The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms only. 1 complete bathroom and 1 toilet.
Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. An ideal place for all beach lovers who seek comfortable and contemporary accommodation.
Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

The location of the accommodation is really beautiful. The bay you see from the balcony is a bit more stormy compared to others, but still very idyllic, and the view from the balcony is simply fantastic.The place itself was fine, but I would suggest replacing the mirror in the bathroom. Also, a few extra towels or some detergent for the washing machine would have been helpful.Overall, however, everything was impeccable and it was a pleasant stay :)

Excellent place, very comfortable and clean. The area is beautiful and very quiet. It would be nice to have known that the single beds rooms are one under the other.
It is friendly and quiet, very close to the beach and with space to park. I would definitely come back.
Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, the beach is within walking distance, many attractions can be reached very quickly by car. The cleanliness is paramount here, the place is well maintained, and although the beds are a bit hard, this is the only small downside. We would definitely come back! Beautiful, my second stay and I hope to come back again soon. The changes to the roof terrace are wonderful - more space and seating and the outdoor kitchen up there is brilliant. Would like the bathrooms to be modernized but that's the only thing that I would want to change. Perfect place for a group and a celebration. Love it.

We had a lovely stay. The location and stunning views made up for the slightly chilly weather. The gardens and grounds were immaculate and beautiful as well. The communication from the agent was excellent and they were easy to get in touch with. Thanks again
Beautiful and peaceful setting. Very private and the farmhouse was just right for twoRural surroundings within orange and lemon groves. For those happy to walk it was an easy 35 minute walk via deserted tiny lanes into Pollenca
A very nice house with a clean pool and a garden, I would recommend.
We had a lovely week at this villa. It’s a short walk into Pollenca town, lovely for an evening out or a post dinner ice cream. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature when we visited in August. Whilst you can hear the main road from the villa, it wasn’t at all intrusive and the villa is very private with some lovely views.

We love this villa, have stayed 4 times and have booked again for 2025. Location is ideal, villa has everything you could need. It is really well maintained and so close to the town there is no need for a car. Nothing, we love it.
This villa is really comfortable & is well equipped. There’s a fabulous pool & the seating areas in the garden are great for different times of day. The location is on a quiet side road by a mountain side. The walk into Port de Pollenca is flat. We hired a car & enjoyed exploring much of the north of the island. We’d happily return.
We had a pleasant stay. The house and garden were as described and very clean. The pool was great for swimming and even cleaned during our stay. The communication beforehand was uncomplicated and helpful. Thanks to the clear instructions, arrival, check-in and check-out went smoothly. We can absolutely recommend staying.

It was a lovely villa in a very good position.My grandson compared it to The Durrells on T.V. Was there a path through the field to the village and beach, we did not like walking on the road. The pool was ideally situated and was used a lot. The owner and the rep were brilliant, we could call on their help if needed which happened about twice. I would definitely rent this property again.

This was an amazing place. Me and my family enjoyed every second of our stay there. I would highly recommend you to book this place. It was perfect for our holiday.The people who manage the place are also outstanding. We had 3 problems e.g. the wifi not working, and I was utterly impressed by the speed of the management company to send out people to come and fix the problems.It's a great place. You won't make a mistake choosing this place for your perfect holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa. Beautiful pool and outdoor dining and seating area with table tennis, loungers and umbrellas. Lovely quiet location handy to Pollenca and the beach. A great sized property and facilities for a family.
