In the immediate vicinity are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All can be easily reached on foot.

Great location near some beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean. Air con was great. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Especially liked the art which was a nice touch. There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky we would have liked some extra pillows. However we didn't ask for any, I'm sure if we had someone would have got us some because everyone we met around the property was incredibly friendly and helpful.
We had a fantastic stay at this property, perfect for our family of five. The space was ample, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Even during peak season, the area felt like a peaceful, uncrowded village. The balcony offers great privacy, and a great sea view, it overlooks a quiet road to the beach. We enjoyed many meals there, cooled by the sea breeze. The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and just steps from the door. While one bedroom initially had a slight damp smell, airing it out resolved the issue. The kitchen is fully equipped, though a larger pan would be useful for bigger families. Communication with Nord Villas was smooth and responsive almost instantly. The area is safe for late-night walks with kids, and while nearby shops are pricey, Lidl and Eroski are a 10-minute drive away, with Spar as the best local option. Overall, this is a peaceful, spacious property, ideal for a relaxing family vacation. We will def return

Top location, very nice surroundings. Sea view from balcony in beautiful bay. Cottage in good condition, clean and good amenities. only negative was you could hear the neighbours. Luckily it was another quiet family, so the nuisance was not so bad.

Very nice place, very spacious and clean.It is located quite far from Palma, but you have the beach two minutes away and if you are driving it will not be a problemI would highly recommend it!
We had a nice stay here. Easy checkin and very clean. Very nice building, with a greay layout. Located in a cozy little area, away from the over-touristed areas, with ample parking and a nice little beach right down the street. It was close to the main highway, so made it a great starting point for exploring Mallorca. Pool right outside was awesome, although we did not get to use it much as you can't use it in the evenings (after 20). Late dinners on the veranda were great. Only items that could be improved was the interior could use an slight upgrade, the kitchen lacked decent equipment - making it hard to cook at times. The price was high, but I suspect its quite lower outside of high season. Nonetheless we all enjoyed ourselves, and the host was very friendly, responsive and professional. I would happily stay in one of their properties again in the future.

Very nice place to stay with a nice view and good amenities. Unfortunately, we only had cold water while showering, but otherwise we felt very comfortable. Be sure to pack mosquito spray.Communication was very good and our questions and requests were always addressed!

Perfect location in between Port Pollensa and Old Town Pollensa. Towels were changed at least twice during our visit which was excellent. All in all the villa was very good, with a nice swimming pool, table tennis table and other good ‘white’ goods such as dishwasher and washing machine all of which worked perfectly.
It was wonderful 2 weeks on this villa! Very comfortable beds, wonderful pool, mountains all around! Beach in 5 min by car. -Will we come back? – SURE, we will! Many thanks
We have been to Pollenca many times...yes...even on the same road....the Villa Encisa is, was an experience...everything worked out, we will definitely come back. Location, cleanliness, coziness...especially the pool....for our three kids between 7 and 13 just an experience....especially after the beach day always a great end to the day... everything was just just...also the weather. Encisa... we think we'll book in just a few weeks for 2022😎...100% referral!

Unfortunately, we were only able to spend 5 nights at the property. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay! We stayed for a week, The villa has everything you need, even the blankets for colder evenings.The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and barbecue place is lovely,The pool has amazing lights in the evening- close you can find Lidl and Eroski supermarket 10 min by walk.
We wanted to express our full satisfaction with our recent stay. The place was even bigger than we imagined and the location was just perfect.The only small downside was the hot water, but agent was extremely responsive and resolved the issue in our absence, which was much appreciated. The villa was all-you-need if you’re looking for a quiet place located on the same distance from both neighboring villages. The beach line is not that attractive, however it wasn’t promised to be so, according to the villa description and location. Absolutely awesome beaches are located 5-7 minutes drive either direction (we especially liked the one in Port d’Alcúdia).Basically you need a car to get everywhere, even for a minor grocery shopping and closest cafe, but we were well-prepared to that condition:) The house has everything needed for a group of 6+ pax and for our family of 4 it was even larger than needed. Anyway we didn’t ever had bathroom queues. The house is a bit chilly at nights but that’s ok for the spring season and is easily adjusted with electric heaters at night and extra blankets.If you are into sports, running and cycling, that’s another reason to rent this villa. You have a wonderful bike lane to Pollença and further, which starts directly from the gate.
Nice quiet place, good for retreating, pans in the kitchen would still be good.But aside from this little thing, everything was tip top. Lidl is nearby (by car) .Host very friendly and responds quickly. Glad to come back!
Superb. Well equipped kitchen, big pool and nice pool area. Outdoor bbq was also great (Has a fridge outside as well). The outdoor eating area is perfect for 6~8 people.
The house is in a very quiet and beautiful area, overlooking the mountains. The amenities are very good and the welcome package we got at the beginning were well taken care of. The outside area is great. There is an area where you can eat and sit very well. The pool was smaller than expected, but it's enough to cool off.We had a rental car and I would recommend that to everyone as the path to the house is a bit longer on foot.All in all, we would definitely recommend the house!
Wir waren nun zum 4. Mal in diesem tollen Ferienhaus und geniessen unseren Aufenthalt dort jedes mal wieder sehr. Die Lage ist traumhaft und ein super Ausgangspunkt für weitere Erkundungen im Norden der insel.
