Had a wonderful week here as a family with our university aged children. The beach was on the doorstep and was beautiful, loads of fish to watch as you swim. The house was great, everything you needed for a holiday but not so high end you felt you couldn't relax. The outside space was brilliant for sitting, sunbathing and eating and the bbq was frequently used. You could tell it was the end of the season with some of the interior, but it didn't impact the holiday. Having air-con really made a difference. Was lovely to have the towels changed mid week. The pool was excellent too and used every day. Not a lot to see and do in Cala San Vicence so would recommend a car if you want to do more than just beach and pool. Pepe's bar is wonderful for inexpensive excellent food and right on the doorstep to the villa. Would definitely come back here. Avoid the local pharmacy, lots better and far cheaper elsewhere.

We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. Excellent stay, the accommodation matches the description and is very well equipped (washing machine, barbecue, kitchen equipment...). Excellent location 100m walk from the beach. The only downside is the comfort of the bedding. And out of personal taste, I preferred another style of decoration (sea theme for example given the location). But I would recommend it and will come back without hesitation.
Great accommodation located a couple of minutes from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped (we have travelled several times a year for the past couple of decades and this is in the top 5 of kitchens for pots/pans, plates & utensils). The water pressure in the showers was very good. Pool isn't massive but most of the time we had it to ourselves (there are only 8 properties with access). Internet speed was really good. Due to a storm overnight we woke to a power outage as the circuit breaker had tripped and wouldn't reset. I messaged the agency team (out of hours) just after 07:00 & they messaged back within 15 minutes. Luckily I'd managed to get it to reset by then but all communication we had was prompt and polite.

We arrived with a group of friends and a one-year-old child. We liked the house, everything you need is there (iron, hair dryer, washing machine, grill, minimal dishes). It is located 200 meters from an excellent sandy beach, to which there is a descent on a baby carriage. There are 5-6 restaurants with excellent cuisine in the town. There is a place to rent a car. In the evenings it is very quiet and calm. A great place for a leisurely family vacation with children and parents. I can also note that when organizing the arrival and further accommodation at the location, the agency company were very helpful. They organized a transfer from the airport and helped in every way by answering questions. For me there were practically no downsides, except that I can note that the pool is shared between 8 apartments.
The villa is as described. Fairly basic but modern and clean with everything we needed (only ever ate breakfast there so we didn’t really test the kitchen). It’s location is fabulous - steps away from the beach. The resort is lovely with some great restaurants and a stunning beach. We would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Pinaret Apartment
We had a lovely holiday here on our first visit to Puerto Pollensa. The owner Colin could not have been more helpful, from arranging transfers to helping us through the disruption which extended our holiday by another 8 days!
The apartment was very clean and well equiped. The pool was also excellent although a bit chilly in April. The beach was very near and quiet and we used the local buses to visit Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor.
Loads of restaurants and bars nearby, good markets and supermarkets in easy walking distance. We would definitely return here!

Beautiful house, it is a little paradise, very quiet and splendid, outside and inside. The pool water was still a little too cool to swim there (it's deep, so it takes time for the sun to warm it up, and not having a tarpaulin, it cools at night). The garden is superb, the house is built with only noble materials and it has everything you need. A little extra: the rooftop terrace of the tower that has a magnificent view of the surrounding area. Very serious, pleasant and responsive host. A flawless one. We'll be back with pleasure!
The property is located in a quiet area which is fully equipped. It is very clean and highly recommended. We have rented a car to visit the island from this property and then you really need a car.
A beautiful villa, with a stunning garden in a lovely peaceful location.The villa was very large, as were the grounds. There is one bedroom upstairs with a steep staircase which isn’t ideal for smaller children. The house and garden were well equipped. A very relaxing location but only 10 minutes from a supermarket and the beach.
We loved our stay. The place is perfectly located with easy beach access. We cook a lot and the kitchen was fantastic with more than everything we needed. Great host and followed up on anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful and wifi speed was great for us which is important because we were working most of the time we were there. We loved the patio and beds were super comfortable. We will definitely be back!

The house was well equipped with everything you would need short or long term stay. The garden and pool area are very private with excellent seating options in and out of the sun. The location was ideal for a quiet family break whilst also being close enough to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Had a beautiful stay here with my mother and my two children, it was a beautiful, peaceful place with all the things you could want for a peaceful vacation, 10 minutes drive into pollença and a lidl 5 minutes drive away. Clean/functional/outdoor cooking facilities as well as indoor.

The photos and description of this beautifully designed cottage are extremely accurate with very high quality facilities throughout. The property is small, but rooms are spacious due to the clever design and uncluttered feel. Amazingly instant air con throughout! Fantastic location for the town of Pollensa with cafes, restaurants and shops on the door step. Very quickly got to know the locals who were all very welcoming and friendly. We decided against car hire and found the bus service extremely good (and cheap) with beach 10minutes away and Palma just 45. Loads of really good walks and even spent time at the local sports centre, which is not advertised but has excellent facilities.
This is on our list of best holidays ever, and we have already recommended it to our friends.
