Very well located apartment near the beach, very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, where nothing missing! The Agent is very responsive to any problems. A perfect stay!

Lovely apartment and location

The apartment was spotless. In a fantastic location (literally 20 metres to the beach).Had all appliances that you would need for example coffee machine, hair dryer etc.Perfect holiday accommodation.

We loved our stay. The place is perfectly located with easy beach access. We cook a lot and the kitchen was fantastic with more than everything we needed. Great host and followed up on anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful and wifi speed was great for us which is important because we were working most of the time we were there. We loved the patio and beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We stayed there for our Easter break with our 2 young children. The apartment was as per pictures. Situated a stone throw from a beautiful beach. Puerto Pollensa and supermarkets only 10 minute drive away.

The property is exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, luminous and a few steps from the beach. It is well equipped (we counted at least 3 different coffee machines according to how one would like to brew) and we appreciated a linen/towel change after a few days. We visited in low season, when the cove is very quiet in the evening and slept very well. Temperature being mild we did not use the A/C much, but seemed to be well set to cope with the summer heat. There was plenty of street parking, so we did not use the private underground garage where access is a bit tight if one comes with a long car, but manageable - come to that, one would need a car for more conspicuous shopping as the two small grocers in the cove do not carry much. A LIDL/EROSKI are within 5 minutes drive.We came to cycle and that's our second time in this part of the island we believe is perfectly located for good rides, low traffic and better air.We will most likely come back to one of the properties in this block.

We had a very relaxing week in this high quality apartment in excellent location and close to good restaurants and bars but most of all, the beach.

I would recommend this place, very clean, spacious and 2 steps from the beach!

The accommodation is very clean and nice. It is quiet and has a great garden with pool where we spent a lot of time. The communication with the host was great.

Villa is incredibly beautiful! We felt very comfortable. Surroundings are fantastic, proximity to Pollenca is really great. Had a really great time and will definitely be back. Screen on windows would be great. Because mosquitoes have it quite a lot. Otherwise everything is great :)

Very nice well equipped and very clean house. Walking distance beach and pool in the residence.

We had a lovely stay at the house. Clean and with lots of amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to local towns. Quiet and private. Check in and out easy. Ping pong table and BBQ a nice touch.Just note that the track up to the house was fairly rough and uneven and this was not mentioned prior to arrival, so just be aware of this - if hiring a car choose a suitable one!

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Die Finca ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß. Die Outdoorküche ist cool, auch wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben, da wir viel auswärts gegessen haben. Eine Gartendusche, sowie ein extra Bad am Pool sind vorhanden und praktisch. Bei Nutzung des Außenbereichs sollte die Jahreszeit bedacht und an Mückenabwehrsprays und Co gedacht werden, sonst wird’s doof.Die Inneneinrichtung der Finca ist typisch spanisch. Die Badezimmer sind top. Der Wasserdruck ist gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist groß und es gibt auch ein Gefrierfach. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die gut kühlen. Die Matratzen sind VIEL zu weich/durchgelegen. Die Sofas sind ausreichend, laden aber nicht zu einem Fernsehabend ein. Auch die Beleuchtung drinnen ist funktional, aber nicht gemütlich. Ein Spiegel an der Ausfahrt zum Verkehr einsehen wäre gut. Und der Lärm der Straße kann teilweise störend sein.Fazit: Mit kleinen Änderungen ein High Light.

A really great house with fantastic views over Pollensa town. Good facilities and lots of outside seating. Not ideal for those with mobility problems.

Super nice villa with a very nicely maintained garden. Perfect size for two families with children as the bedrooms and two bathrooms are divided on two levels.Great kitchen and super BBQ in the outdoor area.

We stayed in these apartments October, couldn't fault them at all. Everything you could need for self-catering was available. There is a nicely furnished balcony and the apartments are in a great spot. Nice overlooking a small beach with restaurants and shops. close by. Vida Villas are extremely helpful and can organise travel from airport to apartments for a small fee. Would definitely go again and recommend to anybody wanting to stay in Puerta Pollensa!

Easy walk into town but far enough out to be away from it all. Perfect location and well equipped. The cleanest rental property we have ever stayed in.
