.The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful rural area. This is a pretty villa for 5 people, near to Pollensa. It has a wonderful garden in a quiet area. Outside you have a beautiful view of the mountains. There is a fixed BBQ, a ping pong table and a covered terrace. From the terrace you come in the dining-living room with sofa, Sat-TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 persons. From the dining-room you come to the good equipped kitchen. Also you can go to the 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed and 2 single bedrooms, all air conditioned. From the double bedroom you have a wonderful look at the swimming pool, the garden and mountains. You can find also 2 bathrooms with bathtub. In an extra room is the washing machine.

We had a lovely stay for two weeks. The team are very responsive and helpful. Jimmy the owner was charming and thoughtful. The Villa is very peaceful, well located for Pollença town (5 mins) and three beaches at Alcudia (20 mins) or Port Pollença (15 mins). We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. We’d certainly return again.
Magic location for a family vacation or get-away with a couple of friends. Very quiet area, just a couple of car-minutes outside of Pollença. Perfect starting spot for cycling or hiking in the area, or just to get to the beach and relax.The villa had everything we needed, the service was a nice addition! Great communication, would absolutely stay here again.

The perfect villa for a family holiday! With a very comfortable well furnished air conditioned villa, the stunning shady grassy grounds and gorgeous pool we barely left the place all week. Our only ventures were to visit the hidropark at Alcudia which the kids loved and heading out for dinners at the beautiful Pollensa main square and the stunning costal restaurants at Puerto Pollensa. Highly recommend. We’ll be back! X
This place is just amazing! We really felt at home with our 2 little ones. The location is perfect, quiet but very close to a lot of nice places. The swimmingpool is great and the house has everything you need. The owner came the day after we arrived to ask if everything was alright. We said that everything was great, however it seemed that the mattresses were a bit old. They ordered new ones straight away and the next day there were brand new mattresses on each bed. Very very kind and such a good hospitality. We will come back for sure!
We hebben er erg van genoten! Heel erg behulpzaam en alles was zoals we verwacht hadden. Zwembad is een groot pluspunt.We waren er met 2 kinderen: 2 en 0 jaar.Je bent vanuit het huisje zo in Port de Pollença. Maar een dag bij het huisje is ook geen straf.
Quiet finca with beautiful garden and view of the mountains. Perfect for unwinding. Were there as a family with toddler for a week and we didn't miss anything. The pool was still a little too cold for April, as the weather wasn't that hot yet. Car is strongly recommended because otherwise you would have to walk a whole bit to the next town. The finca is secured by two lockable gates, so you are really very private. Amenities are great, enough pillows, blankets, etc., and nothing is missing in the kitchen. We loved it! Above all, we found the area around Pollença beautiful and less touristy than in the south of Mallorca. I'd love to come back!
Really loved the villa, the hosts were incredibly helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. Checking in was easy and the pool and villa was brilliant, nothing to fault it! Would definately stay again!

