A simple, beautiful house, which is very rural, but wonderfully suitable as an oasis for a little break – but we would also be happy to stay here longer. We enjoyed it very much and we say thank you for the great time!
A beautiful villa, with a stunning garden in a lovely peaceful location.The villa was very large, as were the grounds. There is one bedroom upstairs with a steep staircase which isn’t ideal for smaller children. The house and garden were well equipped. A very relaxing location but only 10 minutes from a supermarket and the beach.
For fans of seclusion and rural idyll, you can't imagine a better place. With ping pong table, pool, outdoor grill, and magnificent fireplace corner, all kinds of leisure activities are paved for the way. We were lucky enough to discover a fantastic place to stay that is perfectly secluded at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. The tranquility was heavenly, no street noise disturbed our morning relaxation. The place was spotlessly clean, and the fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare delicious meals every morning. We enjoyed seven wonderful days here and have tasted every minute to the fullest. Occasionally we heard the distant calling of a donkey or a rooster in the morning, which only reminded us of how idyllic and secluded our place was. The view of the surrounding hills was really impressive and enriched our stay.
Great Villa. Scrupulously clean. Loads of space inside and out. Pool perfect size. Table tennis a welcome addition. Great views to surrounding hills with birds of prey (mostly Kites) flying overhead most days. So peaceful and secluded yet only a very short 5-10 minute drive into Pollenca old town and 15-20 to Peurto Pollensa if the beach is what you want. Locals very friendly on the whole most speaking good English which is helpful! Main issue for us the week we went (October) was the mosquitoes…we were eaten alive!!! (Bring repellent but you can buy plug in diffusers etc in Lidl bit that they helped much!). ..meant we couldn’t sit out in the evening which was a shame but we tended to go into town anyway. All in all a lovely holiday.
We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Agent was always available, responded quickly and always helped with questions.The villa itself was clean, wonderfully located, had a great pool, and also otherwise the amenities were very good. We would book this place again anytime!
We very much enjoyed our stay. It is beautifully situated with a lot of privacy, but still a short drive from Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. The pool was wonderful as was the outside space in general. The accommodation is spacious and clean and it's a perfect location for any families wanting to space and privacy to relax. Whilst we were there there was major storms on the island, which meant that we lost internet and the pool became full of debris - out of control for the owner - but the next day the pool was cleared and the issues rectified speedily, which is what you want. The hosts were responsive with any questions.

We loved our stay here, so peaceful and quiet, the pool is lovely and the space was great with 5 adults we never felt over crowded,You definitely need a car for shopping and sightseeing it has lovely walks for the cooler days, We would definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the island.
Amazing house on a super quiet and green location between the mountains. We really enjoyed our week here. The house is very spacious, the garden is amazing and everything was super clean. Within 15 minutes by car you reach beautiful towns of pollenca en Alcudia, the beach and many more. We would recommend it to anyone.

I arrived with my partner and her daughter for a week's stay at the beginning of November 2016 and we loved every minute. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the villa and its surroundings. Although it was the end of the letting season the property was in an excellent state of repair and cleanliness and the facilities were admirable. The pool was bigger and deeper than expected and the surroundings were excellent. The view from the sun deck was delightful. Drawbacks? Well, none really, but I wouldn't recommend hiring anything larger than a medium sized car as the access lane is very narrow in parts. However the instructions for finding the villa couldn't have been better. Thanks to the Vida Villas team for all your help. I'll definitely be hiring from you in the future.

The house is well furnished with everything you could need. We didn’t walk into Pollença but it would take 20 mins. Great location for exploring the gorgeous island. Stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains.

Great setting for the holiday for a large group
Lovely pool - beautiful surroundings - plenty of room for the large family group. The setting for a wonderful holiday is perfect. Pollenca itself is cozy with the stairs (365 steps) up to the chapel.
10 of us stayed here for a cycling trip. First time on the island and can’t say enough about how great it was! The villa is perfect for a group. Very clean, excellent location to navigate rides from. Quiet yet walking distance to everything. We will book it again if/when we come back!
The villa was was clean in a quiet beautiful location with views of the mountains but only a 10 minute drive to the beach.
Great townhouse in Pollensa
We stayed in Pollensa for a week in the middle of summer. The townhouse accommodates a family of 6 easily and has been modernised stylishly. Its in a fantastic location in the old town only a couple of minutes from all the boutique shops and restaurants. Once you get used to the driving in the narrow streets we didn't have a problem parking nearby. The aircon works really well which was essential as was mid 30s outside. House is clean and well stocked. Bathrooms work well. Vida Villas were very easy to deal with and solve any problems. We went to coves (Boquer, Baix) did the Gorge de Pareis, and climbed Puig de Maria, and beaches Formentor and Port Pollensa. Enjoyed restaurant Il Giardinero in the square. Highly recommended.

