This modern spacious house is ideally situated, only a 100 metres from the white sandy beach of Playa de Muro. Set in a quiet location with sea views this house has everything to offer its clients for a relaxing holiday.
There is a spacious modern living dining room with large patio doors leading out to a furnished terrace overlooking the pool. The house also has WiFi connection. The kitchen is also very modern and well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a shower room on this floor.
Upstairs there is one double and one twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and an impressive master bedroom. This master bedroom has an open plan feel with a feature round bath (bath function only), separate shower and toilet. There bedroom also has a lovely terrace with sea views and sun lounges too. There is also another separate bathroom with shower over bath on this level. There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms from 17h - 8 hours.
Outside there is a dining terrace and swimming pool which is gated and has a decked sunbathing area. There is also a garden with swings for children.

Everything is great! The location is great: 15-minute walk and you have several shops/restaurants - very close is the restaurant: Figueret -> recommendation!!The beach is only a minute away! The apartment was really very clean! And is also otherwise very well appointed. Only the light switches are a bit complicated - but they also provided fun moments. The pool is also well maintained and provided a nice cooling at felt 40°.All in all highly recommended!
Excellent luxury home with all amenities, excellent equipped kitchen, bathrooms and BBQ and quiet surroundings but close to restaurants and supermarkets.

Tolles, modernes Haus. - Sauber und gepflegt. - Super Service (schnell und freundlich) in Notsituation (Verlust Schlüssel) - Pool haben wir eigentlich nicht genutzt, ist kindersicher abgesperrt. - Dachterrasse (Meerblick) morgens und abends eine Wucht - waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage dort Haben jetzt schon mehrere Häuser angemietet- das war eins der Besten!
Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Ferienhaus. Lage und Ausstattung einfach top! Außergewöhnliche Inneneinrichtung.
totally fantastic time in such a wonderful home! all the great facilities and the photos are a great indication of the superb ambience of the property. easy enough check in and completely spotless.I would say you may need a PhD for the light switches, there are so many! really had a great time and plenty of space!

Can Pontico is a great house. It worked really well for two families - one family upstairs and one family located on the ground floor. Everything was provided and we didn't miss anything - the kitchen is well equipped / each bedroom has a very good aircon unit / bathrooms are very good. The house is located close to the supermarkets / beaches / walks etc. We didn't have to travel far and we spend many days exploring some amazing places / sites / etc. We had two 5 year old kids with us and they loved the pool even though they couldn't stand in the the shallow end. Enjoy your stay.
A beautiful location and Villa. By car lots of the surrounding areas are very accessible. The bedrooms do get VERY hot at night due to no air conditioning. Kitchen has everything you need, & the pool is very clean and great size.
Die Finca ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß. Die Outdoorküche ist cool, auch wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben, da wir viel auswärts gegessen haben. Eine Gartendusche, sowie ein extra Bad am Pool sind vorhanden und praktisch. Bei Nutzung des Außenbereichs sollte die Jahreszeit bedacht und an Mückenabwehrsprays und Co gedacht werden, sonst wird’s doof.Die Inneneinrichtung der Finca ist typisch spanisch. Die Badezimmer sind top. Der Wasserdruck ist gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist groß und es gibt auch ein Gefrierfach. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die gut kühlen. Die Matratzen sind VIEL zu weich/durchgelegen. Die Sofas sind ausreichend, laden aber nicht zu einem Fernsehabend ein. Auch die Beleuchtung drinnen ist funktional, aber nicht gemütlich. Ein Spiegel an der Ausfahrt zum Verkehr einsehen wäre gut. Und der Lärm der Straße kann teilweise störend sein.Fazit: Mit kleinen Änderungen ein High Light.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La maison appartement est spacieuse et très agréable. Elle est idéalement située à 100 mètres de la mer. Nous avons bien pu profiter de la belle terrasse avec chaise longue, partie apéro, parti repas... Il faut juste prévoir assaisonnement, liquide vaisselle…
Overall the villa was perfectly located for a family. A 15 minute drive to playa de muro which boasts one of Mallorca's loveliest beaches, 10 minute drive to Pollença old town which has a lot of rich history and beautiful architecture to offer and 15 minutes to port de Pollença which is great for dinners and has a bustling evening scene. In terms of the villa itself, it did not disappoint - just like the photos showed on the website. The pool side lounge chairs were extremely comfy as were the living area sofas. The only downside were that the beds were creaky and not that comfortable which is why I wouldn't rate this villa 5/5 stars. But everything else was fantastic and we would return in a heartbeat.
We had a very relaxing week in this high quality apartment in excellent location and close to good restaurants and bars but most of all, the beach.

The apartment was clean, big and well situated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Cala Sant Vicence is a lovely small village. Much more beautiful than Alcudia or Pollensa.
Private with a small but cared for garden providing separate areas which as a large family group were perfect, Pool wonderful, the best we have had!
Absolutely beautiful. A real hidden gem that we would love to return to! The pool was so refreshing to cool down in especially on the hot days and it was the perfect temperature even for our 10 month old. The villa was well equipped and made for a relaxing stay. Everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive and the drive from the airport was less than 40 minutes. Close to the beaches and so easy to explore Pollença and Alcúdia. Just perfect for our first family holiday in Mallorca.

Our only criticism would be that the table tennis table was past it's best ! The villa was very well presented, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly well equipped - it even had a tea-pot! The welcome pack was probably the best and most comprehensive I've seen ! The villa is in a quiet sub-urban setting backing onto the hills. 5 mins drive to supermarkets and a 30 min walk to Pollenca centre and restaurants, across the Ponta Roma, that is pleasant enough (you might want a torch for the return journey at night). Owner was friendly. We used the small pool (late October) but the sea was warmer. Pollenca is a good base if you want to have good access to the coast without being in a coastal resort.
Very happy with our stay: perfect for our group of two families. Especially the pool and garden area made a big impression. The kids loved the pool (even though a bit too cold for my personal taste at this time of the year) and the back area for football. The location was excellent. Nice beaches close by, loved Pollenca old town and to our surprise there was a nice restaurant within a short walking distance.
Easy booking experience, good instructions to get to property. Spotless inside. Towels for both shower and for pool. Welcome pack was very useful as we arrived late on a Sunday night. Pool was clean. Great location, 17 mins walk to town centre. Very quiet location. Will almost certainly be back.
