We offer a total of 8 identical semi-detached houses for holiday rental, all in the same newly built residential complex with communal pool (between 8 houses). Modern and fully equipped. Balcony with table and chairs for al fresco dining. In the immediate vicinity are shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. All can be easily reached on foot.
The lower living area has three bedrooms, one with two single beds and two with a double bed each. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, so you can enjoy a good night's sleep on hot summer nights. Using practical sliding glass doors, each bedroom is connected to the outside area and thus flooded by the Mallorcan summer light during the day.
The upper floor includes the living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a guest toilet. Sliding glass doors lead you out of the living area onto the furnished terrace. Enjoy the unforgettable view of the Mediterranean and the surroundings of Cala San Vicente from here.

Great accommodation in great location. You can walk to the beach in just 5 minutes (max), there are several nice restaurants and mini markets right nearby. Large supermarkets are accessible by car. The kitchen was very well equipped, including dishwasher, there was really everything you need for cooking and breakfast. We were very satisfied and would definitely come back.

We would definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Mallorca. The location is perfect: both secluded from crowds of tourists and close to everything one may need during the vacation. The place has all necessary things for both long term and short stays, located just a short stroll away from the beach, a bus stop, mini markets and car rental place. Just keep in mind that there are stairs both inside and outside, so in case you're travelling with little kids, you may need to watch them closely. Overall, a great place to stay, would visit again.
Cala Sant Vincenç is definetly a hidden gem in Mallorca. Private beaches. Would definitely recommend the accommodation to friends or anyone who is interested in stay in a meaningful place.
The accommodation was just as expected. Perfect location with mountain and ocean view. Perfect size for a group of four or even six - everything was clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend if you want a rather quite but scenic getaway.
The place is good, it corresponds to the photos. It's very close to the sea, few hikes are nearby, 10 mins far from big grocery stores on car.The village itself very calm and small, perfect for chill vacation.All three bedrooms are separated and have own entrances from the house territory. Direct access to the pool, but I didn't notice someone who cleaned it.Do not count on TV, it's super old and almost unusable.Throw garbage every day, in other case you'll have ants farm in kitchen.Vast kitchen set so you can cook whatever you want for big family.

Thank you for our lovely stay in Tintorer, an older more traditional Spanish villa. Everyone we contacted or met were helpful and flexible, especially as we had additional needs for our baby granddaughter. The villa is about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket ( and the nearest recycling!) and 20 minutes from the seafront. Its rural setting beneath the dramatic backdrop of hills and surrounded by trees, flowers, birds and horses added to the pleasures of staying there. We had a thunderstorm during our stay with a major dump of Sahara sand, however the maintenance person made an extra visit to clean the pool - thank you.If you are looking for a modern flashy villa then this is not for you. If you like character then it may be what you are looking for.
This is such a lovely villa, we felt very lucky to find it as the position is great and it has the benefit of a pool which was larger than expected. We'll definitely be returning. The only 2 watch outs are bring lots of insect repellant and if you're hiring a car it's best to get a small one as the streets are very narrow.

A corner of heaven! We took great advantage of the outdoors, especially with the pool and spaces around. The garden and terrace are very pleasant.Inside the house is cute and clean, it's a holiday home. It has everything you need for check-in. Be careful to think about water bottles because tap water is not drinkable.The location of the house is a very good base for visiting the beautiful corners of the island. We were able to do activities (canoeing, hiking, swimming in the sea caves) and very good restaurants are nearby. Only drawback: the address is a little complicated to find on GPS and the surrounding roads are a little narrow. But it's not inconvenient once you get used to it.We had a very nice stay in the sun!
I totally recommend this villa. Perfectly located like 5min drive away from Pollença village where you can find all the facilities needed (wine/liquor shops, local market, LIDL, gas station, etc). The house itself is perfectly well thought, with individual bathrooms (4 inside + 1 outside by the pool and super convenient). Rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and overviews the pool and the garden. Parking slot for 2/3 cars, local farm right by the house so you wake up with the sound of the animals. During our stay a house cleaning lady came to refresh rooms and bathrooms and to bring new towels. There’s an exterior fridge, very convenient, by the bbq (though the door is needed to be fixed). Also you can find a laundry room very convenient for a long stay. We were a party of 10 people and the house is clearly big enough and rooms well isolated. Amazing beaches are like 20min drive away from the villa - and not to worry about the cleanliness of the pool which is visited and cleaned several times during the stay by the staff. Well we only wish we could have stayed longer!
The villa was perfect for our group of 11 girls had everything we needed. Twenty mins walk to shops and a half hour to resort. Would definitely recommend.
fab quiet villa right beneath the mountains. very peaceful, everything you could need for a great family holiday. ping pong table and pool table really great and pool lovely and clean! Car needed to get to places however not a far walk from town.
We stayed in the villa for a week and loved every moment. The villa itself was well provisioned with shower towels and pool towels. The kitchen was a good size to cook for the whole group. The outside spaces were perfect - the views were amazing! You are a little bit out of town - a 20min amble down the hill which is lovely in the evening. We enjoyed the walk to Pollensa and back but we can understand that it might be a little bit far for young children or the elderly to manage.We would recommend staying here to anyone. Would love to come back!

We hebben er erg van genoten! Heel erg behulpzaam en alles was zoals we verwacht hadden. Zwembad is een groot pluspunt.We waren er met 2 kinderen: 2 en 0 jaar.Je bent vanuit het huisje zo in Port de Pollença. Maar een dag bij het huisje is ook geen straf.
Great location near some beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean. Air con was great. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Especially liked the art which was a nice touch. There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky we would have liked some extra pillows. However we didn't ask for any, I'm sure if we had someone would have got us some because everyone we met around the property was incredibly friendly and helpful.

It’s the outside space that really impressed us: beautiful garden, good-sized pool, fantastic outdoor kitchen with great adjustable charcoal grill and an outdoor shower that we loved so much we hardly used the indoor ones!

Quaint rustic villa in the country side. Within walking distance to supermarket and bus stop. Fantastic outdoor area with added bonus of outdoor oven and sink. Beautiful pool area with ample sun loungers and out door seating.

We went to two families with 4 young children on the last week of October 2023. The Villa is located high up and offers magnificent views on all floors, what an eye pleasure. The place is super quiet and peaceful while being close to Pollença where shopping and strolling is a real pleasure (we fell in love with this village). We took advantage of the barbecue and terrace. The most adventurous have dared the pool... The staff who maintain the place is adorable and the agency answered our two questions always quickly. Thank you
Very clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable The house is well equipped. The location is perfect, but you should have a car because you can walk 20 minutes to the nearest bus station. But by car, the location is optimal. 5 min to the beach. We would always come back!