A lovely villa in an idyllic valley, still close to Pollenca and all its amenities. The pool was terrific and the beds very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Wonderful stay, can’t wait to return
Five of us (four adults and one eleven year old) have just enjoyed two wonderful weeks at this villa near the beautiful town of Pollensa. Firstly, we can’t praise Pollenca enough - it is gorgeous, a web of intricate medical streets that can offer some relief from the intense sun as you wander the town. There are endless quaint shops, bars and restaurants all serving gorgeous food (loads of variety including traditional Spanish dishes). The villa was perfect - all rooms were spacious (apart from the 2nd indoor shower room, although it’s more than adequate). The kitchen is very well equipped, is again a good size space and has clearly just been updated with new units, granite worktops. The bedrooms all have very good sized built-in wardrobes. Again the lounge is a very good size although we didn’t actually use it once as we ate outside everyday and spent evenings talking by the pool. The rest of the furniture in the house is ideal although the elderly owners have a lot of nik-nak ornaments around the villa that we tidied away so as not to damage anything. The whole outside space is great and the views when lying on the sunbeds, stunning!! The shaded terrace area around half of the house is fantastic and perfectly positioned overlooking the pool area. The pool was in almost constant use over the two weeks and, although not heated, was very warm. We walked into Pollensa on numerous occasions from the villa (15-20 minute walk) but, although it’s all on the flat, it was a very hot walk (in the August 30• heat), and would be testing for little ones or the elderly. We ate a couple of times at the restaurant on the main road at the entrance to the lane to the villa - the service, price and food was very good. All in all a brilliant holiday and we are definitely looking to rebook this villa.

Beautiful quiet location and stunning setting. A true Spanish country villa with the most tranquil views when you step foot outside. The facilities for cooking are superb and very comfortable for the 4 of us. Can't get a much better pool either.We have towels and bedding replaced which was a nice touch. Also after the Calima dust rain we were surprised to see the staff quickly came and cleaned everything back to it's original state.

We had a lovely stay for two weeks. The team are very responsive and helpful. Jimmy the owner was charming and thoughtful. The Villa is very peaceful, well located for Pollença town (5 mins) and three beaches at Alcudia (20 mins) or Port Pollença (15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We’d certainly return again.
Lovely villa about 2 miles outside of Puerto pollenca.Villa just as described, got a fabulous welcome pack. Agency really quick to respond with an issues with the dishwasher.It’s 1/4mile from Lidl supermarket so super easy for getting supplies. On a main road but the track is long and with a bit of music you cannot hear anything. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Thank you for our lovely stay in Tintorer, an older more traditional Spanish villa. Everyone we contacted or met were helpful and flexible, especially as we had additional needs for our baby granddaughter. The villa is about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket ( and the nearest recycling!) and 20 minutes from the seafront. Its rural setting beneath the dramatic backdrop of hills and surrounded by trees, flowers, birds and horses added to the pleasures of staying there. We had a thunderstorm during our stay with a major dump of Sahara sand, however the maintenance person made an extra visit to clean the pool - thank you.If you are looking for a modern flashy villa then this is not for you. If you like character then it may be what you are looking for.
We stayed here for a week at the end of June 2024. The apartment was really comfortable, very spacious, very well equipped and finished to a very high standard. It’s in a great location close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful with lovely views over the bay and a huge balcony overlooking the beach. Although there is no designated parking, parking is free nearby and was never a problem. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

Great place! Felt like home! Furnishings rustic but all clean! Even the pool was cleaned and was gladly used by us! On the 3rd day, we even got unsolicited fresh towels. The mattresses from the single beds were very soft, the double bed only 140-160cm but comfortable!
The property is very well located, close to beaches and nice towns. Very well equipped facility. From towels to great kitchen equipment. During our entire stay we lacked nothing to prepare a delicious meal.
