The location of this villa is ideally situated only a few minutes by car from the beaches in the pretty bay of Puerto Pollensa and not far from the impressive main square of Pollensa with its variety of restaurants and bars.
Set on one level, this house comprises of three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower by the pool.
The inside of the house is bright and cheerful, decorated in the traditional mediterranean style. There is a comfortable living dining room with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and microwave, and there is also a breakfast area.
There are three air conditioned bedrooms, one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms which share two full bathrooms.
Outside, the house has a spacious covered terrace with dining furniture ideal for meals in the shade. For those al fresco evenings there is a an outdoor covered barbecue area. The swimming pool has Roman steps and is surrounded by sun loungers. This is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the heat of the sun then cool off in the inviting pool.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£1.50/adult/night).

The house was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The Casa Magdalen is fantastic. Our check in went smoothly due to the very good information we received in advance. The pool is very clean and has been cleaned regularly. The rooms and furniture are a bit outdated, but it's perfectly fine. There are plenty of utensils in the kitchen, everything works perfectly. The large property is beautiful, especially the orange trees and the many different flowers - our two-year-old son loved exploring here. Great is that the entire property is fully fenced. The barbecue corner with sink is also particularly beautiful. The garden shed with washing machine as well as another bathroom with shower is practical. The internet also works very well - but not on the entire property (which is self-evident for the size). All in all it was a wonderful holiday on a great finca. We'll be back.

We had booked the Casa Magdalen for a week vacation with a total of six friends.I. Arrival; The finca is located just outside of Pollensa and is therefore somewhat hidden, which is easy to manage due to the arrival information provided and Google Maps. Upon arrival, a car or taxi is indispensable due to the mentioned location.The key handover is via two key boxes, so it is also possible to arrive at a later hour without problems. The finca; The finca has all the amenities listed on the website and is therefore ideal for vacationing with a group of friends or a family vacation. In particular, the beautiful terrace, which is conveniently directly connected to the kitchen, as well as the pool, should be highlighted.Inside, the finca has three bedrooms consisting of a room with a double bed and two twin rooms each. There is also a living room and two bathrooms.We spent most of our outdoor stay, so we never had to resort to the interior. The location; From the finca it is only a short drive to Pollensa or Alcudia, so you can easily go out and eat and shop. The large Eroski market in Pollensa is ideal for this.In addition, a beach visit in the bay north of Pollensa from the finca is easily possible, again a car is necessary. During the stay, the towels provided were changed once, the floor and the pool were cleaned, which made the stay very pleasant. During our vacation, there was a special situation of a power outage due to a strong thunderstorm, but this problem was also quickly resolved by a call to the agent. Otherwise,the purchase of a mosquito repellent such as Autan or a similar means is recommended, as otherwise the mosquitoes can unfortunately spoil the early evening on the terrace. Conclusion; We had a nice vacation in the finca and would recommend it without hesitation.

The villa was all-you-need if you’re looking for a quiet place located on the same distance from both neighboring villages. The beach line is not that attractive, however it wasn’t promised to be so, according to the villa description and location. Absolutely awesome beaches are located 5-7 minutes drive either direction (we especially liked the one in Port d’Alcúdia).Basically you need a car to get everywhere, even for a minor grocery shopping and closest cafe, but we were well-prepared to that condition:) The house has everything needed for a group of 6+ pax and for our family of 4 it was even larger than needed. Anyway we didn’t ever had bathroom queues. The house is a bit chilly at nights but that’s ok for the spring season and is easily adjusted with electric heaters at night and extra blankets.If you are into sports, running and cycling, that’s another reason to rent this villa. You have a wonderful bike lane to Pollença and further, which starts directly from the gate.
Immaculately clean villa with lovely views and not far from the beach. Surrounded by nature including sheep with bells on (yes with bells on !) and goats behind. Very clean pool, good wi fi even outside next to the pool. Very privately situated a good distance set back from the main road.
We had a lovely stay at this villa, the pool was amazing as was the outside area, it was a very hot week so used the shaded areas and outside kitchen a great deal! So glad we had air conditioning in our bedrooms as it was quite unbearable at night with the heat. Facilities were great, plenty of towels, coffee machine, outdoor fridge/ freezer dishwasher/ shower etc. The welcome pack was very handy as we arrived late due to a delayed flight. Stand out part of the stay were the beautiful surroundings, the gardens and the amazing mountains. I will miss standing on the balcony with my coffee and taking in the views.

