The location of this villa is ideally situated only a few minutes by car from the beaches in the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa and not far from the impressive main square of Pollensa with its variety of restaurants and bars.
Set on one level, this house comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower by the pool.
The inside of the house is bright and cheerful, decorated in the traditional mediterranean style. There is a comfortable living dining room with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, and there is also a breakfast area.
There are three air conditioned bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which share two full bathrooms.
Outside, the house has a spacious covered terrace with dining furniture ideal for meals in the shade. For those al fresco evenings there is a an outdoor covered barbecue area. The swimming pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by sun loungers. This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the heat of the sun then cool off in the inviting pool.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£1.50/adult/night).

A Wonderful Stay in Mallorca! We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property in Mallorca! The house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Our hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, offering great tips on things to do and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Incredibly nice and quiet accommodation about 3 km from Pollenca and about 2.5 km from Port Pollenca. Car is essential. Clean and nice, comfortable beds, good Wi-Fi. Cozy pool area with sunbeds and nice flowers. Would love to come back!
The Casa Magdalen is fantastic. Our check in went smoothly due to the very good information we received in advance. The pool is very clean and has been cleaned regularly. The rooms and furniture are a bit outdated, but it's perfectly fine. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, everything works perfectly. The large property is beautiful, especially the orange trees and the many different flowers - our two-year-old son loved exploring here. Great is that the entire property is fully fenced. The barbecue corner with sink is also particularly beautiful. The garden shed with washing machine as well as another bathroom with shower is practical. The internet also works very well - but not on the entire property (which is self-evident for the size). All in all it was a wonderful holiday on a great finca. We'll be back.

We had booked the Casa Magdalen for a week vacation with a total of six friends.I. Arrival; The finca is located just outside of Pollensa and is therefore somewhat hidden, which is easy to manage due to the arrival information provided and Google Maps. Upon arrival, a car or taxi is indispensable due to the mentioned location.The key handover is via two key boxes, so it is also possible to arrive at a later hour without problems. The finca; The finca has all the amenities listed on the website and is therefore ideal for vacationing with a group of friends or a family vacation. In particular, the beautiful terrace, which is conveniently directly connected to the kitchen, as well as the pool, should be highlighted.Inside, the finca has three bedrooms consisting of a room with a double bed and two twin rooms each. There is also a living room and two bathrooms.We spent most of our outdoor stay, so we never had to resort to the interior. The location; From the finca it is only a short drive to Pollensa or Alcudia, so you can easily go out and eat and shop. The large Eroski market in Pollensa is ideal for this.In addition, a beach visit in the bay north of Pollensa from the finca is easily possible, again a car is necessary. During the stay, the towels provided were changed once, the floor and the pool were cleaned, which made the stay very pleasant. During our vacation, there was a special situation of a power outage due to a strong thunderstorm, but this problem was also quickly resolved by a call to the agent. Otherwise,the purchase of a mosquito repellent such as Autan or a similar means is recommended, as otherwise the mosquitoes can unfortunately spoil the early evening on the terrace. Conclusion; We had a nice vacation in the finca and would recommend it without hesitation.

We were 3 adults and 3 smaller children. The home is super convenient for grocery shopping, the bus and close to the airport. It was super easy to take the bus to other cities/beaches. We wanted to cook but lacked instructions for the oven, the text on the oven was worn off. Instructions for the washing machine were also missing. We had a lovely holiday and would like to recommend the house to others - please note that the house is in a small industrial area, but you don't experience that when you are inside the plot itself.
Great Villa, everything new and nicely decorated. Good beds, linens and great kitchen. Cleaning to a high standard. Lounge was very comfortable which is good in the spring and autumn when you are not outside as much. 15 min walk to the old town. The pool is set away from the house in peaceful setting but not in view from the houses which for some may need consideration. House very secluded and great to have the tennis court too. We were 4 adults and it was perfect. Would book again.

Rated: Excellent. Beautiful garden and pool area, a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon on the comfy sun loungers. Plenty of space for eating alfresco and great to have the table tennis. We didn’t use the living room very much as the weather was so good but while it was a very pretty room. The villa was very convenient to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful town with great places to eat, shopping areas and a lovely beach. We hired a small boat for 5 of us, very reasonable €120, it was a great way to spend an afternoon, diving and snorkelling. A fantastic holiday!

Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.
Stunning villa in a perfect location, ideal for families and large groups. We had a wonderful time and all the Nord Villas staff were kind, helpful, efficient and friendly from first booking through to checkout. The house and garden were perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean, the pool was wonderful and we loved being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach and to a restaurant. Highly recommend. Everything great for the price! Only those who want to work there will disturb the slow/unstable internet connection.For a pure vacation but a great value for money during the summer holidays. Everything as described and shown in the photos or even a little better!Communication was great and easy!
About the holiday: We were very happy with Finca Can Roca. The house and garden were incredibly beautiful and exactly as we hoped judging after the pictures in the internet. It was very well equipped and there was a good atmosphere in the house also in bad weather which we had sometimes. There were some minor problems with the swimming pool because of too much chlorine and the hot water supply was reduced after heavy rainfalls, but the manager was extremely swift in helping. We were positively surprised how effectively he looked after everything and how he reacted to our calls almost immediately. Thank you very much for that. Our teenage girls were most happy about the bathrooms. And all the children were very happy about the variety of rooms which were all pleasant, beautiful and cosy. We could always warmly recommend the house the area and of course Vida Villas:-).

The furnishings are a bit dated. The photos look brighter and more beautiful than reality. The pictured pizza oven can and should unfortunately not be used.Nevertheless, we had a very nice stay and we were helped quickly with any problems

Clean and modern rooms. A bit smaller than expected but still sufficient for three couples.
The villa was clean, comfortable and well furnished with a large outside area. An easy 25 minute stroll along a lane into Pollensa for dinner or coffee and cake was an enjoyable daily ritual. We would rent the villa again.

Lovely apartment and location
Adembenemend uitzicht. Pollença op loop afstand. Heerlijke accomodaties om te ontspannen. Accommodatie is erg gezellig ingericht met alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn op vakantie. Het contact met Joana (eigenaresse)was heel erg fijn en persoonlijk. We kregen heerlijke citroenen en overige groente uit haar moestuin om te gebruiken.
The Villa and its location are second to none. Just a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Pollença old town but far enough in the countryside to make you feel like you’re on a retreat. The Villa itself is beautiful. Typically Spanish in style but with a contemporary take. Clean, spotless actually, and a real home from home. The pool area is fantastic and the table football, table tennis and bbq really added to a family feel. My 18 month old son loved it!Oh and the port is just 8 min drive away with a load more bars and restaurants though I would say the old town is the nicer.Great food and live music in the square, all just 10 mins walk away.Perfect stay.
