.The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural area. This is a pretty villa for 5 people, near to Pollensa. It has a wonderful garden in a quiet area. Outside you have a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a fixed BBQ, a ping pong table and a covered terrace. From the terrace you come in the dining-living room with sofa, Sat-TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 persons. From the dining-room you come to the good equipped kitchen. Also you can go to the 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single bedrooms, all air conditioned. From the double bedroom you have a wonderful look at the swimming pool, the garden and mountains. You can find also 2 bathrooms with bathtub. In an extra room is the washing machine.

We had a lovely stay for two weeks. The team are very responsive and helpful. Jimmy the owner was charming and thoughtful. The Villa is very peaceful, well located for Pollença town (5 mins) and three beaches at Alcudia (20 mins) or Port Pollença (15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We’d certainly return again.
Magic location for a family vacation or get-away with a couple of friends. Very quiet area, just a couple of car-minutes outside of Pollença. Perfect starting spot for cycling or hiking in the area, or just to get to the beach and relax.The villa had everything we needed, the service was a nice addition! Great communication, would absolutely stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay. The area around Pollenca is so wonderful and the finca was perfect for us. Amazing terrace / pool area and very well equipped kitchen. Definitely worth a longer stay!

The perfect villa for a family holiday! With a very comfortable well furnished air conditioned villa, the stunning shady grassy grounds and gorgeous pool we barely left the place all week. Our only ventures were to visit the hidropark at Alcudia which the kids loved and heading out for dinners at the beautiful Pollensa main square and the stunning costal restaurants at Puerto Pollensa. Highly recommend. We’ll be back! X
This place is just amazing! We really felt at home with our 2 little ones. The location is perfect, quiet but very close to a lot of nice places. The swimmingpool is great and the house has everything you need. The owner came the day after we arrived to ask if everything was alright. We said that everything was great, however it seemed that the mattresses were a bit old. They ordered new ones straight away and the next day there were brand new mattresses on each bed. Very very kind and such a good hospitality. We will come back for sure!
We hebben er erg van genoten! Heel erg behulpzaam en alles was zoals we verwacht hadden. Zwembad is een groot pluspunt.We waren er met 2 kinderen: 2 en 0 jaar.Je bent vanuit het huisje zo in Port de Pollença. Maar een dag bij het huisje is ook geen straf.
Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!
Really loved the villa, the hosts were incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Checking in was easy and the pool and villa was brilliant, nothing to fault it! Would definately stay again!

We had a great stay at this vacation home! The location is perfect, the beach is within walking distance, many attractions can be reached very quickly by car. The cleanliness is paramount here, the place is well maintained, and although the beds are a bit hard, this is the only small downside. We would definitely come back! Absolutely fantastic villa with everything that you would ever need. The location was perfect with bars, restaurants and shops close enough to walk out to but far enough to avoid any noise. The beach was a steady 10min walk and the lagoon out front was great to take the kids with some bread to feed the fish with.The villa was very well equipped with some nice touches left by Kiko and his family as well as a nice surprise visit by them which was delicious and very nice of them. Each room had air conditioning and all modern equipment throughout.We spent a lot of time by the pool which was a lovely sun trap and very clean, I woke up one morning to see the pool man visiting to check the water quality. Plenty of sun lounges and the outside sofa was absolutely lovely to spend the early evening lounging about before getting ready to venture out. In the new times we are faced with the resort was sadly like a ghost town at times. I have to say that despite this there was a nice relaxed feel about it rather than the usual August mad rush wherever you went. Kiko had left face masks and hand gel and I have to say that not once, either in the villa or out and about, did we feel unsafe with regards to Covid. If anything we all felt safer in the villa and the resort than back home.We will be definitely back.

We had a great stay at the finca. it is located perfectly in between pollenca and port de pollenca, perfect to start cycling. supermarkets and padel courts close by! the finca has very modern interior including all new kitchen and bathrooms. pool and outdoor bbq area are great!the proximity to the main road could be bothersome to some, but it did not bother us. overall great place, would definitely recommend!
We had such a lovely stay. The villa was as described, and we all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful, quiet surroundings. We had a hire car, so getting to Puerto Pollenca in the evenings was very easy. We found some lovely restaurants here. Agent was very easy to contact on the one occasion we needed to and very responsive. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday.
The villa is very nice and quietly located. It takes about 10 minutes by car to shop or beach. The house is quite well-equipped that you can take care of yourself. We will be happy to come back.

Myself and a bunch of friends have just had an incredible stay at this villa. The setting is absolutely stunning, the Villa itself is utterly beautiful and the location is perfect, right in the middle of Pollenca town and the port.We had the most amazing week and simply did not want to leave. We loved it.

Great location, lovely pool and outside area. The house worked really well for our family. The cleaner was very accommodating and thorough. The house was well equipped for cooking at home and barbecuing. We hope that the next time we come the outside seating might have been upgraded. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We loved our stay here, so peaceful and quiet, the pool is lovely and the space was great with 5 adults we never felt over crowded,You definitely need a car for shopping and sightseeing it has lovely walks for the cooler days, We would definitely recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the island.
Lovely pool and outside areas. Stunning setting, perfect location just outside Pollenca Old Town. Very clean throughout. Towels changed mid week which was nice too. Owner was very helpful when we had a minor family emergency! Service from Agent was very good!
Wir fahren seit drei Jahren im Sommer ins Haus. Die Lage ist extrem genial, direkt am Strand und mit Meerblick. Die Ausstattung an sich ist ok, der Grill nicht gerade sauber Der Blick von der Terrasse entschädigt :)

The accommodation was just as expected. Perfect location with mountain and ocean view. Perfect size for a group of four or even six - everything was clean and well equipped. Would definitely recommend if you want a rather quite but scenic getaway.
Tolles, modernes Haus. - Sauber und gepflegt. - Super Service (schnell und freundlich) in Notsituation (Verlust Schlüssel) - Pool haben wir eigentlich nicht genutzt, ist kindersicher abgesperrt. - Dachterrasse (Meerblick) morgens und abends eine Wucht - waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage dort Haben jetzt schon mehrere Häuser angemietet- das war eins der Besten!
It was beautiful and quiet. Especially the nicely landscaped garden exceeded our expectations. Once a cleaner came for the house. Both check-in and checkout were independent and completely straightforward with a key box. The kitchen is very well equipped.You get a welcome package in which, among other things, were dishwasher, two dishwasher tablets, some cooking oil, vinegar and one or two small paper bags of sugar, salt and pepper. I would have liked it if salt and pepper had been available in larger quantities, because it was not enough for multiple cooking. Everything was clean, tidy and in good condition. There were several interesting guidebooks available in German.The organizer responded promptly to requests. Conclusion: We enjoyed it.
The finca is very nice, very clean, well equipped and quietly located.Everything is well maintained and in the right place.The only thing that wasn't perfect was that the wifi is a it slow. There are pots, plates, etc., but no salt or similar everyday items.
Really fantastic Villa, nothing was overlooked. The outside space is fantastic and lovely and airy inside. Comfortable beds and regular cleaning and towel change. Lovely arrival pack which was great. Helpful host staff. Will definitely be back!
