Damage deposit of £300.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

The location of the accommodation is really beautiful. The bay you see from the balcony is a bit more stormy compared to others, but still very idyllic, and the view from the balcony is simply fantastic.The place itself was fine, but I would suggest replacing the mirror in the bathroom. Also, a few extra towels or some detergent for the washing machine would have been helpful.Overall, however, everything was impeccable and it was a pleasant stay :)

Excellent place, very comfortable and clean. The area is beautiful and very quiet. It would be nice to have known that the single beds rooms are one under the other.

Our stay went very well, the beach is nearby (2 min walk), the seabed beautiful with many fish. Other beaches are nearby 5 min walk.The pool is nice and there were few people during our stay.Only negative point, the lack of dishes (we were 5 adults). Good value for money! I recommend.

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, the beach is within walking distance, many attractions can be reached very quickly by car. The cleanliness is paramount here, the place is well maintained, and although the beds are a bit hard, this is the only small downside. We would definitely come back! Many thanks for the great and relaxing time.

Table tennis, goats, sheep, no tourism-noise, nice neighbors (owners?), Just under 10 minutes to
Supermarket, mountains and beach nearby! The only drawback, the coffee machine has given up the ghost ....

Sehr schöne Unterkunft am Rand von Pollença. Das Haus und der Pool waren sauber und gepflegt. Ländliche Umgebung und ruhig. Ich kann das Haus weiterempfehlen. Alles war super. Vielen Dank an das äußerst freundliche Vermieterpaar.
House in great location, lovely views from the sun terrace. Easy walk into the main square. Great communication from host and fast responses. Comfy beds and excellent WiFi.
We felt very comfortable in the finca. It has a beautiful outdoor area that invites you to barbecue, sunbathe, swim... The finca was very comfortable in itself. The air has easily cooled the bedrooms down pleasantly. The finca has a great, quiet location. By car, you can quickly reach the supermarket or Port de Pollença. A minus for us was the amenities. We would have liked a few basics such as salt, pepper, oil, small towels for after washing your hands, etc.

The villa was spotless on arrival, there were no instructions for the safe however this was resolved very quickly after contacting the agents. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A slight negative is the barbecue, a purpose built brick one would be useful. The villages of Buger and Sa Pobla are close by. The Agroturisme Son Pons Hotel is worth a visit for a drink or dinner.

We had a pleasant stay. The house and garden were as described and very clean. The pool was great for swimming and even cleaned during our stay. The communication beforehand was uncomplicated and helpful. Thanks to the clear instructions, arrival, check-in and check-out went smoothly. We can absolutely recommend staying.
Wunderschöne alte Finca, haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Lage herrlich ruhig, sehr gepflegt und Pool herrlich.
The location and facilities in this property are second to none. It's great for visiting the beautiful old town of Pollensa and then escaping the heat by relaxing by the pool in peace and quiet. It's an old property with multiple levels and some steep stairs so may not suit everyone.
A lovely villa in a beautiful location. Highly recommended pastries and coffee at Il Giardino in the mornings.

We had a great time at this beautiful and very spacious apartment. There was nothing missing in the apartment. The beach is a few meters from the apartment and it is a dream beach. We will come back without hesitation.
