Casa Llobera is a spacious property in the heart of Pollensa.
On the ground floor there is a large living area with smart TV and internet connection. Spacious separate kitchen, utility room and shower room.
There is also a twin bedroom with air conditioning. Doors lead out onto a shaded dining area with BBQ and here steps lead down to a small pool, ideal for cooling off after a fun day at the beach. From the living area steps lead up to the remainder of the bedrooms, there is one double bedroom which is air conditioned and two single rooms, also with air conditioning. we loved our stay in Pollenca. the townhouse was in a great position with views across the town. It was well equipped and is spacious. Having both a pool and roof top terrace was great. easy walking distance to centre with restaurants and shopsWe chose to park in large free car parks and walk as streets are narrow. Agent was very responsive and quickly helped with a query on day one.
Overall we had a fantastic stay!The property is in an amazing location in Pollenca old town - we could walk to the main square in 10 minutes and to a little coffee shop with vegan options in just a couple of minutes. Being so central does mean walking up some pretty steep hills to get around and parking on the narrow streets was difficult but it was worth it in my option. The property itself was perfect for what we needed and overall clean and tidy. The best part was the huge roof terrace with views over the town and to the mountains and even a slither of sea. Downside was there was a pretty bad smell in the primary bedroom, there also isn’t a safe so needed to carry round all valuables whenever we went out.
This is a beautiful town house, 5 mins walk to the centre of town, and the hill is not as bad as it looks! We loved how quiet it was. The view from the terrace over the town is spectacular and I’d you squint a bit you can see the sea! The house is very well equipped and has everything you need to cook at home. There is even a fridge and bbq on the terrace so you don’t have to go down to get drinks. Plenty of outdoor seating and sun beds. Agent was super, arranged extra towels for my visitors, who came for the weekend during my stay. The high price is definitely worth the location and amenities.

This is a great place to stay in Pollenca. The views from the terraces are some of the best in town and the pool area is also really nice. Internally it’s fairly traditional and comfortable.We Travelling with our 7 month old and a good cot and mattress were provided along with a high chair.Typically the property is well equipped but household provisions and essentials are minimal. If arriving late after the shops have closed bring what you will need (milk, bread, butter etc). Provision of essentials would elevate an already good rental experience to the next level.The street is typically fairly peaceful and we managed to park outside the property all but one night. If you are driving hire the smallest car that you can get away with. Given that Pollenca is an old town with narrow streets a larger vehicle is not recommended but that’s part of the charm of staying here!!!There are some great places to eat 5 minutes away (Mares, La Fonda, Q11 etc.) and we found Pollenca nice and calm in October.
This is a lovely property set on a quiet road but close to everything in the town. The interior was clean and comfortable with lots of storage and air con in the bedrooms. The outside areas are beautiful with room to spread about, whether it’s for sunbathing, reading, eating and socialising. The pool is such a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive. A fantastic holiday, thank you!

Pollensa is a beautiful town to base yourself in for a holiday. The villa had charm and character which we loved and made all the better by a rooftop sunbathing terrace with a truly epic view of the old town and surrounding mountains. We will be back.

Wonderful stay, can’t wait to return
Five of us (four adults and one eleven year old) have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this villa near the beautiful town of Pollensa. Firstly, we can’t praise Pollenca enough - it is gorgeous, a web of intricate medical streets that can offer some relief from the intense sun as you wander the town. There are endless quaint shops, bars and restaurants all serving gorgeous food (loads of variety including traditional Spanish dishes). The villa was perfect - all rooms were spacious (apart from the 2nd indoor shower room, although it’s more than adequate). The kitchen is very well equipped, is again a good size space and has clearly just been updated with new units, granite worktops. The bedrooms all have very good sized built-in wardrobes. Again the lounge is a very good size although we didn’t actually use it once as we ate outside everyday and spent evenings talking by the pool. The rest of the furniture in the house is ideal although the elderly owners have a lot of nik-nak ornaments around the villa that we tidied away so as not to damage anything. The whole outside space is great and the views when lying on the sunbeds, stunning!! The shaded terrace area around half of the house is fantastic and perfectly positioned overlooking the pool area. The pool was in almost constant use over the two weeks and, although not heated, was very warm. We walked into Pollensa on numerous occasions from the villa (15-20 minute walk) but, although it’s all on the flat, it was a very hot walk (in the August 30• heat), and would be testing for little ones or the elderly. We ate a couple of times at the restaurant on the main road at the entrance to the lane to the villa - the service, price and food was very good. All in all a brilliant holiday and we are definitely looking to rebook this villa.
We enjoyed our stay in the villa! Very clean, spacious and there is so much in the house at your service, such as the washing and the drying machine, the iron and ironing board, etc. The terrace is very big and beautiful, the rooms each have seperate bathrooms with bathtubs and/or showers. Also the location of the house is perfect if you're renting a car cause you have a great starting point to any part of the island, and the airport is nearby. Overall we really enjoyed and we would reccomend this house to anyone visiting Mallorca.
For fans of seclusion and rural idyll, you can't imagine a better place. With ping pong table, pool, outdoor grill, and magnificent fireplace corner, all kinds of leisure activities are paved for the way. We were lucky enough to discover a fantastic place to stay that is perfectly secluded at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The tranquility was heavenly, no street noise disturbed our morning relaxation. The place was spotlessly clean, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious meals every morning. We enjoyed seven wonderful days here and have tasted every minute to the fullest. Occasionally we heard the distant calling of a donkey or a rooster in the morning, which only reminded us of how idyllic and secluded our place was. The view of the surrounding hills was really impressive and enriched our stay.
Recently renovated so fresh and clean. Pool was excellent (it’s very deep so be careful if you are booking with small children). Well equipped and very quiet location. Location was down a very small track which was very difficult in the hire car and taxi drivers all commented (one refused to take us down it), you cannot walk anywhere from the property.
We had a super nice time! With six girls, the two bathrooms were a little small, but we quickly came to terms with that!The pool and quiet location were excellent, we could quickly go to the beach or to Pollenca by bike!Amenities were better than we expected, the kitchen and bathroom in the house could use an update but were perfectly fine for a week!We would always come back!

