This house is complete with modern furnishings and fully equipped kitchen, and air conditioning throughout.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom has a full en suite bathroom.
Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants can be easily reached on foot. An ideal place for all beach lovers who seek a comfortable and contemporary accommodation.

Brilliant location a very short toddle to the sea! The resort was pretty quiet in May, but there were enough shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep us fed and watered.The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the balcony (the view!) and the pool was great for a quick dip. We would go back in a flash. Minor quibbles; The parking for the apartments is pretty tight, and there was no space for us when we arrived or for much of our stay. However, there is lots of on-street parking available in front of the apartments, so it wasn't a big issue. We understand the restricted hours for the pool, but it would have been lovely to have a swim at 8am or 8pm.

Great location very close to the beach, despite several other apartments in the complex and good road access very quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are relatively small, but very well maintained and nice. The highlights are the stylish living area with a well-equipped kitchen and the two huge balconies. The pool is of course nice as well, but you practically do not need it at the beach. The free parking spaces at the house are a plus! Absolutely no negative points, everything was great! Only one suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the bedrooms had mosquito nets in front of the balcony doors, so that you could leave the windows open even at night. But it is not mandatory, since the whole house is air conditioned.
The apartment was clean, big and well situated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Cala Sant Vicence is a lovely small village. Much more beautiful than Alcudia or Pollensa.

everything was spotless, the service at the top. Very nice view from the apartment .nice walks , the nearby beach is supervised .a few very nice restaurants and bars around. I would like to emphasize the responsiveness of the team, the pool despite it being underneath is not noisy because people really respect. Very friendly entertainment in the city. I highly recommend this place!
Very nice appartement with nice facilities and view on the sea from the balcony. Everything well maintained and clean! Pool was a big plus however keeping the children from jumping in the pool (which is against the rules and some neighbour insisted on it) was hard. The village is nice and has most important facilities but for a real supermarkt or somewhat larger beach (alcudia is recommended, 20 min) a car is really required

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. We were a group of 9 and we found the villa very spacious and relaxing. The pool was great although a couple of outside furniture items need updating. Colin was very helpful and the communication was great. I think this villa is in a great location for visiting Palma and local beaches in Illetes. I would highly recommend it.
Our stay was very nice. Especially the outdoor area and the pool, we enjoyed it very much.The house was clean and well maintained, but a bit old-fashioned from the inside. Somewhat disturbing we felt that in the distant neighborhood there was loud music every day and we had quite a lot of mosquitoes. But that has nothing to do directly with the accommodation.Except for these points, we enjoyed everything very much, the rooms are air-conditioned, the equipment was good and the privacy was also very appealing to us.
The house is in a very quiet and beautiful area, overlooking the mountains. The amenities are very good and the welcome package we got at the beginning were well taken care of. The outside area is great. There is an area where you can eat and sit very well. The pool was smaller than expected, but it's enough to cool off.We had a rental car and I would recommend that to everyone as the path to the house is a bit longer on foot.All in all, we would definitely recommend the house!

This is such a lovely villa, we felt very lucky to find it as the position is great and it has the benefit of a pool which was larger than expected. We'll definitely be returning. The only 2 watch outs are bring lots of insect repellant and if you're hiring a car it's best to get a small one as the streets are very narrow.
Great stay in the house, very comfortable and with a beautiful garden. We very much appreciated the calm, the splendid view of the valley, theinterior fittings and space in the house. At 7 adults and two young kids, we were very comfortable.The house is close to Formentor, Port Pollença, Alcuidia and is the starting point for many excustions.

It is friendly and quiet, very close to the beach and with space to park. I would definitely come back.
The photos really don’t do this place justice. A fab spot just above Pollenca and in the shade of the mountain but gets sun too - would be perfect for hot weather.Also, it has heating for the colder months which we did need as it snowed during our stay!Log burner broke but the owners were - super responsive in turning the heating up and providing a gas fire and Nord Villas were very helpful as hosts. Would definitely stay again!

Exactly as described and on the photos - nice outdoor area and quiet surroundings. Unfortunately there were many mosquitos which made being outside difficult - this may be seasonal and it is outside the hosts control. Agent was fantastic with their communications and in helping us with fans, check-ins and the extra cot.
My parents and my children spent Easter in the beautiful house. We arrived at night but it was easily possible to check in with a lockbox. The house with the pool is great, the property is very spacious. Everything you need for your stay is provided. The decor is tasteful. You can walk to Pollenca. However, a rental car for exploring the area is recommended. The host is very friendly and gave us good tips. It was a very nice stay. Thank you for everything!
The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. Would definitely recommend it truly is a lovely place to stay and the owners were very responsive to any questions. Thank you so very much
It’s the outside space that really impressed us: beautiful garden, good-sized pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen with great adjustable charcoal grill and an outdoor shower that we loved so much we hardly used the indoor ones!
