This cosy semi-detached villa offers lots of character in a country environment. It has lovely mature gardens with lots of plants, trees and shrubs. The accommodation is on two levels.
The main entrance is located under the shaded front terrace and leads straight onto the small lounge dining area with an open plan kitchenette totally equipped with all the basics. A small corridor to the right of the lounge area gives access to the twin bedroom and the full bathroom. Upstairs there is a further double bedroom with another full bathroom. Both bedrooms are supplied with one air conditioning unit.
Outside, the front shaded terrace leads down to the other paved terrace where the swimming pool is located. There is also a covered outside kitchen and a shower room.
Villa Sort is close to the Old town of Pollensa, and has a homely feel.

Die Finca ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß. Die Outdoorküche ist cool, auch wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben, da wir viel auswärts gegessen haben. Eine Gartendusche, sowie ein extra Bad am Pool sind vorhanden und praktisch. Bei Nutzung des Außenbereichs sollte die Jahreszeit bedacht und an Mückenabwehrsprays und Co gedacht werden, sonst wird’s doof.Die Inneneinrichtung der Finca ist typisch spanisch. Die Badezimmer sind top. Der Wasserdruck ist gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist groß und es gibt auch ein Gefrierfach. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die gut kühlen. Die Matratzen sind VIEL zu weich/durchgelegen. Die Sofas sind ausreichend, laden aber nicht zu einem Fernsehabend ein. Auch die Beleuchtung drinnen ist funktional, aber nicht gemütlich. Ein Spiegel an der Ausfahrt zum Verkehr einsehen wäre gut. Und der Lärm der Straße kann teilweise störend sein.Fazit: Mit kleinen Änderungen ein High Light.
Clean and well-presented villa with all necessary features. Beautiful garden and outside living areas. Spotless pool gets sun all day and is a good depth.
The villa and the outside area are very well laid out and in a convenient location for the town of Pollensa. Everything was spotlessly clean and in terms of utensils (cutlery, bbq tools, table wear, cooking pots, etc), the villa was very well stocked. Although the location is great for Pollensa, it is on a busy road without pavements. For us personally, this wasn't an issue, and we walked into town and back moat days. The thing we found most surprising was the lack of what we would regard as "essentials' that all other self-catering accommodations we have stayed in have provided- for example, washing up sponges, hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, and each bathroom had 1 toilet roll only.
Great place close to town and with a lovely pool. Next to the road so there is traffic noise during the day.
Nice villa with a great pool and lovely views. We would stay again if it weren’t for the road. The pool and outdoor area were great. The location wasn’t great. The road is narrow and it was difficult/dangerous to pull out in the car. There was no mirror to check for oncoming traffic. We had to buy all cleaning supplies, soap etc.
Great location
We had the best stay! The flat was very clean and the outdoor space (pool & outdoor kitchen) was amazing. The only point for improvement I have is that our check in was at 4pm and our check out at 10am which meant we lost a bit of time at the villa. The location was really good - 20 mins drive from Formentor beach and 10 mins from Pollença and Alcudia. We’d love to visit the villa again :)
What I liked most about this house was especially the exterior: the garden, the beautiful plants, the very clean swimming pool and the kitchen which is outside. The interior is a bit old, except the first floor which is nicer. What really mattered to me was the exterior since we spend most of our time there. There is a fairly busy road in front of the house. This was not mentioned. Fortunately the house has air conditioning because it is very hot in the bedrooms. Lack of dishes. We had an excellent week in this house. It is located very close to the center of Pollensa.

This was our 2nd visit to the Pine Walk apartments. The first being around 3 years ago when we stayed at the 1st floor. This year, because it was not available we took the 2nd floor. I had,had a look at the 2nd floor apartment on my first visit and knew what I was getting for my hard earned money and I was not to be disappointed. It is very well furnished and one can go out on to the balcony and watch the world go by and without the noise of traffic. More importantly, if you have children you can keep an eye on them from the balcony while they play and swim safely on the beach which is merely a few steps away. We plan to return in the future, as Palma is only a 1hour 40 minutes flight from our local airport which has none of the hassle of Gatwick or Heathrow. I have had enough of that. Chill and relax.
A beautiful spacious farmhouse set in pretty tranquil gardens, with lovely pool and fantastic mountain views. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard with all the amenities you could wish for and spotlessly clean. This is a relaxing place to holiday away from the crowds but within walking distance of pretty Old Town Pollensa and its many restaurants cafes and Sunday Market. A wonderful stay, can't praise it or the owners enough. Thank you.

