Great location near some beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean. Air con was great. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Especially liked the art which was a nice touch. There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky we would have liked some extra pillows. However we didn't ask for any, I'm sure if we had someone would have got us some because everyone we met around the property was incredibly friendly and helpful.
We had a fantastic stay at this property, perfect for our family of five. The space was ample, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Even during peak season, the area felt like a peaceful, uncrowded village. The balcony offers great privacy, and a great sea view, it overlooks a quiet road to the beach. We enjoyed many meals there, cooled by the sea breeze. The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and just steps from the door. While one bedroom initially had a slight damp smell, airing it out resolved the issue. The kitchen is fully equipped, though a larger pan would be useful for bigger families. Communication with Nord Villas was smooth and responsive almost instantly. The area is safe for late-night walks with kids, and while nearby shops are pricey, Lidl and Eroski are a 10-minute drive away, with Spar as the best local option. Overall, this is a peaceful, spacious property, ideal for a relaxing family vacation. We will def return

Top location, very nice surroundings. Sea view from balcony in beautiful bay. Cottage in good condition, clean and good amenities. only negative was you could hear the neighbours. Luckily it was another quiet family, so the nuisance was not so bad.

We had a nice stay here. Easy checkin and very clean. Very nice building, with a greay layout. Located in a cozy little area, away from the over-touristed areas, with ample parking and a nice little beach right down the street. It was close to the main highway, so made it a great starting point for exploring Mallorca. Pool right outside was awesome, although we did not get to use it much as you can't use it in the evenings (after 20). Late dinners on the veranda were great. Only items that could be improved was the interior could use an slight upgrade, the kitchen lacked decent equipment - making it hard to cook at times. The price was high, but I suspect its quite lower outside of high season. Nonetheless we all enjoyed ourselves, and the host was very friendly, responsive and professional. I would happily stay in one of their properties again in the future.

Fantastic Views at Carpe Diem Villa Pollensa
This is our 2nd time staying at Carpe Diem in the last two years and each time we stay the view takes our breathe away. The Villa is well furnished and with all modern essentials for a 3 weeks stay. The Villa can cater for more than one family and we have had friends stay during our last holiday and the villa is large enough that you are not in each others way. We look forward to staying again in 2014 and this must be one of the best view in Mallorca have a great holiday if you choose Carpe Diem.
Adembenemend uitzicht. Pollença op loop afstand. Heerlijke accomodaties om te ontspannen. Accommodatie is erg gezellig ingericht met alle faciliteiten die nodig zijn op vakantie. Het contact met Joana (eigenaresse)was heel erg fijn en persoonlijk. We kregen heerlijke citroenen en overige groente uit haar moestuin om te gebruiken.
Overall, we were happy with the place. If you're listening carefully, you could hear cars passing by. The decor in the kitchen has and in the bathroom was ok, but partly not up to date.
Lovely villa. Pool excellent and outside area for eating was excellent. So good to have an outside kitchen area. All rooms very nice.
Plenty of space for a family of 5. Very nice bathrooms/showers and lovely Master bedroom with huge comfortable bed. The single beds were unfortunately not so good. Ok for young children but not adults or my teenagers!
Yes parking is very tricky near the villa, but there were always spaces on the edge of town.
Overall, a great holiday over Easter for an active family. We really enjoyed exploring Northern Majorca. Would definitely return to Pollensa.

The single beds have now been replaced by brand new very comfortable beds at the property (During season 2018).
We are happy to advise the best places to find parking, it can be tricky especially after 18.00 when the locals start to return in their cars. Parking is free which is a bonus as not many holiday towns have this facility offered without charge. Thanks for the review, glad you enjoyed it.
We enjoyed our stay in the villa! Very clean, spacious and there is so much in the house at your service, such as the washing and the drying machine, the iron and ironing board, etc. The terrace is very big and beautiful, the rooms each have seperate bathrooms with bathtubs and/or showers. Also the location of the house is perfect if you're renting a car cause you have a great starting point to any part of the island, and the airport is nearby. Overall we really enjoyed and we would reccomend this house to anyone visiting Mallorca.
We had a great holiday in this Finca perfect for a couple! The decor is beautiful and well chosen, the owners thought of everything.
Villa is fantastically beautiful! It is in a quiet area, with a car but no problem (you could also park on the property) the garden is fantastically beautiful and the villa rustically charming and very clean. The only point of criticism: Unfortunately, there was nothing about basic amenities for the kitchen (oil/spices/dishwasher) or for the washing machine and a little bit of toilet paper.But there were plenty of towels and you got new ones in between! All in all a great stay in a beautiful place to stay!

Pinaret Apartment
We had a lovely holiday here on our first visit to Puerto Pollensa. The owner Colin could not have been more helpful, from arranging transfers to helping us through the disruption which extended our holiday by another 8 days!
The apartment was very clean and well equiped. The pool was also excellent although a bit chilly in April. The beach was very near and quiet and we used the local buses to visit Pollensa, Alcudia and Formentor.
Loads of restaurants and bars nearby, good markets and supermarkets in easy walking distance. We would definitely return here!
Tolles, modernes Haus. - Sauber und gepflegt. - Super Service (schnell und freundlich) in Notsituation (Verlust Schlüssel) - Pool haben wir eigentlich nicht genutzt, ist kindersicher abgesperrt. - Dachterrasse (Meerblick) morgens und abends eine Wucht - waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage dort Haben jetzt schon mehrere Häuser angemietet- das war eins der Besten!

We stayed for a week, The villa has everything you need, even the blankets for colder evenings.The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and barbecue place is lovely,The pool has amazing lights in the evening- close you can find Lidl and Eroski supermarket 10 min by walk.

Great property, isolated and quiet location so you need a car, but great position between Pollenca and Port of Pollenca. Roomy, clean. Nice pool and gardens. Highly recommend. Easy in/out process and communications.
Beautiful Villa within walking distance to Pollença. Very spacious inside & out. BBQ area fabulous with sinks and workspace next to it-we enjoyed many lovely evenings eating by the bbq watching the sun go down. Insect repellent is a must. Lovely lady came midweek to change our bath towels.
