This deceptively large detached country house is located in peaceful open countryside on an Asphalt country lane in a quiet rural setting. The popular beach resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vincente along with the old town of Pollensa and Pollensa’s Golf course are all just a few minutes drive away.
Villa Palms is a 6-bedroom property just 2 km. away from Puerto Pollensa, set on two levels. When entering the property, there is a lounge with comfortable sofas. To the right, there is a well-equipped kitchen including oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. This level of the house also includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two twins that share a bathroom.
Upstairs there is another room with kitchen facilities (with oven, hob, microwave and dining facilities), a dining room a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and a further twin and double bedrooms that share a bath.
All bedrooms have air conditioning units. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
Outside there is a fantastic brick-built barbeque, both covered and open terraces, alfresco dining facilities, sun loungers, garden furniture, an enclosed garden, and a huge pool of 72 square metres with roman steps and poolside shower.

Our third visit to Puerto Pollensa and just as great as we remember it. Overall the villa was good but a few things would have made it excellent.
This villa was well situated between Puerta Pollensa and Pollensa old town although a car is a must as it is a 15 minute walk into the port along a busy road. Situated In a quiet area down a country lane. Good family sized villa for our party of 13 but really needs a make-over! Pool excellent and maintained well with plenty of sun-beds and covered terraces both front and rear of house. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms excellent but none in the lounge which is really needed as the children watched TV in the middle of the day to keep out of the sun. Puerto Pollensa is a lovely family resort with boat trips (catamaran recommended) inflatable offshore fun park which is very popular – lots of good shops and in the main square – craft markets within the evening entertainment ie bands & shows while we where there (usually 10pm start).
The villa was perfect for our group of 11 girls had everything we needed. Twenty mins walk to shops and a half hour to resort. Would definitely recommend.
Like a previous review stated “Overall the villa was good but a few things would have made it excellent”. We, as a group of 9 adult male cyclists, found the villa to be ideal. The outside space was great. Perfect for winding down after a day in the saddle. Inside there was plenty of room although the kitchen could get a bit crowded at times. It’s a little out of town but still only a 25 – 30 minute brisk walk. If numbers dictate I would have absolutely no hesitation in renting this villa again.
Private with a small but cared for garden providing separate areas which as a large family group were perfect, Pool wonderful, the best we have had!
