There will be an extra charge for any other event in the finca during your stay (Brunch, Pre-Wedding, BBQ, etc.)
The planning or program of the event must be informed as soon as possible and at the latest 15 days before the event date
The latest closing time for an event is according the legislation of the Baleared Government
The use of fireworks or any other pyrotechnic action inside and outside the Finca is not permitted

Less than 50 guests £4,500
50 – 100 guests £6,000
More than 100 guests £8,000
Security Deposit for all rentals required £5000 held against a valid credit card
Check-in from 16:00 / check-out before 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability (surcharge of 50% of the daily rate)
In order to prepare the parking space, it has to be informed how the guests will arrive and leave (shuttles, taxis, …) as soon as possible and at the latest 15 days before the event date
Smoke-free area. Smoking is forbidden indoors
The client is responsible for the use of the swimming pool, which is not supervised
The client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the infrastructure of the finca
