Casa Roca Tomas is a newly reformed house in the heart of Pollensa old town, Comprising of 3 floors, 4 bedrooms and a terrace with heated swimming pool, this is the perfect base for exploring the area.
Entering the house there is a modern open plan kitchen, large living area and a stylish dining area. The open plan effect incorporates the terrace area too as large full length glass doors slide back to bring the outdoors indoors. There is an external dining table, gas barbecue sunbeds, relaxing sun chairs and a swimming pool which can also be heated at an additional cost.
Taking the stairs to the first floor, there are three en-suite bedrooms. Two twins and one double all with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Another flight of stairs leads to the master bedroom with large double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower facilities, air conditioning, wardrobes and a private sun terrace.
Casa Roca Tomas is a modern holiday home which is perfect for families and friends travelling together. Take a walk into the town and sample the many exquisite restaurants and bars which are a stones’ throw away.

We really love polllença and the townhouse was a great spot to stay and access all it has to offer. The pool is the perfect size for a dip to escape the mid day heat or a relaxing way to end the day. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are well equipped, although a couple are a little snug. The top floor is a really love place to be. An oasis within an oasis, the perfect spot for a pre dinner sundowner! We would certainly come back here for another jaunt into Pollença
The photos really don’t do this place justice, it exceeded all of our expectations.A fridge with some eggs & milk, and a kit of food toiletries were waiting for us when we arrived which was a nice touch.It’s maybe a 3 minute walk to the central squares, you really couldn’t get a better location. And there’s a really nice view from the roof-deck.

Lovely home with a central location for a week's cycling. Super clean and tidy. Welcome pack with essentials such as milk, bread, tea, coffee and a bottle of wine was a nice touch. Beds were very comfortable and showers hot. Everything seemed brand new and true to the photographs. Managment team responded promptly to any queries, and was really helpful. The accommodation was in very quiet part of the old town, but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants and Plaça. This is not the place if you need to go by car as the streets are very narrow and there is no parking. There is parking on the edge of town, but the local bus service is frequent and reliable. 2 big supermarkets are within a 5 minute bike ride to stock up on provisions.We would most definitely stay here again.
Really nice townhouse, spotlessly clean. The pool area is great, and the top level terrace is a great spot for sunbathing & sun downer drinks.Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can need (and more!)Some of the bathrooms are a little small, but absolutely fine. Great to have the cleaners in midweek to clean & change towels. Location is really convenient, easy to stop car outside and drop cases etc. On street parking nearby. The management team are very responsive, and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely book again.

What a great villa. Situated on a narrow street in the heart of the old town it could not be more convenient for bars and restaurants,and a great base for cycling and exploring the island by bus. The management team were really impressive- very flexible with our check in and responded rapidly to fix a few minor glitches which I reported (eg replaced a broken coffee machine with a brand new one within hours)The welcome pack of food and drinks was the best we have ever seen and very much appreciated. Beautiful villa with plenty of space indoor and out to relax and socialise. I would highly recommend

Beautiful house with a superb garden and pool. Pollença only a few minutes away by car. Definitely recommend to stay. Great for a young family wanting a relaxed holiday.
The villa was exactly as the photos. Great location being a 7 minute drive to Pollenca, 12 mins to Puerto Pollenca and 40 mins from Palma. Peaceful location and the outdoor area was the reason we chose this villa. The pool was brilliant and there are plenty of areas to sit and eat, relax or sunbathe. The outdoor kitchen was good for the hot plate and bbq’s.Our children loved our week here and I would highly recommend the villa. Caiti the owner, was very welcoming and changed our towels mid week, she gave some good recommendations of what was going on in the area and also explained the history of the house.A great holiday and a good location for everything you need. Supermarkets @ 10 min drive away - Lidl and Eroski as you head towards Puerto Pollenca. They stock everything including sun lotion, mosquito repellant and bite soother, all toiletries you will need too.I would recommend hiring a car here to get around the island.

Such a beautiful villa, simply stunning. We had the best time and the villa made that happen. The location is great only a short drive into town and Alcúdia also on the door step. Such a peaceful location and the everything you could possibly want is provided for you. Thank you very much.
The villa was beautiful and the location is perfect for being close to Pollenca. Really spacious, comfy bed and furniture and really well equipped with everything we needed and more. There was a lovely welcome gift of wine and some essentials, milk, juice, tea etc. The villa was very clean and nicely decorated. The pool was very cold but to be expected in October! The only complaint was the machine/ chain saw noise from a neighbour for most days of our stay which did spoil the tranquility, but not really something the villa owners can help and probably wouldn’t be a regular thing, just unlucky for us. Overall a great villa and lovely location.
The fantastic location of this villa is its main selling point. You can walk to the beach or the main square within a few minutes, and there is a small supermarket a few doors away. Bigger shops are about 5 minutes’ walk. The small pool is ideal for young children or for cooling off – it is definitely colder than the sea!
We found the property to be generally clean although there was a small piece of broken glass on the floor in the kitchen area. The air conditioning worked well when needed and the other utilities (dishwasher and washing machine) were very useful.
Our hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended.
Lovely spot outside Port de Pollenca - easily walkable in less than 30 mins to the beautiful beach and restaurants.Gardens and surrounding area are absolutely stunning - highly recommend the hike to Cala boquer if you stay here. Host was flexible with check in which was great and the chap that cleaned the pool (sorry I missed his name!) was friendly and had great recommendations. Would stay again!
Alles war bestens! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein tolles Haus fern ab vom Tourismus und doch zentral! Dort kann man sich erholen.
Beautiful property, was a lovely chilled family holiday! Definitely worth the money and loved having our own pool to relax around! loved the flowers around the villa and watching all the chickens in the morning walk around the property with their little babies. There was lots of mosquitoes, but I think that was due to being out in the country! I would just recommend taking lots of Mozzy sprays and plug ins! Also the electric kept tripping so try not to have too many things plugged in at once! And hire a small car if possible as driveway was very very narrow and had a sharp corner, luckily my husband is a pretty good driver as I might have struggled as we had a jeep as there was 5 of us.
Communication with the rental agency during the corona situation was great. You get answers within minutes. The villa was very clean and beautiful.

Great apartment in a perfect location
This is a great apartment in a near perfect location. The area is very quiet yet only minutes from one of the best parts of e beautiful beach and many cafés, bars and restaurants of this wonderful resort.
The block is quiet but friendly and the property has all the facilities you would need as a base to get the most out of your holiday. The pool area is a great spot to enjoy the sun and on many days we had it to ourselves. The property was spotless and the service from Villa Vida was excellent. I would recommend this resort and these apartments without reservation. We traveled wi our children aged 12 and 8 and the space was just enough.

Very nice grounds. Nice pool. The nearby street is easy to hear. We used it as a starting point for bike rides and were therefore little in the house. It was good for that. Well-equipped kitchen. Essentials such as oil, washing tablets, pepper and salt were available. During office hours, we were answered quickly and nicely to requests. Check-in was straightforward and easy. We had a great time.
