Close to Santa Maria, 7 bedrooms 4 bathrooms situated close to the tranquil village of Portol, walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops in the village centre. The property has three separate individual accommodations each offering an element of privacy for larger groups of friends & family that want to holiday together and still have the luxury of a little bit of intimacy when required.
This stunning villa is located in a peaceful setting and offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The main house, situated on the upper level, boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a beautiful lounge, and a breakfast kitchen with a large outside terrace. The terrace features comfortable outside sofas that offer breathtaking views across the valley towards the village houses. The master bedroom is furnished with an Emperor sized bed (215cm x 200cm), while the second bedroom has a king sized bed and the third bedroom, which is accessed via a different staircase, has twin beds.
The centrally located main swimming pool, situated on the next level down, provides a superb sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and large parasols. The main pool has optional heating and measures 10m x 5m, and an area to the side offers comfortable sofas and chairs. Adjacent to the pool is a fantastic, fully equipped outside kitchen and grill/barbecue area that provides a dining table and seating for up to eight people, making it the central focal point for the three accommodations.
Steps lead you to the lower level of the grounds and the separate guest cottage, which comprises two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people. The master bedroom is furnished with a super king bed, and the second bedroom has bunk beds and can only be accessed through the master bedroom, making it ideal for couples with children. The cottage features a lovely open plan lounge with sofas and a dining area, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bath) leading off the lounge area. The cottage has its own fully equipped fitted kitchen. Outside, a 12m long swimming pool is perfect for exercising or leisure swimming. A feature shower under a wooden pergola is situated at one end of the pool, and a dining table with chairs for six people is located under a similar covered pergola at the other end. An outdoor grill / barbecue with a sink and working surfaces is also available.
The spa house boasts two bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a super king bed and the second bedroom comprising twin beds. They share a bathroom. WIFI Internet is available throughout the property and grounds.
A few minutes drive will take you to the market town of Santa Maria del Cami with it's cafe bars, shops & restaurants, vineyard at the start of the wine route tours and the main plaza which hosts the Sunday market.
The gardens of the property are a major draw for clients who want to spend time in an oasis of flowers, shrubs, and trees. The villa is named Las Palmeras due to the 40-plus palm trees that are maintained in the 5000 m2 of lovingly cared for grounds.

The villa was great! We stayed there as a family with 9 adults plus 2 small children and it worked really well. It is incredibly well equipped, in a great location and felt homely. The host was very communicative and having a cleaner come in daily is a real bonus. Thank you!
This country house is spread over three houses on one plot. All houses are equipped with full kitchen and private equipped living area. Ideal for multiple families or friends travelling together. Not good if you want all people, for example, Children, would like to have in one house. The villas are absolutely perfectly equipped, the atmosphere is to be outstanding Majorcan without "over-styled". A nice couple, in English, makes Housekeeping full perfection and passion. They even help the purchases were done prior to our arrival and during the stay. We had the most fun at the central pool with barbecue and fully equipped kitchen. There are four kitchens. And two swimming pools. And best of all: A very well-kept, already established table-tennis table. An absolute recommendation!
We have stayed at this beautiful and stunning holiday paradise. It is a quiet rural location, with the charm of the rustic old house and a more modern luxurious house and a pretty cottage. A perfectly laid out main family pool and outdoor dining room, provides a well equiped area to spend the entire day and evening enjoying the tropical gardens and views.
It is maintained to the highest of standards, extremely well furnished and equipped.
In my dreams there’s an ideal villa where the owners have thought of everything. Well, dream no more, because this is probably as near as it gets. We loved the two pools, the colourful planting, the view across the fields, the sense of calm luxury - but it’s the attention to detail that makes this special. Everything you need to get started on your holiday straight away has been provided. Every time I looked for something, it was there. Hotels can’t compete with thoughtful owners. Ten of us stayed, but privacy was no problem even in such a large group, thanks to the way the levels are arranged. Cooking was fun, with excellent kitchen facilities. This could become a favourite spot.

