Casa Llobera is a spacious property in the heart of Pollensa.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with smart TV and internet connection. Spacious separate kitchen, utility room and shower room.
There is also a twin bedroom with air conditioning. Doors lead out onto a shaded dining area with BBQ and here steps lead down to a small pool, ideal for cooling off after a fun day at the beach. From the living area steps lead up to the remainder of the bedrooms, there is one double bedroom which is air conditioned and two single rooms, also with air conditioning. These rooms share a full bathroom. Casa Llobera Ocho offers spectacular views from the third floor where you will find a spacious sunbathing area overlooking the town.

Amazing place along beautiful streets. Very quite beautiful inside. Had everything you need all clean. Plunge pool was fantastic kids loved it. Was amazing we loved it.
we loved our stay in Pollenca. the townhouse was in a great position with views across the town. It was well equipped and is spacious. Having both a pool and roof top terrace was great. easy walking distance to centre with restaurants and shopsWe chose to park in large free car parks and walk as streets are narrow. Agent was very responsive and quickly helped with a query on day one.
Overall we had a fantastic stay!The property is in an amazing location in Pollenca old town - we could walk to the main square in 10 minutes and to a little coffee shop with vegan options in just a couple of minutes. Being so central does mean walking up some pretty steep hills to get around and parking on the narrow streets was difficult but it was worth it in my option. The property itself was perfect for what we needed and overall clean and tidy. The best part was the huge roof terrace with views over the town and to the mountains and even a slither of sea. Downside was there was a pretty bad smell in the primary bedroom, there also isn’t a safe so needed to carry round all valuables whenever we went out.
This is a beautiful town house, 5 mins walk to the centre of town, and the hill is not as bad as it looks! We loved how quiet it was. The view from the terrace over the town is spectacular and I’d you squint a bit you can see the sea! The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook at home. There is even a fridge and bbq on the terrace so you don’t have to go down to get drinks. Plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds. Agent was super, arranged extra towels for my visitors, who came for the weekend during my stay. The high price is definitely worth the location and amenities.

This is a great place to stay in Pollenca. The views from the terraces are some of the best in town and the pool area is also really nice. Internally it’s fairly traditional and comfortable.We Travelling with our 7 month old and a good cot and mattress were provided along with a high chair.Typically the property is well equipped but household provisions and essentials are minimal. If arriving late after the shops have closed bring what you will need (milk, bread, butter etc). Provision of essentials would elevate an already good rental experience to the next level.The street is typically fairly peaceful and we managed to park outside the property all but one night. If you are driving hire the smallest car that you can get away with. Given that Pollenca is an old town with narrow streets a larger vehicle is not recommended but that’s part of the charm of staying here!!!There are some great places to eat 5 minutes away (Mares, La Fonda, Q11 etc.) and we found Pollenca nice and calm in October.
This is a lovely property set on a quiet road but close to everything in the town. The interior was clean and comfortable with lots of storage and air con in the bedrooms. The outside areas are beautiful with room to spread about, whether it’s for sunbathing, reading, eating and socialising. The pool is such a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive. Pollensa is a beautiful town to base yourself in for a holiday. The villa had charm and character which we loved and made all the better by a rooftop sunbathing terrace with a truly epic view of the old town and surrounding mountains. We will be back.

Beautiful residence in a rural location but within 15 minutes of two towns. No hesitation in recommending.
Excellent base and lovely villa for our family. Kids loved the pool, and the gardens are beautiful, giving a great sense of isolation and adding to the spectacular scenery of the mountains in the background.Check-in and out was very efficient and trouble free, allowing for the holiday to begin without delay.On arrival, there was a welcome note from the owners in the kitchen, along with a fresh home baked cake and bottle of red… nice touch.Only negative will relate to light sleepers only, - The neighbouring finca has cockerels and a donkey, which on occasion like a 5:30/6 am kick-off… to be honest, for me it added to the authenticity of the area!Perfect location for those looking to explore all corners of the island, and excellent villa for days chilling in the sun. We couldn’t recommend more, can see us visiting again!
Overall, we were happy with the place. If you're listening carefully, you could hear cars passing by. The decor in the kitchen has and in the bathroom was ok, but partly not up to date.
We all really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. It was ideal for our family, and had lots of space for us all.Great location.
We couldn’t recommend this villa more! It is absolutely beautiful, in a safe and quiet area with stunning views and a fantastic swimming pool. It is only a 10/15 minute walk to the sea front, shops, restaurant and bars and the walk is scenic. The villa is a great size for two couples or a family, with air con in the bedrooms, perfect for the heat in August. The villa and pool is well kept, very clean and the furniture is comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful with ample flowers and greenery, a bbq/pizza oven, ping pong table and plenty of comfy places to sit and sunbathe! The villa is easy to find and checking in and out was simple. The host, was fab - very attentive, friendly, welcoming and easy to contact. It is probably the nicest villa we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be returning!!

The villa is much bigger than the photos give justice. It’s in need of a bit of lick of paint but that didn’t bother us as it was lovely! The pool was excellent
The property was a rustic well loved and beautifully appointed finca with enough living space to comfortably house a family of six.The views from the villa across to Pollensa are stunning.Joana and her father were very accommodating hosts and nothing was too much trouble.
Wonderful traditional villa, located in the heart of the town right next to the Calvari Steps. Extremely spacious, furnished with endless pieces of antique ornaments - almost a museum in it's own right! Pool area an absolute gem, a little oasis in the heart of town. Has everything you need, and more.We had a car, and although no parking at villa, the main car park is an easy 10 minute walk. Although we didn't have a problem parking, I imagine it could get very busy in the main season.Thouroughly enjoyed our week there.
Very good equipment in the kitchen, plus dishwasher, washing machine etc. Nice pool, great house in a very quiet location, that was ideal for us as a loud family. A Lidl was close by foot. On the premises was a donkey and a large duck family, the children liked that, of course. The ducks always came in the evening to the property and looked for grass, probably also kept bugs away, so win-win.

Lovely villa and pool, great views, nice walk into town and not far in the car.Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nicely furnished, bathrooms were very nice and modern, good water pressure and plenty of hot water for 9 of us. Mosquitoes, make sure you take plugins, we have all been bitten badly.
Very nice, the garden is really fantastic. We didn't miss anything and we would have liked to have stayed longer:)
Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. Very nice stay. At the foot of the Serra Tramuntana and 5 minutes from the coast. An oasis of peace with a nice swimming pool and beautiful covered terrace and BBQ. It is wonderful for beautiful summer evenings.3 nice rooms. Perfect for 5 people. What was also very nice was the 2nd bathroom close to the swimming pool. Convenient to take a quick shower there after a day at the beach or pool.
Very nice place to stay with a nice view and good amenities. Unfortunately, we only had cold water while showering, but otherwise we felt very comfortable. Be sure to pack mosquito spray.Communication was very good and our questions and requests were always addressed!
