Main Features & Amenities:
In case of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of check-out, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it, otherwise a €150 waste management fee will be charged.
For the comfort of all guests, air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM-8:00 AM, ensuring a pleasant temperature at all times.
30% deposit required to secure the reservation. Remaining balance must be paid 8 weeks before arrival