20 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Pollenca and yet surrounded by nature. A wonderful little oasis for those looking for some peace and quiet. Uncomplicated check-in, the hosts come 1x a week and bring fresh towels, they are very friendly and accommodating. Great little pool and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. A small note: a basic set of spices (salt, pepper) would be wonderful.Thanks for the great stay, gladly again!
Really fantastic Villa, nothing was overlooked. The outside space is fantastic and lovely and airy inside. Comfortable beds and regular cleaning and towel change. Lovely arrival pack which was great. Helpful host staff. Will definitely be back!
We had a lovely week in our villa. Everywhere was spotlessly clean when we arrived, including the swimming pool. We would highly recommend this villa - it is in a very good location for exploring the island. There are beautiful views of the hills and the mountains from the garden. The owners provided fantastic oranges and lemons from the trees in their garden which were a real treat!
The photos really don’t do this place justice. A fab spot just above Pollenca and in the shade of the mountain but gets sun too - would be perfect for hot weather.Also, it has heating for the colder months which we did need as it snowed during our stay!Log burner broke but the owners were - super responsive in turning the heating up and providing a gas fire and Nord Villas were very helpful as hosts. Would definitely stay again!
Great location, pool and outdoor space
Our only reason for not giving 5 stars was lack of bathrooms in the main house for 6 adults and 1 child. Outdoor bathroom great during the day but not for use during the night. One bathroom ready for an update which we know is due soon. That said it’s a lovely house with good ammenities and easy to walk into Pollensa to eat and for the bakery nearby Could have done with some more wine glasses and a bolt for the new garden gate. With a toddler he could have opened the gate if we were not vigilent but we put a sun bed across! Sounds more negative than positive but we had a fab time - just constructive feedback!

Our family vacation with 3 generations was perfect.We mostly cooked in the outdoor kitchen. BBQ charcoal was present.Coffee machines in all variants are present :-)Towels are sufficient and have been replaced in half time.Essential amenities spices, toipappe, dish tabs, hand soap, sink must be purchased.Owners are very friendly and helpful. The garbage is disposed of daily.Thank you for the great time

The villa is in traditional style so it stays nice and cool inside, plus the AC works well. It is quite well soundproofed so good for sleeping. There is a large terrace on the first floor which has nice views and is lovely to sit on - only accessed through two bedrooms. The pool is lovely and there are 10 good sun loungers and a few umbrellas. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions. The area is quiet and peaceful - you do need a car to go anywhere, but it’s a very short drive to both Pollensa and Puerta Pollensa. The only negative was there were loads of mosquitoes however, this is probably the same across the whole area in summer.
The rooms are well divided (over 2 floors). There is a kitchen with a dining table and you have plenty of seating outside. There is a small roof terrace for romantic evenings under the stars. What more could you want?!
Great place for at holiday - exellent location for adult and small children, close to a very nice beach. The apartment was clean and the owner provided good customer service when needed (Thanks). I can recommend the apartment to couples and families with small children.
Excellent Villa with great outdoor spaces and peaceful location but also very close to Pollenca (walkable.. though be careful as no pavement!) & 15min taxi drive to Puerto de Pollenca. Would stay here again!! Pool was very welcome as the days were hot, hot, hot!!!
The villa was spotless on arrival, there were no instructions for the safe however this was resolved very quickly after contacting the agents. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A slight negative is the barbecue, a purpose built brick one would be useful. The villages of Buger and Sa Pobla are close by. The Agroturisme Son Pons Hotel is worth a visit for a drink or dinner.

It was beautiful and quiet. Especially the nicely landscaped garden exceeded our expectations. Once a cleaner came for the house. Both check-in and checkout were independent and completely straightforward with a key box. The kitchen is very well equipped.You get a welcome package in which, among other things, were dishwasher, two dishwasher tablets, some cooking oil, vinegar and one or two small paper bags of sugar, salt and pepper. I would have liked it if salt and pepper had been available in larger quantities, because it was not enough for multiple cooking. Everything was clean, tidy and in good condition. There were several interesting guidebooks available in German.The organizer responded promptly to requests. Conclusion: We enjoyed it.
