Varellanto is a pretty charming villa situated in a great location just 1.5 km away from the historical town of Pollensa; it has stunning views of the Puig de Maria hill and surrounding countryside.
There is a lovely family-sized pool here too, a sunbathing terrace and lots of space.
The entrance opens in to the hall area. At the front there is a spacious lounge dining totally equipped and with access to the fitted kitchen, to a bathroom and to the master bedroom, which has an en suite shower room and access direct to the pool area. From the hall there is a staircase that gives us access to a mezzanine with a twin bedroom.
The covered terrace is ideal for relaxing and is furnished with nice wooden patio table and chairs. Near the pool area there is a new built in barbecue for those who enjoy cooking al fresco during the warm evenings of the Majorcan summer. The outside is a perfect place to spend endless days around the swimming pool and to admire the views across the nearby mountains and hills. The máximum capacity of this villa is 4 people.
