Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

The location of the accommodation is really beautiful. The bay you see from the balcony is a bit more stormy compared to others, but still very idyllic, and the view from the balcony is simply fantastic.The place itself was fine, but I would suggest replacing the mirror in the bathroom. Also, a few extra towels or some detergent for the washing machine would have been helpful.Overall, however, everything was impeccable and it was a pleasant stay :)

Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, the beach is within walking distance, many attractions can be reached very quickly by car. The cleanliness is paramount here, the place is well maintained, and although the beds are a bit hard, this is the only small downside. We would definitely come back! Lovely villa and pool (heating available) in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from Port de Pollenca. Lovely grounds, setting, and feel. 2 en-suite beds - air con - table tennis - bbq and private terraces. Kids loved it. We’ll defo go again.
Wonderful house in the middle of Pollença! The Highlight was the terrace with the pool, where we had dinner every night. Only negative aspect was that there was water flowing in the living room right next to the power sockets, which can be pretty dangerous. In the kitchen and in the living rooms there are some leaks, that should be repaired, but as we were only staying for a week it didn‘t bother us too much. Would come again :)
A beautiful discovery , the villa is very comfortable, very clean, with change of towels and sheets in the middle of the stay. A little hot upstairs but it was hot during our stay. Beautiful and very maintained garden.
Excellent apartment in a lovely location, very quiet and peaceful. Clean, modern and spacious, it had everything we needed. The views were good too. Easy check-in, no problems parking or accessing the property. The only downside was the hot water had its limits.

However, a downside is that the pool wasn't heated, which can be an inconvenience for those who like to swim in more temperate water. Despite this, the proximity of the villa to local shops, restaurants and attractions makes it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.
This is a lovely property set on a quiet road but close to everything in the town. The interior was clean and comfortable with lots of storage and air con in the bedrooms. The outside areas are beautiful with room to spread about, whether it’s for sunbathing, reading, eating and socialising. The pool is such a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive. Absolutely beautiful. A real hidden gem that we would love to return to! The pool was so refreshing to cool down in especially on the hot days and it was the perfect temperature even for our 10 month old. The villa was well equipped and made for a relaxing stay. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive and the drive from the airport was less than 40 minutes. Close to the beaches and so easy to explore Pollença and Alcúdia. Just perfect for our first family holiday in Mallorca.

Beautiful large villa in the most ideal location with the added bonus of a beach at the end of the garden! Walking distance to a range of restaurants, beaches and local amenities. We had a great time at the villa. Would most definitely like to visit again in the future.

Great villa near to Pollenca. The location is fairly remote and you would need a car but offers tranquility with little disturbance from neighbours. Villa offers everything you need from plenty outdoor seating options, a wood-fire barbecue, large pool, well equipped kitchen. Seems newly renovated and great for smaller groups, couples, families. Can recommend staying there if you don’t want to be in the center of a town.
We had a lovely week at this villa. It’s a short walk into Pollenca town, lovely for an evening out or a post dinner ice cream. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature when we visited in August. Whilst you can hear the main road from the villa, it wasn’t at all intrusive and the villa is very private with some lovely views.
Everything was perfect for us. The walk to the town was so peaceful, approx 15 minutes walk but so nice in the evenings. The pool and garden area was amazing and well maintained. Without a doubt we will be returning!

Villa is located 2 kilometers outside Pollensa. The villa, the garden and the swimming pool are well maintained. The kitchen is spacious. We enjoyed the house, pool and ping pong table. The area is beautiful.
Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood next to the mountains surrounded by nature.It was very clean and the property was bigger as expected. The owner provides you with Tennis and table-tennis equipment.
We were not on the island for the first time and also had a rental car. Recommended, the house is a bit secluded. But that's how we wanted it, nice and quiet, some sheep and lots of nature in the neighborhood. A dream, the nights quiet. Even the nearby road has hardly any traffic and therefore did not bother at all. All in all a beautiful place to completely unplug. We love peace. I would definitely go back to the house for a vacation.
Beautiful, villa in a quiet environment, in the countryside and not overlooked with views of the mountains. The outside is very well maintained with a lovely Pool. The interior is comfortable with large bedrooms and closets. Communication with hosts is easy and is very responsive to respond. The person who maintains the villa owns the adjoining garden and will be sure to offer you some of their vegetables or fruits. Ideally located north of the island, a few km from alcudia, pollenca and the beautiful chains of the tramuntana.

Cala Sant Vincenç is definetly a hidden gem in Mallorca. Private beaches. Would definitely recommend the accommodation to friends or anyone who is interested in stay in a meaningful place.