Die Finca ist sehr schön. Der Pool ist groß. Die Outdoorküche ist cool, auch wenn wir sie nicht genutzt haben, da wir viel auswärts gegessen haben. Eine Gartendusche, sowie ein extra Bad am Pool sind vorhanden und praktisch. Bei Nutzung des Außenbereichs sollte die Jahreszeit bedacht und an Mückenabwehrsprays und Co gedacht werden, sonst wird’s doof.Die Inneneinrichtung der Finca ist typisch spanisch. Die Badezimmer sind top. Der Wasserdruck ist gut. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, der Kühlschrank ist groß und es gibt auch ein Gefrierfach. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage, die gut kühlen. Die Matratzen sind VIEL zu weich/durchgelegen. Die Sofas sind ausreichend, laden aber nicht zu einem Fernsehabend ein. Auch die Beleuchtung drinnen ist funktional, aber nicht gemütlich. Ein Spiegel an der Ausfahrt zum Verkehr einsehen wäre gut. Und der Lärm der Straße kann teilweise störend sein.Fazit: Mit kleinen Änderungen ein High Light.
Amazing house on a super quiet and green location between the mountains. We really enjoyed our week here. The house is very spacious, the garden is amazing and everything was super clean. Within 15 minutes by car you reach beautiful towns of pollenca en Alcudia, the beach and many more. We would recommend it to anyone.
We had a lovely stay. Beautiful gardens, delicious smelling orange blossom tree, a real haven. I read a few reviews mentioning the road noise, it wasn’t something that bothered us, I stopped noticing it. We drove everywhere as not much walkable with a 2.5 year old. Close to Pollenca town which was beautiful. To be more child friendly gates around the pool would have been my only wish but otherwise we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely go back again.
Blissful getaway
We stayed at Can Pontico for two weeks in August; two families with children from 10-12. The villa was fantastic for this as there are two separate spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs- each with its own bathroom with a shower in each. The main appeal for us was the stunning location. The views of mountains from all sides made it a really picturesque and relaxing stay. The pool was a great size and a real hit with the kids. The terrace off the kitchen overlooks the pool and mountains and we spent most of our time here. The owner, Juan, was there every few days to clean the pool. He is a wonderful, welcoming person. We visited the amazing spectacle of La Patrona festival, and by pure coincidence found ourselves outside his town house in Pollensa. Juan and his wife insisted we come inside to watch from an upstairs window, giving us all food and drinks. We were very glad to be inside when the crowds and noise became so crazy that we feared we might be crushed! The festival is an amazing week-long celebration at the start of August each year- we’d really recommend it. Beautiful Pollensa was a 35 minute walk away. After a week, we found the safe route to walk ( the main road is not safe!) We thought it would have been helpful to have an information book in the Villa, detailing this walk and other places to visit. Other info such as rubbish disposal, linen change etc would have been helpful. Having said that, any questions we had were quickly answered by Vida Villas or Juan. We visited Cala Saint Vincent- great for snorkelling, the caves at Campanet and the beautiful Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. The Sunday Market in Pollensa is fantastic for food and crafts. Overall a wonderful holiday in a fantastic location- we’d love to return!
An ideal location in the heart of the town.
We took a chance on Mallorca, Pollensa in particular, and this property on a last minute whim and we were not disappointed! The property is decorated to a high standard and nicely furnished. The air-con was very welcome when needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the terrace ideal for sitting out in the shade. The location is fabulous, a few minutes walk to the famous Pollensa steps and the town centre. Just right for a morning stroll to get breakfast in the town square and not too far to walk back after supper! Pollensa town has much to offer, including wonderful market on Sunday. But if it is sand and sea you want, you will not be disappointed - less than a 10 minute drive (or a slightly longer cycle on a dedicated cycle path), you are on the beach. We only scratched the surface of what Pollensa and the surrounding area has to offer and we do hope to return again one day to discover more.
I could go on......but I think anyone reading this will have got the point of this review - book! If you want a town location within a few miles, excellent facilities and a comfortable property to stay in - this is for you!
We enjoyed both the villa, the garden and the pool. Agent responded quickly whenever we had a request, and we were even able to check in earlier. A great place to stay.
Outdoor area perfect to spend the whole day. Perfect location because you do not have neighbors and you are very calm.
Excellent apartment, ideal location
The apartment was very secure, comfortable, clean, airy and well equipped. (I particulary liked the towels!). The balcony, and apartment generally caught the morning sun, so were nice and shaded in the late afternoon and evening.
Situated in a quiet area, next to the beach, shops and restaurants, so it is ideally located.
Colin was extremely helpful, particularly when we arrived very late due to a delayed flight.
We only stayed for a week, but would have been happy to stay longer. I would recommend the apartment to couples and families with small children.
Immaculately clean villa with lovely views and not far from the beach. Surrounded by nature including sheep with bells on (yes with bells on !) and goats behind. Very clean pool, good wi fi even outside next to the pool. Very privately situated a good distance set back from the main road.

We have been traveling to Majorca for years. The house was one of the best we have ever had in terms of value for money. The house and the grounds are very nice and were very well maintained. Everything was great. We really can recommend it. For sure we will come back.
The finca is a bit remote. However, still within walking distance of shopping. No immediate neighbors. For us it is simply ideal.
Great villa with beautiful entrance area and well-kept rooms. The pool area with a table tennis and pool table is also very successful. The kitchen is a bit old and rather small. Villa is quiet but still central. Thank you for the pleasant stay, we can highly recommend the villa.
We had such a lovely stay. The villa was as described, and we all enjoyed the pool and the beautiful, quiet surroundings. We had a hire car, so getting to Puerto Pollenca in the evenings was very easy. We found some lovely restaurants here. Agent was very easy to contact on the one occasion we needed to and very responsive. All in all, it was a very enjoyable holiday.
Very nice place to stay with a nice view and good amenities. Unfortunately, we only had cold water while showering, but otherwise we felt very comfortable. Be sure to pack mosquito spray.Communication was very good and our questions and requests were always addressed!

WOW!! What an incredible house you have. We have fallen in love with Majorca and will definatley be coming back.
We were 4 people In the accommodation and it was very nice. The garden is large enough and the pool is a good size. Inside you can stay well thanks to the living/dining kitchen and with the 3 bathrooms there is no fight for a shower. The noise of the country road can be heard in the garden but in the bedrooms you don't hear anything with the windows closed.
We had a nice relaxing holiday. The garden is very nice and also very opaque and therefore very private. The house is secluded in a quiet area. That was just what we wanted. Check in and check out was also flexible due to the lockbox. Friendly contact. Would recommend it.
