This lovely detached villa is located very close to the main road that links Pollensa with Puerto Pollensa.
It is an ideal choice for those who love outdoor space and views but also want to be within easy reach of the facilities that Puerto Pollensa has to offer including the famous Pine Walk and sandy beach.
As you approach the house you are welcomed by a covered terrace area which also houses a ping pong table for entertainment in the shade. There are table and chairs and a built in brick barbecue area for those warm evenings alfresco dining. As you make your way across the terrace you will find a nice swimming pool surrounded by lawns, matures trees and shrubs. The pool has roman steps for easier access and is set to one side of the covered terraces. Once inside all the accommodation is situated on ground level. As you come through the entrance you are lead into the open plan lounge and dining area. This area is filled with character from the original beamed and tile ceiling through to the stone internal wall. The kitchen offers all the conveniences you would expect and need on a holiday including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob and oven with extractor fan and of course a fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms in total, one double and two twin bedrooms all benefiting from air conditioning. There is one bathroom and a shower room with low access into the shower itself. For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.

Very close to Puerto Pollensa and easy reach of local shops, beautiful view from the pool looking towards the mountains.
The villa was big inside and accommodated all 6 people. The outdoor space and pool were good and enough for us all. The villa had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The bathrooms could do with updating if am honest especially one of the show heads. Aircon was on at night which was perfect. The location is just on the main road so you could hear the cars but we expected that. You could easily walk to the port/beach in 20 minutes max. The supermarket was about 10/15 mins away on foot. We all had a fab time and for the money, I cannot grumble at all.
Villa is clean, neat, tidy and comfortable. Only drawback is slight noise from the road but really not a major problem.
Rated: Excellent. Beautiful garden and pool area, a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon on the comfy sun loungers. Plenty of space for eating alfresco and great to have the table tennis. We didn’t use the living room very much as the weather was so good but while it was a very pretty room. The villa was very convenient to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful town with great places to eat, shopping areas and a lovely beach. We hired a small boat for 5 of us, very reasonable €120, it was a great way to spend an afternoon, diving and snorkelling. A fantastic holiday!
Perfect location in between Port Pollensa and Old Town Pollensa. Towels were changed at least twice during our visit which was excellent. All in all the villa was very good, with a nice swimming pool, table tennis table and other good ‘white’ goods such as dishwasher and washing machine all of which worked perfectly.
Close to Puerto Pollenca taking just a 20 minute walk. Nice pool with BBQ close to kitchen so all good.

Very clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable The house is well equipped. The location is perfect, but you should have a car because you can walk 20 minutes to the nearest bus station. But by car, the location is optimal. 5 min to the beach. We would always come back!
totally fantastic time in such a wonderful home! all the great facilities and the photos are a great indication of the superb ambience of the property. easy enough check in and completely spotless.I would say you may need a PhD for the light switches, there are so many! really had a great time and plenty of space!

Charming and lovely townhouse in the old part of Pollenca. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. House is really well equipped. ACs in all the rooms meant it was never too hot even in the August. High walls give a lot of privacy and also make the sun more bearable. Pool was lovely. We quickly got used to parking in the side streets around the house, but it is also possible to park slightly outside the town. We used a car to go Puerto Pollenca to get to the fantastic beaches. Their Internet was good enough for video calls for work Communication with the manager was easy and quick. Would clearly recommend and also go back

We stayed at the Villa for a week in May 2024. The garden area is beautiful and has a large pool (cold). Plenty of sun loungers for 6 people and various outdoor areas to eat or linger. One of the three bathrooms is located in the outdoor area (wc and shower), the other two bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower) is located inside. The villa is also great for kids as it has a trampoline, swing and table tennis table in the garden.We rented bikes in Pollenca for the whole week and rode with them from the villa to the beach in Port de Pollenca (journey time: 12 min).The villa was clean and the contact very straightforward. If something is missing or no longer works, someone will come by to replace it. Great service. We would definitely book the villa again and had a wonderful vacation here.
This villa is super spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. We loved the location - peaceful and private and yet just a short drive to the local towns and their amenities. The pool is fabulous.
The villa was beautiful. All the rooms were a great size with really spacious living and kitchen areas. It was walking distance to some nice restaurants and not too far from a supermarket either. The seating in the garden area was lovely. We would certainly recommend for a family holiday. The owner was very helpful and met us on arrival and made it clear we could contact him with any queries.
Very happy with our stay: perfect for our group of two families. Especially the pool and garden area made a big impression. The kids loved the pool (even though a bit too cold for my personal taste at this time of the year) and the back area for football. The location was excellent. Nice beaches close by, loved Pollenca old town and to our surprise there was a nice restaurant within a short walking distance.
It was a great week, we felt very comfortable in the villa and would come back. Great location, great view, great terrace, great pool! Once during the week the rubbish was disposed of and all the towels were replaced. Beautiful olive grove and many green plants. Very nice landlord!

The location of the villa, just a short walk from Pollenca and at the foot of the mountains was perfect for our stay. The facilities including a BBQ and swimming pool were all we could ask for and plenty of towels were provided, so no need to waste precious packing space! The villa is incredibly private and not overlooked at all. We will definitely be back!
