There is a new fitted kitchen equipped with dishwasher, electric oven, ceramic hob and a fridge/freezer.
There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both sharing a full bathroom. The double bedroom has French doors opening out onto the side terrace. The villa has an extra facility such as air conditioning in all the bedrooms and in the lounge dinning room.At the back of the house there is a great swimming pool surrounded by hedges and views across mountains.
There is a lovely place to cook and eat outside, under the built in barbecue. The front of the house is planted with a few palm trees and oleanders. Vivera is a great holiday home for a small family or couples, it is close to the Puerto Pollensa beach and resort.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).

Very enjoyable time spent in this peaceful villa. Management were excellent with regular cleaning and towel and bedding changes. Lovely pool and sun loungers. Fully equipped kichen and outside barbecue. Highly recommended
We had such a lovely stay. The villa was as described, and we all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful, quiet surroundings. We had a hire car, so getting to Puerto Pollenca in the evenings was very easy. We found some lovely restaurants here. Agent was very easy to contact on the one occasion we needed to and very responsive. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday.
Everything clean and working. With a few extras you would have felt even more comfortable (no soap or replacement paper, no salt or pepper...). In the evening you have an hour where there are so many mosquitoes that you can hardly sit outside. Overall, however, to be recommended!
We had a fantastic family holiday here, and was a great relaxing place to stay. Really close and easy to get into Port de Pollenca and Pollenca, but a little far to walk in the heat with 2 children. We had a hire car which was perfect and it was a great base to explore the North of the Island, as well as getting plenty of time to relax by the pool.
Nice setting with the sounds of crickets and wetland birds. Easy check in and out process. Great value!
Had a great stay at this villa. We took our bikes out and didn’t have a car, however the location is only 5min ride to the supermarket and the seafront restaurants.
Super private and peaceful, the place actually looks better in real life! Very pretty gardens to all side, Mountain View’s, nice modern white bedrooms, great pool and outdoor space. Couldn’t have asked for more. The host was very nice and actioned couple of my special requests which was lovely. The address can be a little deceiving - our taxi had issues finding it as the address does not appear on maps - it was a bit strange! But other than that, I will be recommending this place to all my friends. Thanks so much!!

We had a great stay, the villa was very clean and check in was easy. The pool was great too, there was a pool check visit which we weren’t told about but apart from that no issues at all. Views surrounding the villa were superb. Would stay again!

We had an amazing time at the villa!The house is nice and cool so we slept very well. The different sitting areas outside are lovely, and we enjoyed the pool a lot! Using the bbq / outside oven was a real plus for us. The kitchen inside may need a little updating / the fridge didn’t stay too cool, but we made it work. And anything we needed the host responded immediately which was appreciated. Overall it was a really amazing place to relax with friends, and great value for money - would stay again! Thank you

Great villa near to Pollenca. The location is fairly remote and you would need a car but offers tranquility with little disturbance from neighbours. Villa offers everything you need from plenty outdoor seating options, a wood-fire barbecue, large pool, well equipped kitchen. Seems newly renovated and great for smaller groups, couples, families. Can recommend staying there if you don’t want to be in the center of a town.

Easy to find with directions provided, the villa was clean and all in good order. Two fridge freezers which was very handy. Lovely pool and the surrounding area, nice comfy beds and plenty of blankets as it does get chilly October time. Close to two big supermarkets. lovey covered bbq area .
We immediately felt comfortable. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, so we were almost only outside. The dining table outside as well as the lounge are covered and all day in the shade. The nearby town of Pollensa is incredibly beautiful and several swimming coves can be reached quickly and easily.

We were a group of 6 friends and the finca was also perfectly equipped for that. The pool was very clean and had a comfortable temperature.Due to the quiet location and no neighbors, it also didn't bother anyone if you were a little louder yourself. The host was very friendly and helpful. He also offered us fruits and vegetables from his neighbouring field.
We have had an incredible week in this villa! It is overlooked by no one and therefore feels really private. We loved the more rural setting (though the previous reviews are correct there are lots of noisy cockerels, donkeys and dogs but it didn’t bother us at all). The villa is close to Aldi and Lidl which made shopping easy. The villa itself is just as pictured and was very clean! The outside space and pool is gorgeous. Check in was contactless and easy. The villa is lacking in a few essentials like toilet paper, cleaning supplies and cooking items. We also could not figure out where to dispose of our rubbish. Half way through the stay someone came to change our towels and took some rubbish away but we did need to leave tied rubbish bags when we checked out of the villa because of this. Overall incredible stay!
Very nice place to stay. I had particular requests and the host was very comprehensive and helpful.The swimming pool is big and the water was warm.Ideal accomodation for a family with kids.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.
Very nice place, very spacious and clean.It is located quite far from Palma, but you have the beach two minutes away and if you are driving it will not be a problemI would highly recommend it!
Communication with the rental agency during the corona situation was great. You get answers within minutes. The villa was very clean and beautiful.

The villa was all-you-need if you’re looking for a quiet place located on the same distance from both neighboring villages. The beach line is not that attractive, however it wasn’t promised to be so, according to the villa description and location. Absolutely awesome beaches are located 5-7 minutes drive either direction (we especially liked the one in Port d’Alcúdia).Basically you need a car to get everywhere, even for a minor grocery shopping and closest cafe, but we were well-prepared to that condition:) The house has everything needed for a group of 6+ pax and for our family of 4 it was even larger than needed. Anyway we didn’t ever had bathroom queues. The house is a bit chilly at nights but that’s ok for the spring season and is easily adjusted with electric heaters at night and extra blankets.If you are into sports, running and cycling, that’s another reason to rent this villa. You have a wonderful bike lane to Pollença and further, which starts directly from the gate.
This place is just amazing! We really felt at home with our 2 little ones. The location is perfect, quiet but very close to a lot of nice places. The swimmingpool is great and the house has everything you need. The owner came the day after we arrived to ask if everything was alright. We said that everything was great, however it seemed that the mattresses were a bit old. They ordered new ones straight away and the next day there were brand new mattresses on each bed. Very very kind and such a good hospitality. We will come back for sure!
The location is very suitable for a quiet holiday. Nevertheless, you can quickly get to the supermarket, restaurants, hiking and the beach by rental car. Thus, the whole northern part of the island can be explored well. The cleanliness in the house is to be emphasized.
Pollenca is a beautiful area to stay in Majorque between sea and mountains. The house is nicely set in a quiet and beautiful area with nice surroundings garden and pool. The pool is not warmed so although we hoped to enjoy it in October it is really too cold to do that. The inside of the house is rather simple and practical but don’t expect state of the art kitchen , bathroom or beds . Overall we have a good experience and the host was super easy to reach and talk to.
