The villa has 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (both air conditioned) which share a complete bathroom with separate shower. There is an open plan American style kitchen with breakfast bar which opens out to the dining and living area. Large glass doors look out from the living area to the gardens and terrace. The gardens are lush with greenery and palm trees here there is also a newly contructed swimming pool with sun loungers and brick built barbecue.

Alles war bestens! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein tolles Haus fern ab vom Tourismus und doch zentral! Dort kann man sich erholen.
Property was just as described - excellent location and the pool was ideal for the heat. Table tennis table led to a few family disagreements !!!

The garden of the house is beautiful (many bird watching are possible: Stieglitz, Greenfink, Wiedehopf, Triel, to name only the most exciting). The pool is sufficiently large and it is very quiet. The interior of the house is a bit outdated and needs some revision. But value for money was right. I would go back.

Our stay was great. The house was exactly as described and everything was very clean. The large garden and the pool area were wonderful. The ping pong table is in an impeccable condition, it was a lot of fun playing on it. A request on our part was very quick to respond. We will be happy to come back.

Happy New Year. And what a way to end one and begin another. We have had a grand time. Pedruxella is an amazing estate, and I feel we have enjoyed it to the fullest. It is the consummate elegant, comfortable, dreamy, private getaway, minutes away from as much activity as one wants. The staff has been welcoming and delightful. The weather unrelentingly beautiful. The setting as rousing, dramatic and fresh as the day we arrived. It's been one of those life experiences with the kids that will live well beyond the sunset. A really great house with fantastic views over Pollensa town. Good facilities and lots of outside seating. Not ideal for those with mobility problems.
This villa was well situated between Puerta Pollensa and Pollensa old town although a car is a must as it is a 15 minute walk into the port along a busy road. Situated In a quiet area down a country lane. Good family sized villa for our party of 13 but really needs a make-over! Pool excellent and maintained well with plenty of sun-beds and covered terraces both front and rear of house. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms excellent but none in the lounge which is really needed as the children watched TV in the middle of the day to keep out of the sun. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely family resort with boat trips (catamaran recommended) inflatable offshore fun park which is very popular – lots of good shops and in the main square – craft markets within the evening entertainment ie bands & shows while we where there (usually 10pm start).
The villa and the outside area are very well laid out and in a convenient location for the town of Pollensa. Everything was spotlessly clean and in terms of utensils (cutlery, bbq tools, table wear, cooking pots, etc), the villa was very well stocked. Although the location is great for Pollensa, it is on a busy road without pavements. For us personally, this wasn't an issue, and we walked into town and back moat days. The thing we found most surprising was the lack of what we would regard as "essentials' that all other self-catering accommodations we have stayed in have provided- for example, washing up sponges, hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, and each bathroom had 1 toilet roll only.
Everything was perfect for us. The walk to the town was so peaceful, approx 15 minutes walk but so nice in the evenings. The pool and garden area was amazing and well maintained. Without a doubt we will be returning!

Fantastic nice and well-equipped house, there was all the kitchen equipment you could think of. Two washing machines and dishwashers helped significantly as we were 11 people. Maybe a tv upstairs would also have been desirable. Can really recommend a stay in this amazing villa.

A lovely villa with a good sized pool. Very helpful hosts with extremely clear directions and a very useful little starter pack of essentials on arrival. Tony, the owner, was lovely and went out of his way to be helpful. Highly recommended!
Wonderful property, perfect location
As soon as we entered this beautiful villa we knew we were gonna have a great time. We felt instantly at home, and loved exploring all the different quirky areas. Six of us stayed there....me and my husband, our three children (18, 16 and 12) and my son's girlfriend. We have stayed in villas in and around Pollenca a few times before so we knew we loved the area. This villa is by far the best one we have stayed in. There were a number of different outside areas giving us plenty of space to either spread out or socialise. The pool was perfect - just the right size and we particularly liked the lighting inside the pool...making night time swimming lots of fun! The garden was an added bonus...tomatoes, peppers and chillies freshly picked were delicious! The location is perfect....stunning views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival and had a spectacular view of the lights and fireworks.... The town is an easy 5 - 10 minute stroll down the hill, making it perfect for exploring the lovely streets of Pollenca with its wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shops and cafes. All in all a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa...definitely want to go back.....

Angenehme und authentische Unterkunft in der Nähe des sehr hübschen Ortes Pollenca
Die Finca ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut gelegen (fußläufig zum Ort Pollenca). Es gibt viele Terrassen und ein großes Gelände drum herum. Den Kindern hat besonders der Pool gefallen. Wir wurden mit einem Willkommenspaket empfangen, so das wir das erste Frühstück ohne Einkäufe meistern konnten.
Pleasant and authentic accommodation near the very pretty town of Pollenca
The finca is lovingly furnished and very well located (walking distance to the town of Pollenca). There are many terraces and a large area around it. The children particularly liked the pool. We were welcomed with a welcome package so that we could master the first breakfast without shopping.
An exceptional place, everything was perfect!
Very good equipment in the kitchen, plus dishwasher, washing machine etc. Nice pool, great house in a very quiet location, that was ideal for us as a loud family. A Lidl was close by foot. On the premises was a donkey and a large duck family, the children liked that, of course. The ducks always came in the evening to the property and looked for grass, probably also kept bugs away, so win-win.
Very spacious, very comfortable, incredible views, very close to the sea. An incredible location. We have been, delighted.

Super nice Finca for a couple with kids or 2 couples. The Finca is in a good located area, but a car is more than recommanded. A super plus, air conditionner in all the rooms! So that you can have a good night of sleep. New sunbeds which are super confortable and the beds in the rooms are also super confortable. We were 2 couples and had a super time.
We had a great stay at the villa. Due to the size of the property and the distance to the neighbors, you have your peace. The villa is very modern, it lacks nothing. The location is also great as you can explore the island in any direction from the property in 30 minutes.
Tolles, modernes Haus. - Sauber und gepflegt. - Super Service (schnell und freundlich) in Notsituation (Verlust Schlüssel) - Pool haben wir eigentlich nicht genutzt, ist kindersicher abgesperrt. - Dachterrasse (Meerblick) morgens und abends eine Wucht - waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage dort Haben jetzt schon mehrere Häuser angemietet- das war eins der Besten!
Very nice location, but a car is logically necessary here. Pollença is quickly accessible and the city has good parking in contrast to other cities. Between the mountains and great views, there are good connections to beautiful hiking trails. The Airbnb was clean and had everything necessary on site, the location offers privacy from third parties and the view of the mountains is not neglected. The house is in generally good condition, but not exceptional. For this, the driveway and the garden are nicely maintained and it is great to enjoy the day outside. The pool works perfectly and overall the Airbnb is highly recommended. For all travelers, the hiking trails on site are worth looking at and offer great views.
