There is a new fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa has an extra facility such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room.At the back of the house there is a great swimming pool surrounded by hedges and views across mountains.
There is a lovely place to cook and eat outside, under the built in barbecue. The front of the house is planted with a few palm trees and oleanders. Vivera is a great holiday home for a small family or couples, it is close to the Puerto Pollensa beach and resort.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).

Everything clean and working. With a few extras you would have felt even more comfortable (no soap or replacement paper, no salt or pepper...). In the evening you have an hour where there are so many mosquitoes that you can hardly sit outside. Overall, however, to be recommended!
Nice setting with the sounds of crickets and wetland birds. Easy check in and out process. Great value!
Had a great stay at this villa. We took our bikes out and didn’t have a car, however the location is only 5min ride to the supermarket and the seafront restaurants.
Super private and peaceful, the place actually looks better in real life! Very pretty gardens to all side, Mountain View’s, nice modern white bedrooms, great pool and outdoor space. Couldn’t have asked for more. The host was very nice and actioned couple of my special requests which was lovely. The address can be a little deceiving - our taxi had issues finding it as the address does not appear on maps - it was a bit strange! But other than that, I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks so much!!

We had a great stay, the villa was very clean and check in was easy. The pool was great too, there was a pool check visit which we weren’t told about but apart from that no issues at all. Views surrounding the villa were superb. Would stay again!
We had a really good vacation. Everything was very good thanks. In October, some mosquitoes on site were certainly advisable.
Very enjoyable time spent in this peaceful villa. Management were excellent with regular cleaning and towel and bedding changes. Lovely pool and sun loungers. Fully equipped kichen and outside barbecue. Highly recommended
We had such a lovely stay. The villa was as described, and we all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful, quiet surroundings. We had a hire car, so getting to Puerto Pollenca in the evenings was very easy. We found some lovely restaurants here. Agent was very easy to contact on the one occasion we needed to and very responsive. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday.
We had a fantastic family holiday here, and was a great relaxing place to stay. Really close and easy to get into Port de Pollenca and Pollenca, but a little far to walk in the heat with 2 children. We had a hire car which was perfect and it was a great base to explore the North of the Island, as well as getting plenty of time to relax by the pool.

We had a great time in Pollenca and loved staying at this beautiful residence. The pool is big enough for the kids to swim and play and the house is perfect for many people. We enjoyed playing table tennis and the stunning views.
Great Villa. Scrupulously clean. Loads of space inside and out. Pool perfect size. Table tennis a welcome addition. Great views to surrounding hills with birds of prey (mostly Kites) flying overhead most days. So peaceful and secluded yet only a very short 5-10 minute drive into Pollenca old town and 15-20 to Peurto Pollensa if the beach is what you want. Locals very friendly on the whole most speaking good English which is helpful! Main issue for us the week we went (October) was the mosquitoes…we were eaten alive!!! (Bring repellent but you can buy plug in diffusers etc in Lidl bit that they helped much!). ..meant we couldn’t sit out in the evening which was a shame but we tended to go into town anyway. All in all a lovely holiday.
The property is a bit dated and a long walk from the port but the children loved the pool area .Good communication and all queries replied to straight away.
Very nice accommodation in quiet area.A good location to explore the northeast of Mallorca.Many shops and bike rentals nearby.

This is a fantastic villa. Lovely location a few minutes drive from the sea. accommodation is big roomy and immaculate. The facilities are great – kitchen has all you require – cooker , microwave , toaster, full size fridge freezer , loads of pots , pans & utensils , there are 3 bathrooms -1 shower , 1 walk in shower & 1 bath. Bedrooms are super sizes and the outside area is lovely. you can drive right up to the front door. we visited in Oct/Nov so pool was quite cold but it still didn’t put us off having a dip. the island is beautiful with loads to see – recommend a visit to Caves of Drach. Enjoyed being greeted by a lovely cat each morning – we named her Claudette!
Beautiful villa and just as you see here in the pictures. Would definitely stay again. We had a couple of minor problems and the team were brilliant, dispatched a workman immediately, all fixed quickly and without fuss. Thank you for a great stay - we will be back!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Stunning location 2 mins from the beach, beautiful views of the mountains and bay from the balcony every morning and excellent communication from the owners. Key collection was super easy with a lockbox and code by the door. Aircon was a godsend in the 35+ degree heat! We came to Cala St Vincenc as part of a group of 4 families and definitely think we had the nicest/best located accommodation of the group.

Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.
This villa is really comfortable & is well equipped. There’s a fabulous pool & the seating areas in the garden are great for different times of day. The location is on a quiet side road by a mountain side. The walk into Port de Pollenca is flat. We hired a car & enjoyed exploring much of the north of the island. We’d happily return.

Easy booking experience, good instructions to get to property. Spotless inside. Towels for both shower and for pool. Welcome pack was very useful as we arrived late on a Sunday night. Pool was clean. Great location, 17 mins walk to town centre. Very quiet location. Will almost certainly be back.
This was our 2nd visit to the Pine Walk apartments. The first being around 3 years ago when we stayed at the 1st floor. This year, because it was not available we took the 2nd floor. I had,had a look at the 2nd floor apartment on my first visit and knew what I was getting for my hard earned money and I was not to be disappointed. It is very well furnished and one can go out on to the balcony and watch the world go by and without the noise of traffic. More importantly, if you have children you can keep an eye on them from the balcony while they play and swim safely on the beach which is merely a few steps away. We plan to return in the future, as Palma is only a 1hour 40 minutes flight from our local airport which has none of the hassle of Gatwick or Heathrow. I have had enough of that. Chill and relax.
The location is beautiful in the country side with a back drop of mountains and a 30 minute walk into Polenca. The garden is private and very peaceful with plenty of shade either on the veranda or under the trees. Internally the kitchen is extremely well equipped the bedrooms are good size with effective air con when required and the sitting room is comfortable. There is a large well shaded veranda with tables and chairs for outside eating.
Beautiful, villa in a quiet environment, in the countryside and not overlooked with views of the mountains. The outside is very well maintained with a lovely Pool. The interior is comfortable with large bedrooms and closets. Communication with hosts is easy and is very responsive to respond. The person who maintains the villa owns the adjoining garden and will be sure to offer you some of their vegetables or fruits. Ideally located north of the island, a few km from alcudia, pollenca and the beautiful chains of the tramuntana.
Lovely , well kept villa in a prime location, close enough to walk into town in the evening but far enough out to provide peace and quiet in relaxing private surroundings. The villa had everything you might need if you want to get away from it all. The bbq facilities were clean and well designed and the patio area provided plenty of much needed shade from the midday sun, although this could benefit from some comfier outdoor seating. The south facing garden had lots of places to sit and catch the rays from dawn til sunset if you can stand the heat. The only thing we really missed was a pool net to catch the occasional creepy crawly but otherwise, we loved this place and I'm sure we'll be back.
The space is spacious for a family of five and as described. It is well located but I recommend a car. The lockbox is convenient to arrive and leave the listing at any time when you have a plane that takes off or lands in the night.
The garden in April is beautiful with lemon trees and orange trees full of fruit. There are also beautiful olive trees and other fruit trees.
