This is a beautiful villa just outside Pollensa, built and decorated with an eye for the stylish. The location is fantastic, on a wooded hillside set in mature gardens with wide, open views across the Pollensa countryside.
It is easy to forget that the house is just a short drive to Pollensa with all its cafés and shops, restaurants and galleries.
An elegant sweeping and gated driveway lined with fruit trees leads to a large parking area. From here the property is set over two further levels. Steps from the parking area lead up to a garden and the separate annex buildings.
The first part of the annex has a twin bedroom with beamed ceilings, pastel coloured walls and an en suite walk in shower room. From the bedroom two steps leads to the airy open plan, furnished lounge dining and a kitchenette area equipped with large fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and other kitchen utensils. The second half of the annex has a double bedroom, a separate shower room and a lounge dining area with two comfortable sofas. There is an inter- connecting door between the two halves of the annex which can be unlocked if required.
From the annex level more steps lead up to the main house. The entrance door opens out into a bright and spacious open plan lounge dining area which enjoys fabulous views from all angles over the surrounding countryside. The walls in the lounge are decorated with beautiful paintings, property of the owner of house, who is a professional painter (please, note that the hand painted landscapes that can be seen in the pictures are not there anymore. The walls are totally white, and are decorated with the aforesaid pictures). The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a built in electric oven and microwave, electric hob, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer and washing machine, the kitchen can be separated from the lounge by a sliding door. The bedrooms share a large bathroom with sunken bath and a separate walk in shower.
Outside the main house is the raised level swimming pool with ladder entry steps at one end. From this terrace there are great views out over the countryside. Close to the pool there is another plus: a lovely sauna. And, moreover, the villa has a table tennis table..

We Stayed in the Fincafor a week, as a family of 4 adults and 1 child age 4. What a beautiful home and I say home because that's what it felt like! Everything you could need was there and more! The house itself is picture perfect, the decor is beautiful and the garden and pool are well kept, with gorgeous plants and trees! We had such good fun in the pool which was the perfect size for us. My Son who is 17 and his friend had their own entrance to the house which was great as they could do there own thing with out disturbing us, this would also work for two families staying in the house. The kitchen is very well equipped and great for home from home cooking! I would recommend %100 We had one the best holidays ever! See you next year! The Wood Family Absolute bliss!
We were looking for a Spring Get-away for two families and after some research chose the house which is situated just outside Pollensa. The property was as described and the garden area was a lot larger than that shown on the photos. Our little boy , aged 2 1/2, loved running around and exploring. The location was secure with gates at the front of the property. The fittings and furniture were of a high standard and the various seating areas around the property meant that there was space to escape and gain some quiet time if required. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and provided a tour of the facilities , he also provided some really useful advice about the local area. In addition there was information provided with the villa that gave some more hints and tips for good restaurants and things to do in the locality and beyond. We had no problems during our stay , however if we had, having met and spoken with Colin. I had confidence that any issues would have ben resolved swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property it was lovely and just what we were looking for. It is Situated about 1km outside Pollensa on a quiet road and so I would recommend that that having a car would be worthwhile to make the most of the location. The nearest Beach is about 4 km and we managed to visit a number of them during our stay as well as markets in Pollensa and Alcudia.

We are a bunch of young cyclists searching year by year for our early season form. In spring, we spent one week here. The booking, the payment, the arrangement of the keys etc. went off without a hitch. We felt warmly welcome and Colin even once visited us to check that everything was fine. The premise is fairly hidden and we struggled some time to find it. The beautiful main building has a nice terrace with a grill, a wooden bench an outdoor lounge. There is a nice pool (which we didn’t use due to the early season temperatures). The property was perfectly safe to lock our bikes overnight. We spent our days out in the saddle. The location is quite good for training purposes as you can choose between mountainous and flat terrain. Nice spots like Sa Calobra, Puig Major and Cap Fermentor are all in a day’s (Road-) cycling distance as well as Cala Millor on the east coast of the Island. Getting to the supermarket you better use a car as Can Roca is not directly in the center. Neglecting the matter of fact that it is a decent walk to the next waste container ;-) we had a great time and we will definitely come back.