The house is better than what's shown in the pictures. Big and clean. The views are amazing to all the bay of Pollença. The area is very quiet to relax and walk.

Great location, pool and outdoor space
Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was lack of bathrooms in the main house for 6 adults and 1 child. Outdoor bathroom great during the day but not for use during the night. One bathroom ready for an update which we know is due soon. That said it’s a lovely house with good ammenities and easy to walk into Pollensa to eat and for the bakery nearby Could have done with some more wine glasses and a bolt for the new garden gate. With a toddler he could have opened the gate if we were not vigilent but we put a sun bed across! Sounds more negative than positive but we had a fab time - just constructive feedback!

Beautifully located spacious villa with a great pool, would highly recommend for a restful stay. Perfect, peaceful location. Amazing views from the terrace and outside area. Pool lovely and warm, and good air con in all the bedrooms. Host very responsive and helpful.
Very nice grounds. Nice pool. The nearby street is easy to hear. We used it as a starting point for bike rides and were therefore little in the house. It was good for that. Well-equipped kitchen. Essentials such as oil, washing tablets, pepper and salt were available. During office hours, we were answered quickly and nicely to requests. Check-in was straightforward and easy. We had a great time.

Nice stay at Can Barre. 7 adults Spent most the week in the nice size garden / terrace area and Pool.Villas also a nice size for 8 or 10 people. Annex looked big having a peek in the window. Kitted out fairly well for big cooks and bbq's.Villa in a Quiet, remote area. Didn't get a hire car so opted for taxis all week .Maybe 2 of the 10 we called out took more than 30mins, ride takes 15mins tops. Getting back, never a wait at the ranks in pollenca / acudia.Helps having the villa position on Gmaps ready for the driver. Zero critter / ant issues taking them every 2 days. 2 alright hairdryers supplied atm. Really easy, relaxing holiday all in all with no hidden surprises.
The villa is conveniently located and beautiful, but on narrow roads. The kitchen is very well equipped. Food for breakfast was also provided. Everything was very clean. Since we had cooler weather, it was a little damp and cool in the house at the beginning. However, we were provided on request immediately a gas heater for the bathroom. The terrace, the garden and the pool are wonderful and in bathing weather this must be a dream. We were a little surprised that there is no air conditioning in the living room (but we would have needed it only for heating). But all in all wonderful, we can recommend the villa without hesitation.
The fantastic location of this villa is its main selling point. You can walk to the beach or the main square within a few minutes, and there is a small supermarket a few doors away. Bigger shops are about 5 minutes’ walk. The small pool is ideal for young children or for cooling off – it is definitely colder than the sea!
We found the property to be generally clean although there was a small piece of broken glass on the floor in the kitchen area. The air conditioning worked well when needed and the other utilities (dishwasher and washing machine) were very useful.
Our hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended.
This is an excellent villa in an outstanding location. Externally, the pool is amazing, beautiful and spacious garden, dining/lounge facilities on the patio are superb. We spent most of the week here. Internally, it is spacious, clean, well kept and very homely. Contact with the owner was seamless, he was informative and helpful. We had a great week here and would not hesitate to return. A beautiful and family friendly villa.
The villa is in a peaceful location but within a short drive you can get to the picturesque towns of Polenca and Alcudia where there are interesting places to visit plus lots of good restaurants and shops and weekly markets. The villa was a great place to stay and as a base to visit the lovely island of Mallorca.
Fantastic week away with my wife and our 3month old son, we stayed late June and had fantastic weather.Check in was easy and straight forward, Villa is tucked away down a private road behind a security gate so felt very safe and very private. Hire car essential, Lidl & Eroski shops only a few minutes away by car, as is Pollença. Port Pollença also not far so the Villa is perfectly placed. Both of those locations not full of tourists so that was a added bonus.Villa itself was perfect, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything spotless and plenty to use in the kitchen. Pool area was incredible, there was shade, sun, different places to sit and a cracking BBQ area which we made the most of. Given the villas location take something to detract the mosquitoes, they can be frustrating in the morning and evening! The aircon worked well which was great given we had a baby with us!Thanks for an amazing holiday.
