and nice surroundings, lots of birds which brings you in a very peaceful mindset, BBq and pool. The house is simple but has everything you need.

The photos and description of this beautifully designed cottage are extremely accurate with very high quality facilities throughout. The property is small, but rooms are spacious due to the clever design and uncluttered feel. Amazingly instant air con throughout! Fantastic location for the town of Pollensa with cafes, restaurants and shops on the door step. Very quickly got to know the locals who were all very welcoming and friendly. We decided against car hire and found the bus service extremely good (and cheap) with beach 10minutes away and Palma just 45. Loads of really good walks and even spent time at the local sports centre, which is not advertised but has excellent facilities.
This is on our list of best holidays ever, and we have already recommended it to our friends.
