All modern conveniences have been taken care of, including air-conditioning in two of the three bedrooms (in one of the doubles and in the twin) ensuring a stress-free holiday in the sun. The villa is much bigger than the photos give justice. It’s in need of a bit of lick of paint but that didn’t bother us as it was lovely! The pool was excellent

Beautifully located spacious villa with a great pool, would highly recommend for a restful stay. Perfect, peaceful location. Amazing views from the terrace and outside area. Pool lovely and warm, and good air con in all the bedrooms. Host very responsive and helpful.
What I liked most about this house was especially the exterior: the garden, the beautiful plants, the very clean swimming pool and the kitchen which is outside. The interior is a bit old, except the first floor which is nicer. What really mattered to me was the exterior since we spend most of our time there. There is a fairly busy road in front of the house. This was not mentioned. Fortunately the house has air conditioning because it is very hot in the bedrooms. Lack of dishes. We had an excellent week in this house. It is located very close to the center of Pollensa.

We Stayed in the Fincafor a week, as a family of 4 adults and 1 child age 4. What a beautiful home and I say home because that's what it felt like! Everything you could need was there and more! Lovely little touches like children's toys and games/drawing things that our Daughter loved! The house itself is picture perfect, the decor is beautiful and the garden and pool are well kept, with gorgeous plants and trees! We had such good fun in the pool which was the perfect size for us. My Son who is 17 and his friend had their own entrance to the house which was great as they could do there own thing with out disturbing us, this would also work for two families staying in the house. Stayed in this apartment in May this year, very nice apartment, glad to see they have amended the details, when we booked it the details said it was 3 bathrooms, which it clearly is not! Lovely large balcony, with plenty of space to eat and relax. Beds are very comfortable, close to Little Italy, but not bothered by any noise from the restaurant.
The villa is conveniently located and beautiful, but on narrow roads. The kitchen is very well equipped. Food for breakfast was also provided. Everything was very clean. Since we had cooler weather, it was a little damp and cool in the house at the beginning. However, we were provided on request immediately a gas heater for the bathroom. The terrace, the garden and the pool are wonderful and in bathing weather this must be a dream. We were a little surprised that there is no air conditioning in the living room (but we would have needed it only for heating). But all in all wonderful, we can recommend the villa without hesitation.

Villa was great, lovely garden and pool, very spacious and lots of nice seating areas. Shaded seating areas were especially useful for us as we had 3 babies in our group.Lidl very nearby was handy, plus very short drive into Pollença and to port de pollenca, both of which were great to visit.

The villa is located in a very nice but quite noisy rural area (dogs, roosters, donkeys, motoculators).
Wir fahren seit drei Jahren im Sommer ins Haus. Die Lage ist extrem genial, direkt am Strand und mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung an sich ist ok, der Grill nicht gerade sauber Der Blick von der Terrasse entschädigt :)
It was beautiful and quiet. Especially the nicely landscaped garden exceeded our expectations. Once a cleaner came for the house. Both check-in and checkout were independent and completely straightforward with a key box. The kitchen is very well equipped.You get a welcome package in which, among other things, were dishwasher, two dishwasher tablets, some cooking oil, vinegar and one or two small paper bags of sugar, salt and pepper. I would have liked it if salt and pepper had been available in larger quantities, because it was not enough for multiple cooking. Everything was clean, tidy and in good condition. There were several interesting guidebooks available in German.The organizer responded promptly to requests. Conclusion: We enjoyed it.
We had a fantastic stay at this property, perfect for our family of five. The space was ample, and the beach is just a 5-minute walk away. Even during peak season, the area felt like a peaceful, uncrowded village. The balcony offers great privacy, and a great sea view, it overlooks a quiet road to the beach. We enjoyed many meals there, cooled by the sea breeze. The swimming pool is clean, well-maintained, and just steps from the door. While one bedroom initially had a slight damp smell, airing it out resolved the issue. The kitchen is fully equipped, though a larger pan would be useful for bigger families. Communication with Nord Villas was smooth and responsive almost instantly. The area is safe for late-night walks with kids, and while nearby shops are pricey, Lidl and Eroski are a 10-minute drive away, with Spar as the best local option. Overall, this is a peaceful, spacious property, ideal for a relaxing family vacation. We will def return
A lovely little place in the hills outside town. Close to town, but you'll want a little car unless you like long walks in the sun to get supplies. There are other houses around but it is quite secluded. Great pool, a BBQ and a swing for the kids.
Beautiful villa and just as you see here in the pictures. Would definitely stay again. We had a couple of minor problems and the team were brilliant, dispatched a workman immediately, all fixed quickly and without fuss. Thank you for a great stay - we will be back!
There were four of us visiting the finca. The place was perfect for cozy barbecues, relaxation by the pool and for a private atmosphere! Glad to come back!