Die Lage vom vom Haus ist einfach perfekt, wir wahren jetzt zum zweiten mal da und werden auch nächstes Jahr wieder versuchen dieses Haus zu Buchen Gut wäre ein Tresor im Haus Die Eingangs Tür lässt sich nur schwer öffnen, wir sind am ersten Tag fast nicht ins Haus gekommen
Very good location if you have a car. Pool size is very good. Very solid choice for a group of 6 to 8 people. It is 10 min drive to many good spots however, walking could be a bit challenging.
Fantastic villa in a secluded area surrounded by nature and a 10 minute drive to the beach. It also has a superb rooftop terrasse with incredible views. We loved it.
The house is beautiful, very well decorated and equipped. The rooms are large and spacious, breathtaking view of the water. Quiet and peaceful area. About 20 minutes walk from the old town through charming streets. Bus stop nearby to get to other villages.
Beautiful house, it is a little paradise, very quiet and splendid, outside and inside. The pool water was still a little too cool to swim there (it's deep, so it takes time for the sun to warm it up, and not having a tarpaulin, it cools at night). The garden is superb, the house is built with only noble materials and it has everything you need. A little extra: the rooftop terrace of the tower that has a magnificent view of the surrounding area. Very serious, pleasant and responsive host. A flawless one. We'll be back with pleasure!

Our only criticism would be that the table tennis table was past it's best ! The villa was very well presented, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly well equipped - it even had a tea-pot! The welcome pack was probably the best and most comprehensive I've seen ! The villa is in a quiet sub-urban setting backing onto the hills. 5 mins drive to supermarkets and a 30 min walk to Pollenca centre and restaurants, across the Ponta Roma, that is pleasant enough (you might want a torch for the return journey at night). Owner was friendly. We used the small pool (late October) but the sea was warmer. Pollenca is a good base if you want to have good access to the coast without being in a coastal resort.

This villa was in a perfect location to get into Pollensa Old Town the Accommodation was superb including the pool area and manicured gardens. outside bbq kitchen with fridge and dishwasher was of a very high standard even though we didn't get round to using it. If we chose to come back to Pollensa we would definitely stay here again. Furniture in the villa to a very high standard the owners have thought of everything our Grand Children loved it so much they cried when we had to leave yesterday.

This was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It is exactly as described if not better. They have everything you could possibly need and it comfortably fits 10 people. It is in a great location. The house was also spotless when we arrived and communication with the host and property manager was seamless. If you’re coming to mallorca and have a large group, I would highly recommend this house.

This property had everything we needed for a wonderful two week stay! Agency are always responsive to enquiries and we felt very much at home. We have a toddler and the property worked really well to provide us with options in the heat of Majorca in August. We loved it so much we’ve booked for next year already!

The Villa and its location are second to none. Just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Pollença old town but far enough in the countryside to make you feel like you’re on a retreat. The Villa itself is beautiful. Typically Spanish in style but with a contemporary take. Clean, spotless actually, and a real home from home. The pool area is fantastic and the table football, table tennis and bbq really added to a family feel. My 18 month old son loved it!Oh and the port is just 8 min drive away with a load more bars and restaurants though I would say the old town is the nicer.Great food and live music in the square, all just 10 mins walk away.Perfect stay.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr privat! Der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten:) Im sehr ausgiebigen Garten sind eigene Zitronen und Orangenbäume, von denen sich ein köstlicher Orangensaft zum Frühstück pressen lässt. Die Früchte des Aprikosenbaums waren leider schon etwas vergärt, was einen recht starken Geruch am Pool zur Auswirkung hatte. Hier wäre es super wenn der Garten ab und zu von den überreifen Früchten befreit würde.
We (family with 3 kids) were totally thrilled. The finca is absolutely quietly located, has its own pool, which is a true blessing in the heat, and a shady outdoor terrace.We took trips to cities and beaches close by almost every day.There is nothing to complain about - the mosquitoes were a bit annoying, but that's probably due to the unusually hot week we were there (early July).
Excellent luxury home with all amenities, excellent equipped kitchen, bathrooms and BBQ and quiet surroundings but close to restaurants and supermarkets.
Everything was great! It met 100% our expectations. Definitely recommended:)