About the holiday: We were very happy with Finca Can Roca. The house and garden were incredibly beautiful and exactly as we hoped judging after the pictures in the internet. It was very well equipped and there was a good atmosphere in the house also in bad weather which we had sometimes. There were some minor problems with the swimming pool because of too much chlorine and the hot water supply was reduced after heavy rainfalls, but the manager was extremely swift in helping. We were positively surprised how effectively he looked after everything and how he reacted to our calls almost immediately. Thank you very much for that. Our teenage girls were most happy about the bathrooms. And all the children were very happy about the variety of rooms which were all pleasant, beautiful and cosy. We could always warmly recommend the house the area and of course Vida Villas:-).
We just had 2 wonderful weeks with our extended family. The grounds are beautiful, secluded and extensive with lots of different areas to cater for the children as well as the grandparents. The villa was beautiful, full of character and had everything we needed. The location was great too, 20 minutes walk in to town and 10 minutes drive from the beaches of calla san vincente. Colin was very hospitable. Would love to return!

Lovely property, well equipped and maintained. Further from Pollensa than website indicated but we walked in several times. Garden and pool beautiful, lots of inflatables for the children and adults!! Table tennis a great addition. Beware of mosquitoes in the evening and come prepared with repellent. A great week sorry to be leaving. Ps more than one tea towel please

The photos and description of this beautifully designed cottage are extremely accurate with very high quality facilities throughout. The property is small, but rooms are spacious due to the clever design and uncluttered feel. Amazingly instant air con throughout! Fantastic location for the town of Pollensa with cafes, restaurants and shops on the door step. Very quickly got to know the locals who were all very welcoming and friendly. We decided against car hire and found the bus service extremely good (and cheap) with beach 10minutes away and Palma just 45. Loads of really good walks and even spent time at the local sports centre, which is not advertised but has excellent facilities.
This is on our list of best holidays ever, and we have already recommended it to our friends.

For fans of seclusion and rural idyll, you can't imagine a better place. With ping pong table, pool, outdoor grill, and magnificent fireplace corner, all kinds of leisure activities are paved for the way. We were lucky enough to discover a fantastic place to stay that is perfectly secluded at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The tranquility was heavenly, no street noise disturbed our morning relaxation. The place was spotlessly clean, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious meals every morning. We enjoyed seven wonderful days here and have tasted every minute to the fullest. Occasionally we heard the distant calling of a donkey or a rooster in the morning, which only reminded us of how idyllic and secluded our place was. The view of the surrounding hills was really impressive and enriched our stay.
Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.
Excellent value for money. Small winding path to get there, a little off-center from Pollença, but the city remains easily accessible. We had to ask for basic things (dish soap, garbage bags, dish towels) but they responded quickly when I wrote to them. Have a nice stay!
Excellent stay, the accommodation matches the description and is very well equipped (washing machine, barbecue, kitchen equipment...). Excellent location 100m walk from the beach. The only downside is the comfort of the bedding. And out of personal taste, I preferred another style of decoration (sea theme for example given the location). But I would recommend it and will come back without hesitation.
Very good starting point with fantastic views between Pollenca and Alcúdia. Communication, check in, absolutely hassle-free. A randomly fancy pool lighting was easily repaired by a very nice service technician. Lovely home with a central location for a week's cycling. Super clean and tidy. Welcome pack with essentials such as milk, bread, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and showers hot. Everything seemed brand new and true to the photographs. Managment team responded promptly to any queries, and was really helpful. The accommodation was in very quiet part of the old town, but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and Plaça. This is not the place if you need to go by car as the streets are very narrow and there is no parking. There is parking on the edge of town, but the local bus service is frequent and reliable. 2 big supermarkets are within a 5 minute bike ride to stock up on provisions.We would most definitely stay here again.

Villa and grounds were exactly as posted, very clean and tidy and as stated towels changed and Villa cleaned during stay. Gate was locked on arrival and contact was available immediately to sort access. Pool gets sun all day long and plenty of room and outdoor furniture available. Couldn’t recommend it enough for a relaxing break. Will definitely book again. Thank you

It was a great week, we felt very comfortable in the villa and would come back. Great location, great view, great terrace, great pool! Once during the week the rubbish was disposed of and all the towels were replaced. Beautiful olive grove and many green plants. Very nice landlord!

Comfortable, clean villa with nice surrounding gardens. Great location near Old Town Pollença, lovely pool and the welcome basket was a nice surprise on arrival! Its walkable to the town, but we had rented a car which helped a lot in the heat! Colin was very helpful when booking and easily contactable which was a great help.
We booked the finca for 3 weeks and were able to enjoy every day. We arrived a little earlier for check-in, but were still able to get into the property. A great facility and the amenities immediately made us feel at home. The pool is already outstanding and a highlight. The kitchen is fully equipped and there was nothing missing. The agency and owner were always available and helped. Towels were exchanged regularly. All in all, this finca is an absolute recommendation! Thanks for the wonderful time.
Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.