Blissful getaway
We stayed at Can Pontico for two weeks in August; two families with children from 10-12. The villa was fantastic for this as there are two separate spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs- each with its own bathroom with a shower in each. The main appeal for us was the stunning location. The views of mountains from all sides made it a really picturesque and relaxing stay. The pool was a great size and a real hit with the kids. The terrace off the kitchen overlooks the pool and mountains and we spent most of our time here. The owner, Juan, was there every few days to clean the pool. He is a wonderful, welcoming person. We visited the amazing spectacle of La Patrona festival, and by pure coincidence found ourselves outside his town house in Pollensa. Juan and his wife insisted we come inside to watch from an upstairs window, giving us all food and drinks. We were very glad to be inside when the crowds and noise became so crazy that we feared we might be crushed! The festival is an amazing week-long celebration at the start of August each year- we’d really recommend it. Beautiful Pollensa was a 35 minute walk away. After a week, we found the safe route to walk ( the main road is not safe!) We thought it would have been helpful to have an information book in the Villa, detailing this walk and other places to visit. Other info such as rubbish disposal, linen change etc would have been helpful. Having said that, any questions we had were quickly answered by Vida Villas or Juan. We visited Cala Saint Vincent- great for snorkelling, the caves at Campanet and the beautiful Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. The Sunday Market in Pollensa is fantastic for food and crafts. Overall a wonderful holiday in a fantastic location- we’d love to return!
Lovely villa and pool, great views, nice walk into town and not far in the car.Beds were comfortable and bedrooms were nicely furnished, bathrooms were very nice and modern, good water pressure and plenty of hot water for 9 of us. Mosquitoes, make sure you take plugins, we have all been bitten badly.
The fantastic location of this villa is its main selling point. You can walk to the beach or the main square within a few minutes, and there is a small supermarket a few doors away. Bigger shops are about 5 minutes’ walk. The small pool is ideal for young children or for cooling off – it is definitely colder than the sea!
We found the property to be generally clean although there was a small piece of broken glass on the floor in the kitchen area. The air conditioning worked well when needed and the other utilities (dishwasher and washing machine) were very useful.
Our hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended.
The finca is very nice, very clean, well equipped and quietly located.Everything is well maintained and in the right place.The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the wifi is a it slow. There are pots, plates, etc., but no salt or similar everyday items.

Fantastic week away with my wife and our 3month old son, we stayed late June and had fantastic weather.Check in was easy and straight forward, Villa is tucked away down a private road behind a security gate so felt very safe and very private. Hire car essential, Lidl & Eroski shops only a few minutes away by car, as is Pollença. Port Pollença also not far so the Villa is perfectly placed. Both of those locations not full of tourists so that was a added bonus.Villa itself was perfect, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, everything spotless and plenty to use in the kitchen. Pool area was incredible, there was shade, sun, different places to sit and a cracking BBQ area which we made the most of. Given the villas location take something to detract the mosquitoes, they can be frustrating in the morning and evening! The aircon worked well which was great given we had a baby with us!Thanks for an amazing holiday.
We immediately felt comfortable. The garden is beautifully landscaped and very well maintained, so we were almost only outside. The dining table outside as well as the lounge are covered and all day in the shade. The nearby town of Pollensa is incredibly beautiful and several swimming coves can be reached quickly and easily.
Great villa with easy access into the port and old town by taxi which were always available. Very clean when we checked in. Prompt communication with host if we needed anything during our stay. Particularly enjoyed outdoor areas. Good size pool and breathtaking views of Pollensa. Very quiet and peaceful location. Perfect for large groups with plenty of space, all bedrooms with modern en suite bathrooms. I would recommend this villa.

We had a fantastic stay. We booked seven nights with my wife and 1 year old and the place was perfect.Ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa so great for wondering around the old town but also great for heading to the beach and exploring the the coastline. The pool was also very clean and perfect for young children as there’s a shallow end that then offers steps into the deeper section of the pool. The grounds and garden and especially the BBQ area were brilliant and perfect for dining outside. I’d highly recommend staying here and we’ll hopefully return sometime soon.
If you’re looking for a pretty, peaceful, villa/cottage away from everything and everyone this is absolutely perfect. Especially as it has its own lovely secluded private pool - a massive bonus. The villa is tiny but more than adequate for two people. Aircon was a great asset. The surrounding scenery is incredible, lemon trees, and nestled below mountains. It’s only a 20 minute walk into the beautiful historic town of Pollensa - but it’s not an easy walk, little shade and rocky roads at point. Plus, because the villa is so out of the way and down a very long, very narrow country lane, we found no taxi drivers knew it which was fine once we knew the way but difficult first time and when we were picked up for the airport. So definitely hire a car! And make sure it’s not a big one either for the tiny lanes. Such a wonderful holiday. We recommend!
The location and surroundings are really great, very quiet in a beautiful area and yet many places can be reached in a short time. Price/performance was absolutely fine, especially since the shower/toilet had minor defects, which were handled relatively quickly.
This is a fabulous villa in a great location. The villa is extremely well equipped and the owners keep it very clean. We loved the pool with ample sun loungers. A car is essential and although only a short walk from Cala san Vicente there is no path so slightly impractical to walk. Only a 5min drive to the local supermarket yet the villa is in a very private location. Can’t wait to go back.
We had a very relaxing week in this high quality apartment in excellent location and close to good restaurants and bars but most of all, the beach.
We had a great week staying in this property just outside Pollensa. All descriptions were accurate and all amenities provided. The finca is well maintained and the gardens lovely with lots of spots for relaxing. It was really useful to have plenty local information provided in advance. Pollensa is such a beautiful place and having been several times it never disappoints. The Sunday market is a must.
Lovely, spacious traditional Mallorcan finca
Very nicely located, in the heart of Pollença, next to a nice park and short walks from all the restaurants and cafes. The house is lovely, top notch Wi-Fi, very clean and nicely furnished. Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom were better than many hotel penthouse suites. We spent many afternoons enjoying the roof terrace. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen. I wish my house was like this one.

Pollenca is a beautiful area to stay in Majorque between sea and mountains. The house is nicely set in a quiet and beautiful area with nice surroundings garden and pool. The pool is not warmed so although we hoped to enjoy it in October it is really too cold to do that. The inside of the house is rather simple and practical but don’t expect state of the art kitchen , bathroom or beds . Overall we have a good experience and the host was super easy to reach and talk to.
