An ideal location for couples to enjoy a romantic holiday to simply relax and unwind amongst the breathtaking countryside. The property has one double bedroom with wardrobes, a separate shower room and a living, dining kitchen.
The living area has comfortable furnishings, a dining table and chairs and a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, there is also a fridge freezer. Outside, relax and enjoy the rolling countryside from the covered terrace. There is a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers and parking. There is also a terrace dining set and barbecue for al fresco dining.
The land has orange and lemon trees which add to the feeling of country living. 2019 NEW SWIMMING POOL 7 X 3 metres This is a salt water pool.
Outside, relax and enjoy the rolling countryside from the covered terrace.

An amazing villa. Would definitely recommend and already considering visiting again next year.It’s a small place as described but it’s perfect for couples. Internet worked perfectly throughout our stay so no issues if you need to work remotely. Pool was a great size and was cleaned when we arrived.The location was perfect. Out the way and really quiet/peaceful. The road to the villa is pretty tight so if you rent a car, avoid big SUVs.Hosts were great, responsive and all the instructions provided were accurate. Be sure to follow their guidelines on finding the place as Google Maps will take you the wrong way!
Beautiful and peaceful setting. Very private and the farmhouse was just right for twoRural surroundings within orange and lemon groves. For those happy to walk it was an easy 35 minute walk via deserted tiny lanes into Pollenca
Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und sehr privat! Der perfekte Ort um abzuschalten:) Im sehr ausgiebigen Garten sind eigene Zitronen und Orangenbäume, von denen sich ein köstlicher Orangensaft zum Frühstück pressen lässt. Die Früchte des Aprikosenbaums waren leider schon etwas vergärt, was einen recht starken Geruch am Pool zur Auswirkung hatte. Hier wäre es super wenn der Garten ab und zu von den überreifen Früchten befreit würde.
The villa was even more beautiful than we thought from the pictures. Beautifully furnished with small loving details like seating areas around the garden to follow the sun. The location is perfect to explore the island.When arriving make sure to follow the driving instructions from the company, not google maps! Otherwise you will stand in front of a closed gate where google believes to be a street on the narrowest path with no option to turn around.
We stayed in Mallorca for a week and were very comfortable in the finca. The finca is perfect for two people, in a great location and yet perfect to retreat when you need some peace and quiet. The fresh figs and grapes from the garden were part of our breakfast every morning. We would come back anytime.Communication was also great. Very reliable, pleasantly emailed, and quick responses. Everything great!

If you’re looking for a pretty, peaceful, villa/cottage away from everything and everyone this is absolutely perfect. Especially as it has its own lovely secluded private pool - a massive bonus. The villa is tiny but more than adequate for two people. Aircon was a great asset. The surrounding scenery is incredible, lemon trees, and nestled below mountains. It’s only a 20 minute walk into the beautiful historic town of Pollensa - but it’s not an easy walk, little shade and rocky roads at point. Plus, because the villa is so out of the way and down a very long, very narrow country lane, we found no taxi drivers knew it which was fine once we knew the way but difficult first time and when we were picked up for the airport. So definitely hire a car! And make sure it’s not a big one either for the tiny lanes. Such a wonderful holiday. We recommend!

Great location, nearby to local restaurants and the beachfront whilst still being a very peaceful location. The villa was very well presented with everything you would need. Would definitely book again.
Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!
We loved the house. Great location with lovely views. The owners were really helpful, we had a thunder storm on the last night and all our washing got soaked. They really helped us out getting it dried. The pool was great and the seating out side was fabulous. The aircon worked great even though it was really hot.
Location is very good for exploring the Sierra de Tramuntana area. Located in a very quiet area but very close to villages like Pollensa, where you find anything you are looking for.Highly recommended for groups of 2 to 4 people.
Very nice stay. At the foot of the Serra Tramuntana and 5 minutes from the coast. An oasis of peace with a nice swimming pool and beautiful covered terrace and BBQ. It is wonderful for beautiful summer evenings.3 nice rooms. Perfect for 5 people. What was also very nice was the 2nd bathroom close to the swimming pool. Convenient to take a quick shower there after a day at the beach or pool.

I stayed in this beautiful mansion with 5 other friends for one week. The villa is a bit remote about 5km away from the beach. So i would recommend to rent a car to go there. The house is well equipped and clean. The service that was provided was good and very friendly and it was easy to pick up the keys. The pictures you find on airbnb correlate with the reality quite good.I would definitely recommend this place.
Adembenemend uitzicht. Pollença op loop afstand. Heerlijke accomodaties om te ontspannen. Accommodatie is erg gezellig ingericht met alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn op vakantie. Het contact met Joana (eigenaresse)was heel erg fijn en persoonlijk. We kregen heerlijke citroenen en overige groente uit haar moestuin om te gebruiken.

Wonderful stay in authentic old Mallorcan town
Vida Villas helped us out at extremely short notice when our original accommodation flooded the day before we were due to arrive! Nothing was too much trouble and the booking was speedily completed. Despite the short notice, everything in the house was beautifully prepared and presented in time for our arrival.
Not only is Pollensa a charming old Mallorcan town but it is also blessed with a large number of very good quality restaurants to choose from, situated around the main square and the Calvari steps. Our favourite was Q11 restaurant, but we also enjoyed hopping from restaurant to restaurant trying out the tapas. The “Stay” restaurant at Puerto Pollensa can also be recommended for a special meal seated on the terrace sipping aperitifs as the sun sets over the bay.
Walking in the beautiful mountains nearby helped provide an antidote to the delicious meals. Day trips to Deia and the old walled town of Alcudia gave us a glimpse of other areas of interest. Calle Lleo is tastefully modernised and furnished and ideally situated in the heart of the town. However as a consequence of its location the surrounding streets are extremely narrow and it is advisable to hire a smallish sized car to avoid the risk of damaging it driving around in Pollensa. Nonetheless, I can’t wait to go back to Calle Lleo and explore some more – there was far too much to see in one week.
We were looking for a Spring Get-away for two families and after some research chose the house which is situated just outside Pollensa. The property was as described and the garden area was a lot larger than that shown on the photos. Our little boy , aged 2 1/2, loved running around and exploring. The location was secure with gates at the front of the property. The fittings and furniture were of a high standard and the various seating areas around the property meant that there was space to escape and gain some quiet time if required. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and provided a tour of the facilities , he also provided some really useful advice about the local area. In addition there was information provided with the villa that gave some more hints and tips for good restaurants and things to do in the locality and beyond. We had no problems during our stay , however if we had, having met and spoken with Colin. I had confidence that any issues would have ben resolved swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property it was lovely and just what we were looking for. It is Situated about 1km outside Pollensa on a quiet road and so I would recommend that that having a car would be worthwhile to make the most of the location. The nearest Beach is about 4 km and we managed to visit a number of them during our stay as well as markets in Pollensa and Alcudia.
I had a week long stay here with my son. We both absolutely loved the villa it was as the pictures described probably even better. The outdoor space is fantastic & we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the seating and bbq area is just a pleasure to be around. It is such a peaceful and relaxing area (noise free) with just a short walk into Pollenca town which is a stunning place to visit. I would definitely recommend a stay here and return for another holiday. It’s a great location to base yourself from, we hired a car and had some fantastic days out to Lluc Monastery Port Pollenca any many great beaches. Thank you

Villa and grounds were exactly as posted, very clean and tidy and as stated towels changed and Villa cleaned during stay. Gate was locked on arrival and contact was available immediately to sort access. Pool gets sun all day long and plenty of room and outdoor furniture available. Couldn’t recommend it enough for a relaxing break. Will definitely book again. Thank you
