The location of the accommodation is really beautiful. The bay you see from the balcony is a bit more stormy compared to others, but still very idyllic, and the view from the balcony is simply fantastic.The place itself was fine, but I would suggest replacing the mirror in the bathroom. Also, a few extra towels or some detergent for the washing machine would have been helpful.Overall, however, everything was impeccable and it was a pleasant stay :)

Excellent place, very comfortable and clean. The area is beautiful and very quiet. It would be nice to have known that the single beds rooms are one under the other.

Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, the beach is within walking distance, many attractions can be reached very quickly by car. The cleanliness is paramount here, the place is well maintained, and although the beds are a bit hard, this is the only small downside. We would definitely come back! Location, cleanliness, coziness...especially the pool....for our three kids between 7 and 13 just an experience....especially after the beach day always a great end to the day... everything was just just...also the weather. We stayed there for our Easter break with our 2 young children. The apartment was as per pictures. Situated a stone throw from a beautiful beach. Puerto Pollensa and supermarkets only 10 minute drive away.

The house is just ideal and just as described ,every thing you could want was there immaculate decor and well equipped kitchen. It was nice to reacquaint ourselves with Pollensa as not been back for several years not much has changed which in my view is a bonus such a pretty little town and full of friendly locals. Vida Villas made this an easy transaction and was very informative about the house and travel suggestions from the airport will be back again if its not booked up this i think will be a little gem hope it does not get too publicised Ha Ha

The villa is much bigger than the photos give justice. It’s in need of a bit of lick of paint but that didn’t bother us as it was lovely! The pool was excellent
Beautiful spacious villa with great outside space that kept every one entertained, the table tennis and basket ball hoop provided my adult children hours of fun! We spent all our time in the well equipped outside kitchen and by the lovely pool. Close to Pollenca old town for fabulous restaurants and shops (5 min drive away). The beaches of Port de Pollenca and Cala san Vicente are close by too. Our communication with the host and Marti (the owner) was easy and they responded to any questions very quickly. Would highly recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon!!
Nice quiet place, good for retreating, pans in the kitchen would still be good.But aside from this little thing, everything was tip top. Lidl is nearby (by car) .Host very friendly and responds quickly. Glad to come back!
Great location - surrounded by nature, view on the mountains, orange and lemon trees in the garden.
Finding the place and check in went smoothly with available documents.
Communication was good, a towel change was offered after 3/3 days.
Overall highly recommend!

The house is super large and has a very nice outside dining area. Each bedroom has its own AC. We loved the pool.
The location is great, most of the important spots are in a low distance.
Recommended.
We had a lovely stay. The pool and the barbecue area were awesome. We stayed outside most of the time and only went inside for sleeping :)
The finca is very nice, very clean, well equipped and quietly located.Everything is well maintained and in the right place.The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the wifi is a it slow. There are pots, plates, etc., but no salt or similar everyday items.
We had a lovely stay. The location and stunning views made up for the slightly chilly weather. The gardens and grounds were immaculate and beautiful as well. The communication from the agent was excellent and they were easy to get in touch with. Thanks again
Can Pontico is a great house. It worked really well for two families - one family upstairs and one family located on the ground floor. Everything was provided and we didn't miss anything - the kitchen is well equipped / each bedroom has a very good aircon unit / bathrooms are very good. The house is located close to the supermarkets / beaches / walks etc. We didn't have to travel far and we spend many days exploring some amazing places / sites / etc. We had two 5 year old kids with us and they loved the pool even though they couldn't stand in the the shallow end. Enjoy your stay.

Great villa near to Pollenca. The location is fairly remote and you would need a car but offers tranquility with little disturbance from neighbours. Villa offers everything you need from plenty outdoor seating options, a wood-fire barbecue, large pool, well equipped kitchen. Seems newly renovated and great for smaller groups, couples, families. Can recommend staying there if you don’t want to be in the center of a town.
A beautiful location and Villa. By car lots of the surrounding areas are very accessible. The bedrooms do get VERY hot at night due to no air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you need, & the pool is very clean and great size.
Lovely home with a central location for a week's cycling. Super clean and tidy. Welcome pack with essentials such as milk, bread, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and showers hot. Everything seemed brand new and true to the photographs. Managment team responded promptly to any queries, and was really helpful. The accommodation was in very quiet part of the old town, but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and Plaça. This is not the place if you need to go by car as the streets are very narrow and there is no parking. There is parking on the edge of town, but the local bus service is frequent and reliable. 2 big supermarkets are within a 5 minute bike ride to stock up on provisions.We would most definitely stay here again.
The villa is great, and it's just a short walk to town, but the outside space is truly magical. It's an incredible setting, gardens are incredible, just a great place to be.
We stayed in the villa for a week and loved every moment. The villa itself was well provisioned with shower towels and pool towels. The kitchen was a good size to cook for the whole group. The outside spaces were perfect - the views were amazing! You are a little bit out of town - a 20min amble down the hill which is lovely in the evening. We enjoyed the walk to Pollensa and back but we can understand that it might be a little bit far for young children or the elderly to manage.We would recommend staying here to anyone. Would love to come back!
