The main entrance leads to a small hall where an archway on the left gives access to the small lounge/dining area with wood-burning stove. To the right, there is a door that leads to the kitchen which is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave and gas oven/hob. There is also access to the laundry room where the washing machine is.
From the hall another door leads to a corridor giving access to a double bedroom, two twins and a full bathroom. There is a further outside shower room.
The swimming pool is set in the mature gardens with well-cared for lawns, shady trees and pretty shrubbery.
There is a lovely shady terrace for outside dining and a built in barbecue on which to prepare those al fresco meals.

Damage deposit of £500.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£2.2/adult/night).

Great stay at this fabulous villa. Lovely pool, outside shower and WC was a big plus. Well equipped kitchen. Location is idyllic with outdoor veranda overlooking the pool and the mountain backdrop. Starry nights and lots of outdoor time spent in the gardens of this lovely villa. It is nearby Pollensa by car and short drive to supermarkets and amenities. 20mins to a fabulous beach too. Quietly located finca with extensive grounds without direct visual contact to neighboring neighbors. The house and garden were very clean and welcoming. Except for the announced dishwasher, we found everything we needed.Sufficiently clean laundry incl. Hand soap, dishwashing utensils, etc.The service on site was very pleasant and friendly.
Fantastic accommodation, secure and located just were we wanted. very private and the Swimming pool was the best we ever had and owners were lovely
The house is in a super nice quiet location. Beautiful spacious garden with palm trees, mandarin & lemon trees.The pool with the view of the mountain is amazing. You will relax completely.We could park the rental car in the garage on our own.The decor inside was fine, we didn't miss anything.Friendly and nice owner who occasionally came by for the maintenance of the garden/pool ( and have a chat) Bring fresh towels in the middle of the week. He came to say goodbye himself the day before departure and wish us a good flight back. We had a great week.

We adored this villa, it could not have been more perfect for us. We loved the outside areas and the two pools were a real bonus especially having the heated jacuzzi pool for the younger kids they loved it!! Very clean, good quality throughout and good communication. We were met by Carol on arrival who showed us around the house and how everything worked and everything did work.. Pollensa is beautiful with lots of fantastic eateries, more than enough to keep you going every night for two weeks although we did have few meals in the villa which was also very nice. Plenty of nice beaches to enjoy during the day and not too crowded. Something for everyone. Really enjoyed it and highly recommended.
The house is in a very quiet and beautiful area, overlooking the mountains. The amenities are very good and the welcome package we got at the beginning were well taken care of. The outside area is great. There is an area where you can eat and sit very well. The pool was smaller than expected, but it's enough to cool off.We had a rental car and I would recommend that to everyone as the path to the house is a bit longer on foot.All in all, we would definitely recommend the house!
We had a lovely stay at this villa. She is a great host and her communications are speedy and helpful.The house is spotless, very well equipped, and for us (as cyclists) it was a great location to be based, quiet and close to the cycling routes and lanes and also near the beach and restaurants of Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. We’d definitely stay again- for me the outdoor space was especially welcome- so peaceful with birdsong, the pool and shady seating by the house or sunbeds by the pool.

Great location and views! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the accessibility to town a big plus. We would walk (10 min walk) into Pollenca Square almost every night for dinner. We found this home perfect for our stay (group of 5 adults). The home was private and quiet with a countryside peacefulness, while still being mere minutes to the amenities of Pollenca. The views are STUNNING from this home and much better than the pictures portray. This was our 1st time in Mallorca and we were so glad we chose to stay in Pollenca instead of the Port of Pollenca. Pollenca is magical and overall a lot less touristy than the Port. Its a sleepier town as well, so if you are looking for late night action after midnight, the Port is probably more suited for your interests. The A/C and pool were a great respite from the heat and we loved our time in the multiple outdoor areas. Joana is a wonderful host and was there to help us whenever we had questions! With her living right next door, it made it very easy to connect and check-in. We appreciated the love put into this home (very clean and taken care of) & highly recommend to all! Small note: our check-out was at 10am, however we had cleaning arrive early. Check-in is much earlier than most rentals we had seen leaving a short window for cleaning, so maybe a later check-in might better accommodate all the cleaning that needs to happen & allow guests to have the rental to themselves thru 10am.
The place was beautiful, ingrown location with pool to relax. Enough space and bathrooms for 6 people, absolutely worth their price. Unfortunately, only the basic equipment in the kitchen (garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, salt, pepper) was not available.
The property is a bit dated and a long walk from the port but the children loved the pool area .Good communication and all queries replied to straight away.

Beautiful villa with an infinity pool. Terraces to dine on with beautiful views of pool and mountains . Within easy walk of old town of Pollença for amazing variety of restaurants. Really a perfect location and a well maintained villa with beautiful plants not to mention fresh figs from the tree for breakfast! Perfect!

A lovely villa in an idyllic valley, still close to Pollenca and all its amenities. The pool was terrific and the beds very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
This is a great place to stay in Pollenca. The views from the terraces are some of the best in town and the pool area is also really nice. Internally it’s fairly traditional and comfortable.We Travelling with our 7 month old and a good cot and mattress were provided along with a high chair.Typically the property is well equipped but household provisions and essentials are minimal. If arriving late after the shops have closed bring what you will need (milk, bread, butter etc). Provision of essentials would elevate an already good rental experience to the next level.The street is typically fairly peaceful and we managed to park outside the property all but one night. If you are driving hire the smallest car that you can get away with. Given that Pollenca is an old town with narrow streets a larger vehicle is not recommended but that’s part of the charm of staying here!!!There are some great places to eat 5 minutes away (Mares, La Fonda, Q11 etc.) and we found Pollenca nice and calm in October.
Fantastic home for a fantastic stay. We loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. Top tips from us - don’t stress about parking, the roads are very narrow and parking isn’t easy so use the car park on the way in to Pollensa. It’s only a 5 minute walk and is very safe. There is a lovely bakery just 2 minute walk away on the main road in and not far from the chemist. Enjoy!

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. Fantastic villa in a secluded area surrounded by nature and a 10 minute drive to the beach. It also has a superb rooftop terrasse with incredible views. We loved it.
A family of 4 & 2 friends had a perfect week. The house is beautiful, spotless & in a central position in Pollensa town. The staff and agency were very easy to contact & very professional too. Would highly recommend.
