Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

The location of the accommodation is really beautiful. The bay you see from the balcony is a bit more stormy compared to others, but still very idyllic, and the view from the balcony is simply fantastic.The place itself was fine, but I would suggest replacing the mirror in the bathroom. Also, a few extra towels or some detergent for the washing machine would have been helpful.Overall, however, everything was impeccable and it was a pleasant stay :)

Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, the beach is within walking distance, many attractions can be reached very quickly by car. The cleanliness is paramount here, the place is well maintained, and although the beds are a bit hard, this is the only small downside. We would definitely come back! We were super satisfied with the villa and would always book it again. The garden was the absolute highlight, incredibly well maintained and really beautifully landscaped. Here, the children could also play very well incl. Small playground in the shade. The house is very spacious and super divided. Living and sleeping area is separated from each other. A magnificent terrace facing sunrise complete the whole. Everything you need for a great cozy stay is available.

The location and facilities in this property are second to none. It's great for visiting the beautiful old town of Pollensa and then escaping the heat by relaxing by the pool in peace and quiet. It's an old property with multiple levels and some steep stairs so may not suit everyone.
Very large and perfect for a group of 5. The pool right outside the terrace is also totally practical if you need a cooling down again after the sea.We were very positively surprised by the number of toilets (3 pieces).The contact was totally smooth and we were even able to get into the accommodation a little earlier than planned. Also that we were not quite on time at check-out was no problem for the owners.A top accommodation I highly recommend it if you are looking for a large clean accommodation with good parking.

The furnishings are a bit dated. The photos look brighter and more beautiful than reality. The pictured pizza oven can and should unfortunately not be used.Nevertheless, we had a very nice stay and we were helped quickly with any problems

Lovely villa and pool (heating available) in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from Port de Pollenca. Lovely grounds, setting, and feel. 2 en-suite beds - air con - table tennis - bbq and private terraces. Kids loved it. We’ll defo go again.
We had a pleasant stay. The house and garden were as described and very clean. The pool was great for swimming and even cleaned during our stay. The communication beforehand was uncomplicated and helpful. Thanks to the clear instructions, arrival, check-in and check-out went smoothly. We can absolutely recommend staying.
Pleasant stay in a beautiful quiet house. The agency is very responsive when contacted. Since the pool is not heated, the water can be cold in October but not insurmountable... I would recommend this villa.
This was an amazing place. Me and my family enjoyed every second of our stay there. I would highly recommend you to book this place. We had 3 problems e.g. the wifi not working, and I was utterly impressed by the speed of the management company to send out people to come and fix the problems.It's a great place. I had a week long stay here with my son. We both absolutely loved the villa it was as the pictures described probably even better. The outdoor space is fantastic & we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the seating and bbq area is just a pleasure to be around. It is such a peaceful and relaxing area (noise free) with just a short walk into Pollenca town which is a stunning place to visit. I would definitely recommend a stay here and return for another holiday. It’s a great location to base yourself from, we hired a car and had some fantastic days out to Lluc Monastery Port Pollenca any many great beaches. Thank you
Had a great week in Pollença the villa was perfect, just as described and more. Garden was exceptional and pool was perfect. Check in and out was super easy, and host was always at hand to answer questions. Kitchen equipment was well kitted out and bbq etc. We would stay again and recommend this highly, but one recommendation is replacing the single mattresses as they were hard. Perfect location for supermarket, and local beaches and towns.

Cracking little villa in a great location. Villa was as described, but did feel a little tired inside - kitchen in particular. However it had all the amenities requires. Communication prior to check was good. Would recommend having a hire car so you can get to the shops/take bins but more importantly visit some of local areas. You can walk to the shops and Pollenca is also only a short walk awayWould definitely visit again.

We stayed in this delightful apartment with my nephew and nieces, mere minutes away from a wonderful beach, a couple of local restaurants, a supermarket and the bus stop to Pollenca/Alcudia. The kids could not have enough of the pool (at the Laguna Restaurant closeby*), which was pristine clean and quiet most of the day. The flat is adequately furnished and the wonderful terrace was a highlight for meals. The kitchen has all things needed to prepare a quick meal and the washing machine / drying area came in handy after full days at the beach. Very responsive host when contacted with queries. Overall a lovely location that I'd warmly recommend and gladly return to.
*Edit to avoid confusion, thee is no pool at the apartment itself, Laguna is a private restaurnt closeby that you can use the pool for small charge or ordering food and drink from them.
Lovely home with a central location for a week's cycling. Super clean and tidy. Welcome pack with essentials such as milk, bread, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and showers hot. Everything seemed brand new and true to the photographs. Managment team responded promptly to any queries, and was really helpful. The accommodation was in very quiet part of the old town, but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and Plaça. This is not the place if you need to go by car as the streets are very narrow and there is no parking. There is parking on the edge of town, but the local bus service is frequent and reliable. 2 big supermarkets are within a 5 minute bike ride to stock up on provisions.We would most definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa with an infinity pool. Terraces to dine on with beautiful views of pool and mountains . Within easy walk of old town of Pollença for amazing variety of restaurants. Really a perfect location and a well maintained villa with beautiful plants not to mention fresh figs from the tree for breakfast! Perfect!
Great villa with easy access into the port and old town by taxi which were always available. Very clean when we checked in. Prompt communication with host if we needed anything during our stay. Particularly enjoyed outdoor areas. Good size pool and breathtaking views of Pollensa. Very quiet and peaceful location. Perfect for large groups with plenty of space, all bedrooms with modern en suite bathrooms. I would recommend this villa.
