Casa Llobera is a spacious property in the heart of Pollensa.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with smart TV and internet connection. Spacious separate kitchen, utility room and shower room.
There is also a twin bedroom with air conditioning. Doors lead out onto a shaded dining area with BBQ and here steps lead down to a small pool, ideal for cooling off after a fun day at the beach. From the living area steps lead up to the remainder of the bedrooms, there is one double bedroom which is air conditioned and two single rooms, also with air conditioning. These rooms share a full bathroom. Casa Llobera Ocho offers spectacular views from the third floor where you will find a spacious sunbathing area overlooking the town.

Amazing place along beautiful streets. Very quite beautiful inside. Had everything you need all clean. Plunge pool was fantastic kids loved it. Was amazing we loved it.
we loved our stay in Pollenca. the townhouse was in a great position with views across the town. It was well equipped and is spacious. Having both a pool and roof top terrace was great. easy walking distance to centre with restaurants and shopsWe chose to park in large free car parks and walk as streets are narrow. Agent was very responsive and quickly helped with a query on day one.
Overall we had a fantastic stay!The property is in an amazing location in Pollenca old town - we could walk to the main square in 10 minutes and to a little coffee shop with vegan options in just a couple of minutes. Being so central does mean walking up some pretty steep hills to get around and parking on the narrow streets was difficult but it was worth it in my option. The property itself was perfect for what we needed and overall clean and tidy. The best part was the huge roof terrace with views over the town and to the mountains and even a slither of sea. Downside was there was a pretty bad smell in the primary bedroom, there also isn’t a safe so needed to carry round all valuables whenever we went out.
This is a beautiful town house, 5 mins walk to the centre of town, and the hill is not as bad as it looks! We loved how quiet it was. The view from the terrace over the town is spectacular and I’d you squint a bit you can see the sea! The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook at home. There is even a fridge and bbq on the terrace so you don’t have to go down to get drinks. Plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds. Agent was super, arranged extra towels for my visitors, who came for the weekend during my stay. The high price is definitely worth the location and amenities.

This is a great place to stay in Pollenca. The views from the terraces are some of the best in town and the pool area is also really nice. Internally it’s fairly traditional and comfortable.We Travelling with our 7 month old and a good cot and mattress were provided along with a high chair.Typically the property is well equipped but household provisions and essentials are minimal. If arriving late after the shops have closed bring what you will need (milk, bread, butter etc). Provision of essentials would elevate an already good rental experience to the next level.The street is typically fairly peaceful and we managed to park outside the property all but one night. If you are driving hire the smallest car that you can get away with. Given that Pollenca is an old town with narrow streets a larger vehicle is not recommended but that’s part of the charm of staying here!!!There are some great places to eat 5 minutes away (Mares, La Fonda, Q11 etc.) and we found Pollenca nice and calm in October.
This is a lovely property set on a quiet road but close to everything in the town. The interior was clean and comfortable with lots of storage and air con in the bedrooms. The outside areas are beautiful with room to spread about, whether it’s for sunbathing, reading, eating and socialising. The pool is such a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive. A fantastic holiday, thank you!

Pollensa is a beautiful town to base yourself in for a holiday. The villa had charm and character which we loved and made all the better by a rooftop sunbathing terrace with a truly epic view of the old town and surrounding mountains. We will be back.

