The apartment is on the first floor and has a large lounge/dining area with comfortable modern furniture. Patio doors open onto the wonderful large terrace with superb sea views, furnished with table and chairs, comfortable sofa, chairs and coffee table with parasol. The apartment has three double bedrooms, 2 with twin beds and another with double bed. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite, both have walk in style showers. A fitted modern kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Excellent apartment, ideal location
The apartment was very secure, comfortable, clean, airy and well equipped. (I particulary liked the towels!). The balcony, and apartment generally caught the morning sun, so were nice and shaded in the late afternoon and evening.
Situated in a quiet area, next to the beach, shops and restaurants, so it is ideally located.
Colin was extremely helpful, particularly when we arrived very late due to a delayed flight.
We only stayed for a week, but would have been happy to stay longer. I would recommend the apartment to couples and families with small children.
Great Spot
Thanks to Vida Villas for providing excellent service before and during our stay. Everything was as described, beautiful, clean and great location for getting to the beach and close to restaurants. We came for cycling and we had the best time, road here are absolutely first class. There is a Pizza restaurant just a minutes walk away with good food. Weather was superb, did not expect to get it so good in October. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back next year.
Great apartment in a perfect location
This is a great apartment in a near perfect location, only minutes from one of the best parts of e beautiful beach and many cafés, bars and restaurants of this wonderful resort.
The block is quiet but friendly and the property has all the facilities you would need as a base to get the most out of your holiday. The pool area is a great spot to enjoy the sun and on many days we had it to ourselves. The property was spotless and the service from Vida Villawas excellent. I would recommend this resort and this apartment without reservation. We traveled with our children aged 12 and 8 and the space was perfect.
Lovely quiet apartment close to all amenities
We had a fantastic holiday and can't wait to return, apartment v well kept in a good location, close to all amenities.
We stayed here for a week at the end of June 2024. The apartment was really comfortable, very spacious, very well equipped and finished to a very high standard. It’s in a great location close to restaurants and shops but still peaceful with lovely views over the bay and a huge balcony overlooking the beach. Although there is no designated parking, parking is free nearby and was never a problem. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment.
We stayed in this delightful apartment with my nephew and nieces, mere minutes away from a wonderful beach, a couple of local restaurants, a supermarket and the bus stop to Pollenca/Alcudia. The kids could not have enough of the pool (at the Laguna Restaurant closeby*), which was pristine clean and quiet most of the day. The flat is adequately furnished and the wonderful terrace was a highlight for meals. The kitchen has all things needed to prepare a quick meal and the washing machine / drying area came in handy after full days at the beach. Very responsive host when contacted with queries. Overall a lovely location that I'd warmly recommend and gladly return to.
*Edit to avoid confusion, thee is no pool at the apartment itself, Laguna is a private restaurnt closeby that you can use the pool for small charge or ordering food and drink from them.

The villa was all-you-need if you’re looking for a quiet place located on the same distance from both neighboring villages. The beach line is not that attractive, however it wasn’t promised to be so, according to the villa description and location. Absolutely awesome beaches are located 5-7 minutes drive either direction (we especially liked the one in Port d’Alcúdia).Basically you need a car to get everywhere, even for a minor grocery shopping and closest cafe, but we were well-prepared to that condition:) The house has everything needed for a group of 6+ pax and for our family of 4 it was even larger than needed. Anyway we didn’t ever had bathroom queues. The house is a bit chilly at nights but that’s ok for the spring season and is easily adjusted with electric heaters at night and extra blankets.If you are into sports, running and cycling, that’s another reason to rent this villa. You have a wonderful bike lane to Pollença and further, which starts directly from the gate.

Villa with lovely views but still very close to Pollenca
Villa greatly exceeded expectations and pictures which, although attractive, didn't really do it justice! Very well equipped (once you found hidden kettles, toasters etc. !). Pool great and very clean. Frequency of linen changes and light cleaning 3 times a week by very friendly staff was most unexpected but very welcome. Table tennis (in the shade) provided fun for both younger and more elderly guests was again a surprise as it wasn't highlighted in details. Not inexpensive but nevertheless very good value for money. Proximity to Pollenca a real bonus but rather quiet for 20 something "partypeople" (although Puerta de Pollenca - a short taxi trip away - offers some options). Lots of beach options, from budget Puerta de Pollenca to rather more select Cap Formentor (go early to avoid the traffic and crowds in peak times). Would strongly recommend both villa and location.

