The house has three spacious en suite bedrooms, a private heated plunge pool, multiple terraces and lovely views towards the Tramuntana mountains.

The open-plan living and dining area opens directly onto the courtyard, creating a sociable space for relaxing, dining and enjoying the Mallorca sunshine. A well-equipped kitchen, utility room, downstairs WC and comfortable second sitting room on the upper floor make the property especially well suited to couples or friends holidaying together, as well as families with older children.
Upstairs, each of the three bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom and super king bed, offering a comfortable and private setup for guests sharing the house. One bedroom has access to a balcony overlooking the courtyard, while the upper levels lead to additional outdoor spaces including a charming balcony garden and a rooftop sun terrace with wide-reaching views across Pollensa’s rooftops and the surrounding mountains.

Numero Uno Mallorca is around a two-minute walk from Pollensa’s main square, making it ideal for guests who want restaurants, bars and local atmosphere on the doorstep. Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente are both around a five-minute drive away, and the property is also well placed for walking and cycling in the Tramuntana mountains.
Good to know
Parking is available on the street, with a larger free car park around a five-minute walk away. Due to the steep stairs, the house may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or families with very young children.

Really minor point but maybe provide some Cava/Prosecco glasses as well as wine glasses.
Very nice place to stay with a nice view and good amenities. Unfortunately, we only had cold water while showering, but otherwise we felt very comfortable. Be sure to pack mosquito spray.Communication was very good and our questions and requests were always addressed!

A lovely villa close to amenities. As you would expect being close to a main route there is some road noise but the grounds are beautifully landscaped and we had a really relaxing week here.
We had a lovely week at this villa. It’s a short walk into Pollenca town, lovely for an evening out or a post dinner ice cream. The pool was lovely and the perfect temperature when we visited in August. Whilst you can hear the main road from the villa, it wasn’t at all intrusive and the villa is very private with some lovely views.
Lovely apartment, great location, nice views, would return again. Only issue was that the water in shower (with bath) was very slow to drain. A Microwave oven would have been handy.
Fantastic home for a fantastic stay. We loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. Top tips from us - don’t stress about parking, the roads are very narrow and parking isn’t easy so use the car park on the way in to Pollensa. It’s only a 5 minute walk and is very safe. There is a lovely bakery just 2 minute walk away on the main road in and not far from the chemist. Enjoy!
Quaint rustic villa in the country side. Within walking distance to supermarket and bus stop. Fantastic outdoor area with added bonus of outdoor oven and sink. Beautiful pool area with ample sun loungers and out door seating.

we loved our stay in Pollenca. the townhouse was in a great position with views across the town. It was well equipped and is spacious. Having both a pool and roof top terrace was great. easy walking distance to centre with restaurants and shopsWe chose to park in large free car parks and walk as streets are narrow. Agent was very responsive and quickly helped with a query on day one.
Great location, nearby to local restaurants and the beachfront whilst still being a very peaceful location. The villa was very well presented with everything you would need. Would definitely book again.

A simple, beautiful house, which is very rural, but wonderfully suitable as an oasis for a little break – but we would also be happy to stay here longer. We enjoyed it very much and we say thank you for the great time!