Quietly located, very nice property and beautiful accommodation.
The outdoor space at the villa Can Canarves was wonderful and the pool was lovely. The indoor space was dark from the shutters which meant we all slept very well. The AC took a few days for us to figure out how to get it just right but it was lovely once we had. Kitchen was a little basic. Location was good, near shops, restaurants, Pollensa town and beaches but needed a hire car to make the most of it. Overall we had a very pleasant stay overall. Instructions were good, clear and agent was responsive to our queries.
This was our 2nd visit to the Pine Walk apartments. The first being around 3 years ago when we stayed at the 1st floor. This year, because it was not available we took the 2nd floor. I had,had a look at the 2nd floor apartment on my first visit and knew what I was getting for my hard earned money and I was not to be disappointed. It is very well furnished and one can go out on to the balcony and watch the world go by and without the noise of traffic. More importantly, if you have children you can keep an eye on them from the balcony while they play and swim safely on the beach which is merely a few steps away. We plan to return in the future, as Palma is only a 1hour 40 minutes flight from our local airport which has none of the hassle of Gatwick or Heathrow. I have had enough of that. Chill and relax.
Stunning grounds overlooking the mountains and very secluded. Made good use of the private swimming pool and barbecue. Not too far a walk to the centre of town.
Very convenient villa and good access to different sites. Beautiful garden and pool and very well maintained. The house is spacious. It lacks the back of the house (oil, vinegar, salt, laundry, …). The villa is located in a very nice but quite noisy rural area (dogs, roosters, donkeys, motoculators).
We had a wonderful stay !The villa is like the photos, very nice.The outside area is perfect for relaxing and having nice barbecue evenings.The hosts were available daily and there was a problem, they were right on site.
Nice villa with good space for a family of 4 with a great pool for kids with a decent size shallow area. Air conditioning to 2 of the 3 bedrooms worked well. Villa is close to Pollenca Old Town (5min drive) and Puerta Pollenca (10min drive). Towels provided and changed a couple of times during our stay which was useful. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
We have stayed at this beautiful and stunning holiday paradise. It is a quiet rural location, with the charm of the rustic old house and a more modern luxurious house and a pretty cottage. A perfectly laid out main family pool and outdoor dining room, provides a well equiped area to spend the entire day and evening enjoying the tropical gardens and views.

Very nicely located, in the heart of Pollença, next to a nice park and short walks from all the restaurants and cafes. The house is lovely, top notch Wi-Fi, very clean and nicely furnished. Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom were better than many hotel penthouse suites. We spent many afternoons enjoying the roof terrace. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen. I wish my house was like this one.
Great location very close to the beach, despite several other apartments in the complex and good road access very quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are relatively small, but very well maintained and nice. The highlights are the stylish living area with a well-equipped kitchen and the two huge balconies. The pool is of course nice as well, but you practically do not need it at the beach. The free parking spaces at the house are a plus! Absolutely no negative points, everything was great! Only one suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the bedrooms had mosquito nets in front of the balcony doors, so that you could leave the windows open even at night. But it is not mandatory, since the whole house is air conditioned.

The photos and description of this beautifully designed cottage are extremely accurate with very high quality facilities throughout. The property is small, but rooms are spacious due to the clever design and uncluttered feel. Amazingly instant air con throughout! Fantastic location for the town of Pollensa with cafes, restaurants and shops on the door step. Very quickly got to know the locals who were all very welcoming and friendly. We decided against car hire and found the bus service extremely good (and cheap) with beach 10minutes away and Palma just 45. Loads of really good walks and even spent time at the local sports centre, which is not advertised but has excellent facilities.
This is on our list of best holidays ever, and we have already recommended it to our friends.
Magic location for a family vacation or get-away with a couple of friends. Very quiet area, just a couple of car-minutes outside of Pollença. Perfect starting spot for cycling or hiking in the area, or just to get to the beach and relax.The villa had everything we needed, the service was a nice addition! Great communication, would absolutely stay here again.
Had a great stay at this villa. We took our bikes out and didn’t have a car, however the location is only 5min ride to the supermarket and the seafront restaurants.
Super private and peaceful, the place actually looks better in real life! Very pretty gardens to all side, Mountain View’s, nice modern white bedrooms, great pool and outdoor space. Couldn’t have asked for more. The host was very nice and actioned couple of my special requests which was lovely. The address can be a little deceiving - our taxi had issues finding it as the address does not appear on maps - it was a bit strange! But other than that, I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks so much!!
The place was beautiful, ingrown location with pool to relax. Enough space and bathrooms for 6 people, absolutely worth their price. Unfortunately, only the basic equipment in the kitchen (garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper) was not available.

Value for money was top notch. House is a bit outdated, but not bad. It's still in good shape. Everything was as described. You can hear the cars from the street, which didn't bother us. They responded very quickly to messages and took care of our matter immediately! Very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommended!
We had a great stay at the finca. it is located perfectly in between pollenca and port de pollenca, perfect to start cycling. supermarkets and padel courts close by! the finca has very modern interior including all new kitchen and bathrooms. pool and outdoor bbq area are great!the proximity to the main road could be bothersome to some, but it did not bother us. overall great place, would definitely recommend!
Lovely quiet Villa tucked away between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. Six of us used it as a base to cycle from. Comfortable place to stay and great BBQ to use too.