Fantastic finca - the expectations were surpassed.
We stayed at the finca for 3 weeks in September 2021 and really enjoyed the time there! Handover with key on file via access code was easy. The house is well appointed and has an alarm system. Everything was very clean, the garden well maintained and the pool with 8x4 meters (according to our estimate) large to be able to swim well! Living room and bedroom each have air conditioning - very valuable to sleep well at high temperatures. A washer and dish washer work perfectly. There are various seating areas at the house. From the garden you can look out on the surrounding mountains as well as the "local mountain" of Pollenca. The rooster of the neighboring farmer and the country road (depending on the wind direction) were the only noteworthy sounds of the area. There was multiple towel and linen change. On the rooftop you can hang your laundry to dry. We liked to use the outdoor grill and were happy about sporadic cat visit. All in all, a great place to unwind. We are happy to recommend the finca for 2 people and will definitely be back! Thank you!
Pollensa is a beautiful town to base yourself in for a holiday. The villa had charm and character which we loved and made all the better by a rooftop sunbathing terrace with a truly epic view of the old town and surrounding mountains. We will be back.
Quaint rustic villa in the country side. Within walking distance to supermarket and bus stop. Fantastic outdoor area with added bonus of outdoor oven and sink. Beautiful pool area with ample sun loungers and out door seating.
The place was beautiful, ingrown location with pool to relax. Enough space and bathrooms for 6 people, absolutely worth their price. Unfortunately, only the basic equipment in the kitchen (garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper) was not available.
Rated: Excellent. Beautiful garden and pool area, a very relaxing way to spend an afternoon on the comfy sun loungers. Plenty of space for eating alfresco and great to have the table tennis. We didn’t use the living room very much as the weather was so good but while it was a very pretty room. The villa was very convenient to Puerto Pollensa, a beautiful town with great places to eat, shopping areas and a lovely beach. We hired a small boat for 5 of us, very reasonable €120, it was a great way to spend an afternoon, diving and snorkelling. A fantastic holiday!

Beautiful area and the garden was stunning. We used the outdoor kitchen every night and loved sitting outside with the backdrop of the mountain behind. The house was very dark though and only one sofa so no chance of sitting together as a family inside unless around the dining table which was a downside. However the views in the morning and the surrounding countryside and proximity to the town and beach more than made up for it.
Great accommodation located a couple of minutes from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped (we have travelled several times a year for the past couple of decades and this is in the top 5 of kitchens for pots/pans, plates & utensils). The water pressure in the showers was very good. Pool isn't massive but most of the time we had it to ourselves (there are only 8 properties with access). Internet speed was really good. Due to a storm overnight we woke to a power outage as the circuit breaker had tripped and wouldn't reset. I messaged the agency team (out of hours) just after 07:00 & they messaged back within 15 minutes. Luckily I'd managed to get it to reset by then but all communication we had was prompt and polite.
Really enjoyed the stay. The house, grounds and location were perfect. Would defiantly recommend.
We had a lovely stay at the house. Clean and with lots of amenities. Just a 10 minute drive to local towns. Quiet and private. Check in and out easy. Ping pong table and BBQ a nice touch.Just note that the track up to the house was fairly rough and uneven and this was not mentioned prior to arrival, so just be aware of this - if hiring a car choose a suitable one!

This is a fabulous villa in a great location. The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners keep it very clean. We loved the pool with ample sun loungers. A car is essential and although only a short walk from Cala san Vicente there is no path so slightly impractical to walk. Only a 5min drive to the local supermarket yet the villa is in a very private location. Can’t wait to go back.
Superbe séjour entre amis dans une charmante maison.L'intérieur est d'un style ancien mais fonctionnel.Seul bémol concernant certains lits dont on sent les ressorts...Le quartier est calme, idéal pour des vacanciers.L'extérieur est super, la piscine d'une taille suffisante, les chaises longues confortables. Nous avons mangé dehors toute la semaine, avec cuisine extérieure et barbecue à disposition.Supermarchés à 5min.Alcudìa et son port se trouvent à 20min de la maison, avec commerces, restaurants et bars. L'agence est très réactive, aucun problème de communication. Super rapport qualité prix.Je recommande !
We have been to Pollenca many times...yes...even on the same road....the Villa Encisa is, was an experience...everything worked out, we will definitely come back. Location, cleanliness, coziness...especially the pool....for our three kids between 7 and 13 just an experience....especially after the beach day always a great end to the day... everything was just just...also the weather. Encisa... we think we'll book in just a few weeks for 2022😎...100% referral!
