Holiday house for maximum 6 people. We offer a total of 8 identical semi-detached houses for holiday rental, all in the same residential complex with communal pool and just 50 meters from the sandy beach of Cala Molins.
The houses are all modern and completely equipped. This house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with a twin beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. In the immediate vicinity are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All can be easily reached on foot. An ideal place for all beach lovers looking for a comfortable and contemporary accommodation.
There is wifi internet access and a mobile barbecue. Communal Swimming Pool 8 x 4, depth 1.80 x .70m shared between 8 houses.

Excellent apartment in a lovely location, very quiet and peaceful. Clean, modern and spacious, it had everything we needed. The views were good too. Easy check-in, no problems parking or accessing the property. The only downside was the hot water had its limits.
The house in Cala Sant Vincenc is very nice. Fully equipped and ideally located: a 3-minute walk from the sea. We had a great vacation:) The only downside: 6th place is not ideal. It is an extra bed glued to the other single bed which does not leave much room for the occupants. If you are 5, I recommend this house!

We loved the locality of the villa being so close to everything. We loved the fact we got clean towels and the beds were changed half way through the holiday. The key safe was such a good idea both for check in, but also because there were 4 of us in the villa, with only one key!We would advise to bring dishwasher tablets and loo rolls, but dishcloths, tea towels and a hairdryer are provided - which was great!
This property had everything we needed for a wonderful two week stay! Agency are always responsive to enquiries and we felt very much at home. We have a toddler and the property worked really well to provide us with options in the heat of Majorca in August. We loved it so much we’ve booked for next year already!
Villa was in excellent location. Towels only changed once and bedding not changed at all on some beds.

We were not on the island for the first time and also had a rental car. Recommended, the house is a bit secluded. But that's how we wanted it, nice and quiet, some sheep and lots of nature in the neighborhood. A dream, the nights quiet. Even the nearby road has hardly any traffic and therefore did not bother at all. All in all a beautiful place to completely unplug. We love peace. I would definitely go back to the house for a vacation.
We had a wonderful stay here in beautiful Cala Sant Vicenç! Beautiful little beaches, relatively quiet area, and very comfortable stay in the apartment, which was located a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Shared pool and two private terraces, parking in the back—super easy and convenient!Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!
Can Giroa is a fantastic villa and exceeded our expectations in every way. Close to Pollença with all it’s restaurants as well as the fantastic beaches at Cala St Vincent and Formentor. We’ll be back for sure.
Nirvana
We booked this villa because it promised solitude, a VERY private pool and luxury. It did what it said on the tin. The furniture around the pool was very comfortable and perfect for working on the suntan. We don't normally go back to the same place twice but this time we may make an exception.

Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!
Very confortable house in a beautiful garden. The place is very quiet and relaxing. It is countryside but close to shops and beaches (you need a car though). The house is well equipped for a perfect stay. Nice terraces around the house, large barbecue allow to really enjoy the ouside. And last but not least Luna, the cat of the house is very great host ;)

Great place, great proximity to the beach and Palma!
House in great location, lovely views from the sun terrace. Easy walk into the main square. Great communication from host and fast responses. Comfy beds and excellent WiFi.
Clean and modern rooms. A bit smaller than expected but still sufficient for three couples.
Good location, with Pollenca, Porto Pollenca and Alcudia old town all within easy reach, yet the villa felt secluded with lovely views of the mountains. Excellent pool! Pollenca’s Sunday market a must for fresh food. Porto Pollenca’s beach cannot be beaten for a family holiday, and the 3 towns have wide choice of restaurants and cafes.
The villa is very nicely located at the foot of the mountains and you really have your peace on the large property. The pool is very nicely landscaped and looked perfectly maintained. Also with 6 people the house would not be overcrowded, but I would rather recommend 4. You can reach Pollenca in a few minutes by car, where you can buy everything. The grounds are somewhat densely planted and there are, for example, many birds there. The equipment of the house is very good, everything looks modern and clean. I can recommend it.
We love the daily service, makes the holiday easier for the family. The villa is great, it keeps the majorcan style and it was very homely, we felt like at home. We will book again and we recommend it.

It was a great week, we felt very comfortable in the villa and would come back. Great location, great view, great terrace, great pool! Once during the week the rubbish was disposed of and all the towels were replaced. Beautiful olive grove and many green plants. Very nice landlord!
The villa was clean, comfortable and well furnished with a large outside area. An easy 25 minute stroll along a lane into Pollensa for dinner or coffee and cake was an enjoyable daily ritual. We would rent the villa again.
We had a wonderful week at the finca. It is a very quiet location, surrounded by sheep, goats and olive trees. With great panoramic mountain views. Nevertheless, the supermarkets (Lidl/Eroski) are only 5 minutes by car. Pollenca is also very quick to reach. The house is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, even more. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning can also be used as heating if necessary. The pool is wonderful. The finca can only be recommended.
Such a wonderful place to stay! We will definitely come back!

The situation of the villa is brilliant: peaceful and quiet. It is set in a valley between two mountains and surrounded by farmland. There is a road running through the valley but it is quite far from the villa and the noise from traffic is minimal. The only other noise is the tinkling of goat and sheep bells which is lovely. The villa is very well equipped. There is a wonderful huge covered patio with a large table with eight chairs. The pool is excellent. Very clean and very pretty. There is another large garden table there with eight garden chairs and there are eight sun-loungers. The built-in BBQ by the pool is excellent. The villa is a couple of miles from the resort of Cala San Vincent which is pretty but very crowded and the beaches are mainly shingle and rock. We only went there once. The rest of the time we went to Puerto de Pollenca which is only a ten-minute drive away and has a fantastic, huge sandy beach and loads of good restaurants.
Reply: Thanks for the review, there are 3 sandy beaches at Cala Sant Vincent, 2 which cannot be seen from the road, the 4th cove at the very end is only rocks.
