Villa Sortina is a pretty villa which is semi-detached and set in the breathtaking countryside surrounding Pollensa. There are impressive mature gardens with lots of shrubs, trees and plants.
The swimming pool is 8m x 4m.
The entrance to the villa is situated under the shaded terrace with direct access into the small lounge dining area with an open plan kitchenette equipped with all the basics. Also on this level to the right of the lounge area there is a twin bedroom (bed size 1.90 x .90m) and a full bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom (bed size 1.90 x 1.35m) with another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are air conditioned.
Outside, the front shaded terrace leads down to the other paved terrace where the swimming pool is located. There is also a covered outside kitchen and a shower room. This villa is situated very close to the Old town of Pollensa, and it has a cosy and homely feel.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2,20/adult/night).

This Villa was excellent. Great location within easy reach of a number of amenities and a stones throw from local towns such as Pollença and Alcudia with all the opportunities that they provide. The facilities of the Villa are as described, with plenty of room for kids to run around and an excellent pool. The communication with the host was easy and quick and when we had one issue (our fault) the owner was available within an hour. Highly recommended!
We had an amazing time. The house is located in an quiet area, between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca. It was the great starting point for our road cycling tour, jogging to the beach is also possible (4 km), the garden / pool was amazing. We’ll come back.

It’s wonderfully secluded, but you’ll definitely need a car to explore the nearby towns and beaches, which are just a short drive away.If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat that feels like a home away from home, we couldn’t recommend this villa more. Overall, we had a very nice time with friends in the house. The situation is quiet and very nice. In the morning you are woken up by animal sounds (rooster, dogs, donkey). We didn't mind It fits the charm of the house. You can take a hike directly from the house or quickly drive to the city or the beach (Highly recommended is Platya de Formentor, about 20 minutes away, but here you should bring meals, as it is very expensive on site)Everything was very clean and communication with the host was very pleasant. Since no one was in the house in front of us, we were also allowed in earlier. On the last night, there was suddenly no more water throughout the house. We were able to reach someone despite the late hour and the next day in the morning the plumber should come. (We were already gone by). The pool was very nice and there was 2x someone to clean. Kitchen was not so well equipped There were e.g. missing insulation pans, salad bowls, etc. The bedrooms were good and the beds comfortable. However, there was no way to lock the doors...also not in the bathrooms. A music system would have been desirable. Fortunately, we had a box with us. Overall we had a great time and would book the house again.
Beautiful vacation villa. The location is ideal because a little out of the way with a beautiful exterior and at the same time less than a 10-minute drive from Pollença where you will find shops and restaurants.It should be noted that the 2 bedrooms are in 2 different houses on 2 levels so more difficult if you are with family with young children.We highly recommend it …
Lovely apartment, great location, nice views, would return again. Only issue was that the water in shower (with bath) was very slow to drain. A Microwave oven would have been handy.
Great place! Felt like home! Furnishings rustic but all clean! Even the pool was cleaned and was gladly used by us! On the 3rd day, we even got unsolicited fresh towels. The mattresses from the single beds were very soft, the double bed only 140-160cm but comfortable!

Magic location for a family vacation or get-away with a couple of friends. Very quiet area, just a couple of car-minutes outside of Pollença. Perfect starting spot for cycling or hiking in the area, or just to get to the beach and relax.The villa had everything we needed, the service was a nice addition! Great communication, would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful house with fantastic views and great Location on the beach. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach. The house is very clean and very well-equipped. Everything worked smoothly. The house was also child-proof with a small barrier by the stairs in the house.We were 7 adults and 2 children as a family with 3 generations. Shops are within walking distance.Restaurants as well. The public bus is about 5 minutes walk. We will gladly come again.

What a fabulous property! The location, within easy walking distance to the lovely centre of the old town with plenty of shops and restaurants, was perfect. Easy parking outside and less than ten minute drive to several lovely beaches. The house is well stocked and very comfortable with air conditioning and several good spaces for different groups to relax in. The garden is really beautifully kept and of a very good size with a great outdoor kitchen and a very good pool which the kids (and us!) spent many hours enjoying. To find a property with such great outdoor space and big pool so close to the old town make this a very special find. We’d highly recommend and would definitely return.
We had a great week at the Estern Finca and felt very comfortable there. The more than 100 year old finca has been lovingly renovated and is very well maintained.The pool in the middle of the beautiful outdoor area is a dream come true.There was everything you need for a relaxing holiday.The location of the complex is ideal, it is very quiet, but you are also very quickly on the beautiful beaches and in the surrounding cities.
The apartment was clean, big and well situated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Cala Sant Vicence is a lovely small village. Much more beautiful than Alcudia or Pollensa.
